I have a 82 Sedan DeVille that had an engine rebuild 2 years ago (different shop, now out of business). I needed more engine work an found Last Chance online. I was on the waiting "list" for 3 months. When Ron finally agreed to take the car in, he stated that it was probably going to need a new engine without ever seeing or listening to the car. When he asked my name, he said he knew someone with a similar sounding name who was Jewish, and asked if I was Jewish. I said yes. The more I thought about how he prejudged the car and how he prejudged me for being Jewish, I decided I didn't was Ron touching the Jew's Cadillac and canceled the pickup.

Long story short I got a remote start placed once I picked up I noticed the left side buttons on my steering wheel where not working took it back to them they said "I double checked everything and our work is good it could be clock spring needs to be replaced. I didn't believe them so I posted here and 110 Customs commented they would help me take a look at it. In less than an hour they found indeed was not the clock spring but a bent wire and loose bolt. They fixed it free of charge. They are amazing and I'm beyond thankful they help me figure this before having to buy something so expensive without needing to. Naturally, I asked what I owed them. Their answer? "The cost of a gallon of gas." That was it. They could have easily charged me for diagnostics, labor, or any number of things, but that's just not how they do business. They did the right thing because it's who they are. They also told me one time about a serious oil leak I had from my Camaro, and told me that the issue should be covered through Chevy, and it was! Not only have we been their clients since they opened, but my two sons and my dad are also clients of Arrowhead. You can wait for your vehicle in their small waiting area. They have a couple of tables and chairs and a big screen TV. I usually bring my laptop and the wait time goes by quickly. Not only does Arrowhead provide great service, they are fair in their pricing. Today my TT is getting new brakes and rotors. I highly recommend Jason and Glen from a simple oil change to larger car issues.
