Many limousine companies charge nearly twice his rates, and we have often had concerns about the reliability of ride-share services. Lon arrived early and was extremely patient while waiting for my wife. Despite the early 5:30 a.m. pickup, he was friendly, professional, and engaging. He ensured we arrived at San Francisco International Airport safely and on time. For our return trip, Lon communicated clearly and consistently, even as our flight was delayed by three hours. When we finally landed, he was right on time despite poor weather conditions and unusually severe highway flooding in Marin County.
