Had a Saturday afternoon to kill and decided to go check out some antique places. Never made it past Not Just Anitiques. 12,000 square feet is no joke and will definitely eat up some time. Met Jennifer when we got there and she gave us the lay of the land and sent us on our way. Seems that they've got something for you no matter what you're into. The cool part is that the rooms seemed to be themed. So if you're looking for furs, you don't have to go to a bunch of different spots. Same for typewriters, antique dinner sets and what have you. I will say that seeing the Old Spice bottles my Dad used to have in the medicine cabinet made me feel some kind of way. Same thing with the rotary and push button desk phones. There are two floors and lots to explore. The top floor is more thrift shoppish type stuff according to Jennifer. All in all, a good stop if you're looking to accessorize your abode. It's easy access off of I-15 at Charleston Blvd. When you get to Western slow down. You can blow by it pretty quickly. It's worth the turn around though. Truthfully, don't roll in there if you're in a hurry. There's to much to see. read more

I'm a huge Antique lover from Oklahoma and come to vegas 2-3x a year. Every visit I always think I'll visit antique shops but never do. This past visit I did and so happy I did! The moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles by 2 friendly ladies behind the counter. They told me about their wonderful sale they were having and it was fabulous - 40-50% off items! This is simply unheard of in antique stores so I was intrigued to hunt down things I collect. This place is much bigger than what the exterior makes it out to be which is so fun if you like to roam and browse and take your time. They had everything from flow blue dishes to a select few Staffordshire dogs to antique ironstone plates. If you love antique dishes this place is for you - they had a ton! Even a lot of older vintage dolls I noticed. I found so many things I could have purchased but didn't know I could get it back on the plane with me. They had one booth dedicated to all things blue and white this was my favorite! An associate checked on my mid my browsing time but didn't follow me around like some places do which is just the most annoying thing ever. You won't get that here - they let you enjoy yourself. I also noticed that their prices were fabulous - reasonable then with the sale they're doing it's just simply hard to resist! After checking out, the girl told me that they ship! It was almost then that I was going to walk back and pick up a few items to ship that I lost my wifi and my mind went elsewhere. I kid you not I tried to connect on wifi for 15 min turned my phone off and back on, etc. nothing was working and I was terrified. I had never been off the strip before and had no idea how to get back "home" (aka the aria hotel). The owner was so nice and took me near their back room to get service better closer to the router. The ladies were so nice not only from the beginning but during my mini panic mode. This really made my day and makes me want to come back and do more business with these people. Someone mentioned earlier that this place is like a candy store for those who love antiques and that it is! Such variety of items and at all such wonderful prices. This place is like a candy store for anyone who loves antiques. I was lucky enough to find 2 amazing hats that have made me super happy. A feeling I haven't felt in awhile. The customer service is amazing. They don't harass you in buying something but they are there if you need help. This place is HUGE!! 12,000 sq feet of happiness. I love how it's a family business and how they are dedicated to providing a good home to each of the products they sell. I will definitely be back to buy more happiness from this wonderful store. read more

The building itself may be somewhat intimidating to conquer, but once you get past the size, area of town it's located in, and the sheer number of things in the place, it's awesome! Don't come here when you're on a time crunch, you can get lost in the many many things they are offering up for sale. The building itself is filled with rooms that each have a different theme which sort of aids you in your search for what you want. I think if you come in with a specific idea of what you're looking for it can be overwhelming. However, if you come in with hours to kill, this is the place for you! I think I've spent three hours here once without even noticing. There's so much to look at! I don't know much about antiques, and sometimes it seems like the staff doesn't either, which is the only downside to this place. They do have a huge variety of items though, and at pretty reasonable costs. Almost everything is for sale in here, and all of it can be bargained on if you're looking to save a buck. They have everything from chotchkies to furniture for sale. I've bought some beautiful and unique floating shelves here, as well as a silver serving tray for $3 and some old books. Most of the items are worn, as is the building itself, but what else is to be expected? If you go, take someone with you and hang on to them as it's easy to get lost in the sprawling layout of the place. It always creeps me out thinking about what it's like after closing time here, especially the children's antique toy room.. yeesh. read more

This place is huge! All of the rooms are themed with similar items grouped together. Items (and prices) spanned the gamut from PEZ dispensers to artwork, china, chandeliers, furniture and a million things in between. You could literally go from room to room for hours, they have tons of stuff. I usually try not to look for something specific when hunting through antique stores but you might actually be successful if you're coming for a specific item. Private parking lot makes it an easy in and out too. Highly recommend! read more

This is one of the better antique malls in the Valley. It's kind of out of the way as far as vicinity to others, but I really like the layout here. There is a distinct path to go thru all the rooms. You don't get too far off the main "path" until you come to a dead end and go back; as opposed to other malls that just have booths set up and you are left to wander like at a swap meet. "Was I going up and down, or left to right? Did I come from that way or this way?" I don't know about the rest of you, that I get lost in antique malls all the time LOL. I like knowing there is a start and end to this place. There is also a handy intercom throughout the building so you can ask for help if you need it and you don't have to walk all the way back to find a staff member. Prices are very fair and the selection is good. True antiques and vintage stuff, not just garage sale junk or pure kitsch. They will also work with you on the price if the item has been in for a while. Plus they have their own lot! Easy to park! read more

Picture this: Vegas, 2010, my bachelorette party weekend. My Matron-of-Honor knew how much I wanted a tea party.. and searched far and wide for a place that we could hold one.. Behold Not Just Antiques Mart. This place is a HUGE antiques store that sells antiques and actually does the whole "We Sell It On Ebay" type thing.. this place is three stories of many rooms with sooooo many different types of antiques and cold collectables.. The great thing is that they also do tea parties.. The set up on the second floor.. my M-O-H chose the menu during the planning.. so we had two different teas and two sandwhich fillings and croissants and salad.. and cream puffs for dessert.. Jessica was the coordinator and I think she was also the cook! We had raspberry tea and earl grey tea.. they were AWESOME.. I think I drank one entire pot of both teas.. we had chicken salad and tuna salad for the croissants.. and salad with raspberry vinegrette or ranch dressing.. the vinegrette was apparently home made and VERY good! The food and the experience was totally memorable! The store was super cool.. so many different items.. and you're able to haggle a little when the price is over $25. This place is off the strip and getting there may find you in a questionable area.. but it's a great place that I plan to visit again on future visits! read more

I was in search for button dolls as a Christmas present for my mother-in-law. I called several places, and was having no luck. I called Not Just Antiques Mart and spoke with Melissa. Melissa was very nice, she did not know what button dolls were but was very kind as I was trying to explain to her what it was that I was searching for. She said she would look around their 12,000 sq ft store and call me back even if she didn't find any. She called me back about 1 hour later and told me she found 2 button dolls. I asked her if she can send me a picture of them, and she did. She was such a wonderful and pleasant person to talk too. She is the definition of great customer service. Good job! I will definitely tell everyone about this place and will always check here first when searching for something. read more

It looks big from the outside but they don't have very much here. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was super hot and stuffy inside. They have steep as hell steps to get upstairs too...so not convenient. The vintage clothing that they did have was like 1980's and 90's stuff they were trying to pass off as vintage. Also the clerk overcharged my friend for something and I had to go back and point it out and ask for the difference back. Said "she wasn't paying attention"...so be careful! Parking lot is tiny...they need to take the gates off and put the stuff outside inside of the store. read more

Once a month I check out this fun, kitschy, elegant, everything and anything antique but more store. I rarely walk out without at least something purchased. But be prepared to wander. The place is not small and it has twists and turns to it. Just when you think you have found the end, bam! There is another whole section you cannot miss. Check out the upstairs also! They have something for everyone.You just have to look, or go back next month. Only issue is in the summer, parts of the building can get warm. So dress for it. I had high hopes for this place but was disappointed. The prices were high and the items were largely uninteresting. It seemed cramped and overwhelmed with small trinket type items. I think the presentation and layout could stand some improvement to better highlight the inventory. If you have a piece of stained glass, hang it in the window to showcase it better. They also do estate auctions. I made an error in judgement buying while drinking wine and relaxing and ended up with 46 items from one auction. 6 months later I can say that they were great, my deals were great and I am grateful. I now know that 46 items is a lot of work, to pack and move and to unload and go through. I got some wonderful things and a couple duds that were completely my fault for not looking at pictures on a larger screen. So my advice? 1. Look at photos on a large monitor. 2. Don't bid just because something is "a good deal". It's ok if someone else gets that good deal- there's always more next week. 3. Give yourself plenty of time to pick up your stuff. Every Estate company operates differently so bring packing supplies and more muscles than your own and a truck is way better than a trailer. 4. When buying something to give to someone else, ask if they still need it or would want it. I now have 2 extra vacuums because my daughter needed one and a table and chairs. She moved a month later. 5. Vintage does not mean "worth more" or "desirable" . 6. An estate sale car is a wonderful car -to drive or your kids to drive, not to re-sell. This place has so much potential seeing as it is filled to the brim with cool antiques; however, I quickly discovered that this antique mart sadly wasn't for me. Everything besides what I primarily collect (vinyl records) appeared reasonably priced. Normally I wouldn't give such low stars for an antique store overpricing things, but $10 per 45rpm record when 95% of them belonged in the dollar bin is criminally insane. Wanting a reasonable profit is okay, but ripping people off is not. Aside from this, the place is still worth at least a browse through. read more

There is a whole variety of vintage and antique items here, and prices are not bad. I would have to come back to browse another day. The owner posted an appraisal event on Facebook, so a girl friend and I went. My girl friend was very disappointed because the owner said her Pacific Islander sword was only decorative. In the same breath, the owner said it was very old. It was obvious she did not have expertise in this category. I was happy with her appraisals on my two items, and I also got a good deal on a picture frame. So I guess the experience was A-OK. read more
