The carpets are great, and a quick install. Very nice crew as well. However, when we returned to the house after the carpets were installed, the painting on the wall trim was completely ripped up in every room, which was extra frustrating since we had just finished painting the week before. We called the owner, Rob, to ask why that had happened and he blamed us for not properly sanding the trim and priming it. That's fair enough, but the way it was handled was not very professional. We were never notified by the crew, and when the owner was told of this, he was not at all apologetic. When asked why we were not notified by the crew, he continued to just put the blame on us and deflect any responsibility. We do admit that we probably did not paint the trim properly, but the amount of paint that was torn off well exceeds what should have been. Again, we accept partial responsibility, but it was also poor workmanship, and the fact that the owner refused to admit this, offer an apology, and do anything to remedy the situation is very disappointing. We had a below average experience and will not be using this company again. read more
