Just bought my first hookah from here and I absolutely love it! Abraham was very helpful and informative. He was patient and broke down all the steps to successfully setting up the hookah. He gave me a great deal on the equipment and he has all around great customer service. There's a wide variety of tobacco flavors which I love as well. This was my first time buying a hookah set in years, but I'm extremely happy that I came here. There are no words that could explain the type of customer service Abraham gave me during my entire experience in the store. He gave me tips on how to get the best bang for my buck. He answered all of my questions and made some great suggestions to enhance my shisha experience. There was a huge selection and variety from hookahs to tobacco flavors available. This place gets 1 star simply because the customer service is so bad and also the prices are heavily marked up. One week you'll pay one price, the next week it's up 5-10 bucks. I will never step foot in this place again. Go elsewhere! read more

All this was previously posted to google had to get it in Yelp! This place really pisses me off not only are the people there very unaware of how to run a business they don't know how to be on time. It says on the door they open at 10:30 so I wait for them to open and I was like waiting for 10 minutes and I thought whatever it's not that bad, but turns out I was wrong it would be 12:00 pm before someone finally decides to open up the store and while I was there they act like you don't know anything and try to cheat you out of your money. Arabica needs to not be out done by these little time hookah shops!!!!! UN REAL I wrote a previous review 2 months prior on this hookah shop and I decided to give them a second chance, and as I enter the store there were like five people one being the owner. The owner proceeds to attempt to help me and as he lowers the hookah for me to see it my cousin notices that in the pipe there is a large amount of dust and she says that I don't want this. So we continue looking and five minutes into the search the owner decides to say hey your the one who wrote has he bad Yelp review about us (after all the customers left) so I said yes I did so the man comes at me yelling, "why are you trying to ruin my business I've been here for 9 years no one will listen to" so I laugh and say well why don't you bring in some people that will show up on time and he began to get frustrated and kicked me out so I knew that it was over, but not really. The owner had someone follow me and my cousins straight down Harlem in an escalade and we called the owner and told him why is your worker following us and flashing his lights he said word for word, "STOP AND FIND OUT" and hung the phone up. This hookah shop has awful customer service and cannot take criticism, if your new to hookah or want a good place to go to understand this there thousands of not tens of thousands of hookah shop arabica needs to understand customer service goes along way, there shop literally is ridiculous and has no reason actually to be a business. I swear on my life they are straight up garbage. read more

The customer service is WAY Better at their other store in Orland Park called Cloud Smoke, athough Orland does not have the amount of homemade Shisha that Arabica has. I know there is one guy who was working last night (12/26/2013) that was probably the most unfriendly person I have ever encountered at a smoke shop. Lighten up brah! !
