I found a flight with an acceptable price on Delta Airlines. I later went to their website for phone number so that I could book directly. I mistakenly went to ARB website that was below Delta's. It was superimposed on what appeared to be Delta's website( with logos, Delta's plane, etc. ). I called to book flight. Saw email, but didn't open it, it was after midnight and I still had look for hotels. Checked email confirmation the next morning and I was charged $1621.02. Credit card company said there was a charge from Delta for $1196.13-total and one for $425 ( that was declined, but was added back on by the next day ). Talked to the customer rep to question the $425 charge and try to remove it. Nothing was ever said about any service charges, much less one FOR $425. Her explanation made no sense, something about fluctuating air prices and taxes. She offered a credit for my next booking and a refund of $125 after more discussion. She would also send a receipt explaining the charges. Never received a receipt. Tried to reach a supervisor numerous times over a period of two days. Unsuccessful. I am pursuing other avenues. If possible, this business deserves minus 5 stars. My bad for not checking my email right away-I had no idea I was dealing with an organization whose motto should be "Let the Buyer Beware!!" They asked for my birth year, so I think that they're trying to target non millennials-who might not be as savvy, have the time, determination to pursue their "lost" $$. ( hey, is this considered elder abuse??, think of your grandma ). This has taken much time to deal with. My recommendation is to run, don't walk away from them. Please never trust this company. I was charge a fee of $482 to do a name correction on a ticket with American Airlines. Per AA they do not charge for a name correction. The lady that answered the phone make me think that I was on the line with American Airlines. read more

I was having an issue doing an online booking of a Delta ticket for my daughter due to her last name having changed as a function of getting married. I decided to call Delta direct but could not quickly find a call-in number on their website so I Google'd it. The link this company puts up on Google is titled "Delta Airline Reservations: Official Site" and the URL with it is "deltaairlines-flights.com," so I thought I was contacting Delta directly. When a foreign sounding voice answered, which is not unusual for airline customer service departments, I asked if I was talking to Delta to verify. They replied "yes." I then booked my tickets through them but the prices were about 10% higher. They explained that the "taxes and fees" are billed separately and what I saw online either didn't include them or the price had changed since I looked online. They booked the tickets for me, but when I went back online to Delta's website I saw the prices had not changed and figured out that I had been duped. What they do is book the tickets for you online using Delta's website, charge the tickets to the charge card you give them, then add a separate fee for their services which ARB bills to your card separately. The tickets they make for you are legitimate; however, they made a mistake on my daughter's ticket, booking it for Basic rather than Economy, which I had requested so that we could have seats together. I then found Delta's correct call in number, rebooked that ticket directly with Delta, and called ARB back to cancel my daughter's ticket, which they did promptly, along with issuing a credit for the fees they charged on that ticket. ARB also requested a credit that came directly to me from Delta. I left the second ticket I booked with ARB in place, deciding to swallow the $36 fee they added to that ticket as it wasn't worth the hassle of rebooking and they did provide some service. Everything was fine until a couple of months later when Chase contacted me saying someone was trying to use the credit card I gave ARB to book a ticket to Sri Lanka and did I want to accept that charge. I said no and Chase helped me to immediately cancel that credit card number and get a fresh one. I contacted ARB to advise them. They said they would look into it, but then months later when I followed up, ARB claimed they had no part in it. I'm about 99% sure someone there used or sold my credit card number as that particular credit card I only use for auto-paying bills from major companies and for booking travel (which I hadn't done for quite some time). I would highly recommend you stay as far away from this company as possible unless you want extra fees added to your booking and your credit card info shared with others! I will be a lot more careful going forward when I book travel over the phone. read more

This company deserves a negative 5 stars based on my experience of being vastly overcharged and publishing telephone numbers that are not in service. January 2020, in making reservations directly with (I thought American Airlines) ARB Travel USA, told me the ticket price was $639.00. The price was steep but I thought is was due to a holiday (Easter) during my trip. I still assume this is AA I am speaking with. I receive the confirmation email and was surprised to see the name ARB Travels on the document. The price said $639. No breakdown. A week or two later, I check into AA to confirm my ticket and reserve seats. AA said my ticket was $276.80 with taxes and fees. What? I instantly assumed this was an error on ARB's part charging me $639. I tried calling the telephone number ARB has listed on their documents and web site and at first is was "not set up to receive calls"; now is says "not a working number". I called my credit card company and they tell me there are two charges, one for $276.80 for an airline ticket and one for $352 for fees and taxes on the ticket. On my first email to ARB they responded after a couple of days, that they would check to see if an error had been made. Cannot get any more response from them on that. I then needed to cancel my ticket, due to flying restrictions. They won't respond at all. I finally got through to AA and cancelled my ticket. I will get a credit for the ticket, but AA can't do anything about the fees charged by ARB. I am just out the $362 that ARB charged - over 130% of the ticket price. Please double check any charges you get quoted by ARB Travel USA. A costly lesson for me. read more
