I recently had the opportunity to tour the community with the Assistant community manager, and I have to say that my experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Although I am not planning to move until December, my experience during the tour left such a positive impression on me that I am already looking forward to the possibility of becoming a resident. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how beautiful and well-maintained the community is. from the moment I walked in her in her assistant and community manager greeted me with open arms, both are very welcoming atmosphere, and it was clear that attention is paid to keeping the surroundings clean, attractive, and comfortable for residents. The community itself really stood out to me, and the overall environment gave me a great first impression. What made the experience even better was the customer service I received from the assistant community manager. She was professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire tour. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood the information she provided. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated since I am not looking to move until December. Instead, she made the experience comfortable and informative. I absolutely love living here it's beautiful. The staff is super friendly. The amenities are beautiful. I love the fact that they have assign parking amazing resident events I community She's doll. Her Customer service is amazing And she's very thorough informative. whenever I have a question or need assistance, she's attentive and makes sure everything is handled care with professional or positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond. I also want to give a shout out to the entire staff maintenance community manager. You all work so hard to keep this place running so smoothly I absolute love living here, the place is always clean. The upkeep is amazing for my previous experience. A lot of places it's hard to get parking and it's so hard to keep it clean throughout the pathways. Everything is always clean maintenance always handled the service request on time. The property overall is a complete gym. I would recommend living here to anyone. We have lived here almost 14 months, the apt is very nice and the maintains crew is good and do a good job, the asst. Mgr is also good at her job. Now why I rate thus place low. The property is trash no clean up is done the same garbage on the ground will be there for 2 weeks or more. Dog shit everywhere hallways are filthy garage has trash everywhere. The garbage rooms are disgusting im waiting for the rats to show up. The garbage rooms used to be kept up alot better. My wife and I follow the rules but I think the ppl they rent to now are nothing but white trash and hoodrats who don't care how they live. Hopefully this new property manger gets it together because I'm not impressed and embarrassed I live here and ashamed to bring friends and family here read more

Management is extremely cheap and unwilling to make proper repairs. Instead of replacing faulty items, they repeatedly patch things up, leading to the same issues over and over again. The leasing staff is also very unprofessional, condescending when concerns are raised and often avoid communication altogether. When asked for corporate contact information, they dismiss you and tell you to look it up yourself. Amenities are frequently closed, yet they expect rent to always be paid on time without fail. I came across the most sweetest two ladies (the community manager and the assistant manager) who provided noting but the best. My experience was wonderful.
