Their maintenance of my pool caused severe damage to my heater and pool surface. I returned to find my pool surface to be black and grey. They apparently did not even notice the changes as my maintenance reports said everything looks fine. They wouldn't acknowledge any culpability and wanted to charge me an exorbitant fee to acid wash the pool. read more

HORRIBLE service since the company was sold in 2022. After two price increases they stopped showing up for a month, and then showed up at random times (every other week at best), instead of the agreed upon weekly schedule. They also did not vacuum, which was supposed to be part of the service. Could not reach them on the phone, did not return voicemails. So I finally cancelled. PS: it seems they're trying to "fix" their ratings by spamming other review sites with dozens of 5-star reviews, all from the past two weeks. Don't fall for it! read more

Terrible miscommunication around a pool pump under warranty that was not respected. Pool tech and service tech shared their reco in person and admin did respect their perspective and bullied bill payment. Do not use this company! 1. impassable to reach on the phone, 2. Service technicians do not report problems or can not communicate in English, 3. Do not warrant their workmanship, We bought the house with a pool in the end of March of 2023, the previous home owner mention that he has GroveS Pool Service and that we might want to switch service, after talking to their manager who told us that they are very responsive to any needs, we discover that they provide a sub par service. we are pool owner in a northern state ad we have never encounter a service so bad as Groves Pool Service. read more

Groves Replaced my pool motor and other items. Everything was done great! They serviced my pool on June 13, 2023. I Called July 13th to inquire when they would send me an invoice and or bill. I was told it will arrive soon. On July 24th my credit card statement arrived was billed $743.00. I have called and left messages requesting a copy of the bill for my records. They have not returned my phone messages or my email messages. Why? Good service not good business practices. What is wrong with them not giving a bill or invoice...who does that? I saw what they did I approve of what they did , I just want a receipt / bill for my records. I am a repeat customer! SMH read more

Worst pool service ever! Took over Groves from the builder . For 3 years had the same pool guy, same day, same time every week! Exactly what I signed up for. For the past few months , been awful , but now it's actually beyond awful. Different people come on random days, they show up or not. Call office your day has been Tuesday,  never always been Thursday,  they say never, ( look at the records)  but now, no consistency at all. None. Last few weeks, someone shows up, look at time stamp , from time they park in front of my house until they pull away,  3 min, next week 4 min , are you KIDDING me! Clean filter vacuum pool etc... 7 min total!  Then I look at my cameras, the day 3 min. Of course did nothing! Just took a picture of my pool!!! List goes on and on. Then this Saturday, another guy shows up, the only day to enjoy pool . Love how office, ignores calls, messages, several emails!!!! I have the paper trail.  Actually,  office should call customers when these problems arise . So Saturday,  pool guy was here 20 min. Why ? Because I went outside to ask this person whom I never saw before what is going on. He tells me I am here to help you out. Help me out? Yes, I help you, you helping me out , when I'm paying for a service not being done. Yes, I help you, they got nobody for you. I dont know, they quit , walk away , I dont know, I help you out! Yeah maybe call office I don't know, they got no one for you. Well, I dont want pool service on Saturday.  Fed up. Then pool guy starts on pool deck , look I clean for you, what? Worry about the pool ... then look at cage I clean for you and your drive way , my company,  I pressure wash for you,  I said many times , I people that do that  ( my deck and cage are clean) why you do that, let it get dirty , I clean for you! We moved to Marco last year and needed pool maintenance. The pool has not been maintained very well prior to our purchasing the house. Since Groves has been taking care of our pool, the water is pristine. Grove replaced our pool heater which was 17 years old and hadn't worked in a while. They were prompt and the results were great. We also had a problem with the timer on the pump which they also replaced. Fernando has done a great job with the weekly pool maintenance. I really like the reports that we get when they do the weekly maintenance. You get a report that they have arrived on site, another that tells you what they did, including a photo of the pool and a third message when they depart. read more
