It was going to cost me over $700 for a tow back to my area. I had the tire slime that is supposed to coat the inside of your tire so you can drive together to a place. But didn't seem to work, i still had a slow leak. So in trying to find a place open on Sunday that could handle Tesla, i found this Firestone in Aurora. I spoke with Bryan on phone and he confirmed they could do it, but they may not have the right tire in stock. Fortunately i had an extra tire with me, and learned the hard way, the night before, a tow truck can't just put a new tire on a rim, it has to be done at a shop. So i drive to Firestone, refilling my tire with air until i got there. Fortunately, that worked. Brian couldn't have been nicer . The shops pretty busy and he tries hard to accommodate everyone. They put on the new tire and i was on my way. I was so relieved and so grateful for Brian's care. I highly recommend this Firestone. I can tell they care bout their clientele. Also their bathroom is really clean. Thanks, Bryan! I was so stressed out and the sense of relief that i could then get home safely was such a relief.

Back in 2022 I had a problem with my Saturn Ion that nobody could fix. No shop could find the part that was needed because Saturn went out of business so long ago. I went to well over 8 different shops to get the issue resolved. Garage 31 was the only shop that fixed the issue even though they had to jump through so many hoops to resolve the issue. I ended up leaving me car overnight so they could do the additional work needed. My only gripe is that they told me it would be ready at 9 or 10am and it was not ready until noon. All things considered, I would recommend the place and would not hesitate to go back.

Andrew Hein, Service Advisor assisted me with all the issues. He came back to me stating that there are several codes coming up pertaining to the Evaporative Canister. He did not want to replace the entire unit without first doing a Perform a Smoke Test EVAP to find the leak. The technician pinpointed the problem. Had to have the removal & replacement of the Fuel Evaporative Canister. He had to order the part. When it did arrive, it was defective. He informed me and called the auto parts store he required a new part. It took a bit longer to get the part due to construction in the area. In the meantime, my blood sugar dropped dangerously low. Andrew headed out to get me a candy bar. It did the trick, otherwise, I would need an ambulance. The entire work got done. He even applied for a discount. Mike Ward was the technician. Very respectful young man. This has been my second visit to this location. I come in from Naperville and highly recommend to the locals and surrounding areas, to make this location, your first stop. From the managers down to the technicians, everyone takes their job seriously. Thank you to Andrew again for going beyond the norm.
