Customer service fail. Go with a smaller company that values its customers. We spent over $60,000 on our Aragon pool less than four years ago (no choice - they're the only company that worked with our builder). Last week I emailed to ask for help with an LED light that went out in the hot tub. Pool LED lights are supposed to last 10-20 years, so it's unusual that it would need replacement so soon. But they certainly didn't *have* to replace it, because our warranty expired (less than a year ago). So I got an e-mail reply telling me we're out of warranty and out of luck. It would've taken practically nothing for them to do, and they're out here in our neighborhood every day. Just saying.... That's the kind of thing that can cost you another $60,000 customer over a $10, one-hour courtesy job. read more

So many issues for pool that is less than 3 yrs old. Issues started after one year and continue to this day. Latest is trying to get them to address the severe issue with paver settling. The workmanship with Aragon is very poor! read more

I've had two pools built by Aragon. They make a beautiful pool. The tile work and plaster are excellent. The equipment is installed very neatly. The skimmer is extremely level unlike some other companies. The decking and cage, we are in Florida, are well constructed And drain properly. I highly recommend this company to have your pool installed. One of the big things I like about this company is there customer service after the purchase. They are on it. The structure of the pool is probably the best I have ever seen. The installers of the pool and jacuzzi structure itself are perfectionists and I love the pool. I am not sure who connected the wiring the way they did, I am very disappointed in them as they should be in themselves. Do it right or find another career. I cannot give 2 stars to Aragon as a whole because of the poor quality work of one person, so, I am kicking it back up 4 stars, taking away one for that electrician. read more

Just moved into my new build by Pulte about 2 months ago and with the cooler weather creeping up I wanted to heat the pool but needed some assistance. I sent an email to the service dept. and within 15 mins I received a call from a friendly representative by the name of Dayne. If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible company. They build terrible pools. Do not recommend! My mom just bought a brand new house with a brand new pool in Florida in January and the pool has been a nightmare from day one. In the last two months, the pool and spa wouldn't heat, then we had a broken pipe, then a bad sensor, now the pool and spa keeps draining, large sand pebbles in the bottom of both and the yard is soaked where all the pool equipment is. Aragon was supposed to come look at it on Friday and no one showed. I called at the end of the day and they said the guy who was supposed to come was too busy with other jobs and now they can't get there until Monday. To me this is a serious issue. I can't believe Aragon is still in business. read more

We had our pool completed with our Pulte build last year. I've always been happy with how it turned out and ease of use etc. on one initial reach out I wasn't pleased with the warranty customer service about 9 mos ago. I recently called for my year warranty expiration and worked with Dayne. Dayne is awesome! He is laser focused on getting to the issue and solution. I cannot get any satisfaction when I call with a question. My biggest issue is the amount of time it takes my spa to get to 99 degrees. It can take 2 hours to go up 20 degrees, which is ridiculous. Every time I call they have a million excuses and try to tell me that's normal. It should take between 20 minutes to an hour at most. The other problem is how the spa runs the day after you use it. Most times when the waterfall runs, the jets blow very gently where you can barely see them blowing. The day after using the spa, they blow like the spa is on. It is not heating but the blowers are bubbling and blowing like when you turn the spa on. I was told by them this is normal, it's finishing it's cycle, which sounds like baloney to me. They designed and built a beautiful pool and spa for our new SWFL home. It has been fantastic and problem-free, and the quality was better than we expected. One star maybe giving Aragon pools too much credit. Aragon Pools was contracted by Pulte Builder to install the screen on my lanai enclosure on my new home built by Pulte. The bottom of the screen is popping out on all lanai enclosure bottom panels. We noticed this the first day, that we moved into our home, August 28, 2017. Pulte customer service has been unsuccessful to get Aragon Pools to repair the poorly installed screen to this day, November 25, 2017. I noticed that the flat spline used to hold the screen in place is not a continuous piece of material. In one corner Aragon used a 4 inch piece spline to complete the screen attachment. In another corner Aragon did not bother to use any spline for a 5 inch screen area in a corner. Now I see why the screen bottoms are popping out on my lanai screen enclosure. Used them for 5 months. I'd be generous by saying the "tech" was at my house for 10 minutes each time. Vacuumed the pool once, at my request. Almost never put chemicals in. The real kicker - each month, at the beginning, he marked that the filter was cleaned. After I fired them, I opened the filter case and found the filter was FILTHY. It had never been cleaned. (We're new construction and the pool was dirty from that. The filter was full of that dirt) See attached before/after pix. read more

Aragon Pool is very good on construction and design of your pool. Their service drags them down to 2 stars. The "Pool school " is to sales pitch to buy their service. The service is does not do what they say. Wrote on the service report that they vacuumed the pool on 5 occasions. When I took over to service myself, I found out the vacuum hose did not connect due to a missing adapter. Good construction wirh lousy service and even worse customer service. read more

The only reason we used Aragon pools was because Pulte promoted them and we are happy with the service Pulte provides , First we were never informed of the oxidation and chipping of the stone when installed. They have tried to make that right but I would of gone with pavers instead if known from the designer the pros and cons. Second, the owner of the company never responds to any emails. All we wanted was a response. Pulte has tried to accommodate us but we are still frustrated with doing business with Aragon. So far we like the pool itself but in the future would of gone with another company. read more

Our pool is a little over 3 years old on a new construction home. Warranty is 3 years. Our gas pool heater stopped working at approximately 3 years and 3 weeks. When we built our new home with DIvosta, Aragon was installing all the pools. They were useless with our repair of our Pentair pool heater. Leon(at Aragon) stopped returning my phone calls. The "warranty" pool services (especially the nasty woman at Caribbean Pool services... Liz)...were a waste of time we ended up hiring an independent pool company, who informed us the equipment Aragon installed was much more than we needed, and this problem could have been avoided. We have since spoken to many neighbors who have the same complaints with Aragon pools. Avoid them like the plague. Today, we spent $4300 to replace the inferior pool heater Aragon/Pentair installed. At our other home, our pool heater lasted 15 years. read more

I am rating Aragon Pools with one star because they are not standing behind my pool that has an overflow problem. Aragon is blaming the grading done by WCI and WCI says the problem is maintenance for the homeowner. The overflow has never worked and therefore I think the problem is between Aragon and WCI. The pool is only 7 months old. Be cautious if you deal with these companies. read more

They helped with the design and the installation. That's what the two stars are for. I've been trying to get someone to call me because the indoor control panel does not work. After calling and leaving messages, e-mailing and calling again they put me into the voice mail for their warranty dept. and they never called back. So I called them again and strongly voiced my displeasure with their customer service. The receptionist said she would send an email. Someone finally called me but he was no help. You would think they would send someone here to fix it but he asked me to wait a few more days. read more

Wow. Dishonesty and laziness. This is Aragon. Gave two stars to be fair because the construction, installation and completion of the pool they installed is fantastic. Our problem starts and ends with the service they offer for customers afterwards. At $225 per quarter it should include everything from vacuuming to filter check all the way up to repairs and chemical replacement. We started to realize slowly that they were doing virtually nothing when they came to clean, skim and check the filters. My neighbors and I started to observe each other's visits from this company and realized that they spent roughly 5 minutes inside of our lanai, then the rest of whatever time they were in our neighborhood inside of their truck playing with their phone. My recommendation is positive regarding constuction, quality and finish of the pool itself but use another maintenance service for your routine pool care. read more

We have never designed/constructed a pool. Had the good fortune to meet with their designer, Glen. He is creative, communicative and is able to translate your vision into a great design. We learned Glen was trained as an architect and certainly brings his ability to visualize in 3D space to pool design. The contract communication with Jamie went very smoothly. I will update in 6 months when we take delivery on our new home and this pool. read more
