I had a great experience with Arbor Care. I had three 65' eucalyptus trees planning to remove two and trimming the third. First off Burt was right on time at the beginning of window I was given. Burt was very friendly and knowledgeable about my trees. He analyzed my situation with several large limbs hanging over neighboring properties and damaged 6' block walls to navigate. He showed care for my property and those surrounding. He gave me the confidence I needed to feel Arbor Care could handle the job. Burt then continued to provide me with advice going forward with new landscaping that would best increase the looks and value of my property. He then provided the lowest estimate of all I received. Junior and his crew showed up right on time. They checked out the situation and then reviewed the estimate and tasks to be completed with me answering all my questions. They made quick work of the trees ensuring that all large branches were hoisted in the air over the walls and down to my property. It was like a work of art watching these men skillfully bring down these trees. They then ground the two tree stumps down as far as possible exceeding my expectations. After two full truck loads and making sure all properties were debris free they completed the job. I'm in Gilbert near Lindsay and Warner. From the quote to the work I am very pleased. The quote was thorough and very fairly priced. Arbor Care did the requested work this morning in a very professional and workmanlike manner. They were here a little before the scheduled 8 a.m. time which was a plus. The crew was easy to talk with as we first went over the scope of work quoted. They completed tree trimming on a large Palo Verde in the front and crown thinned it. In the back they trimmed a property line tree, trimmed a tall queens palm, and removed two large/tall queens palms. They also ground the stumps of the queens palms removed and one extra one where I had removed a smaller queens palm a couple of years ago. They did an absolutely great job. After we went over the scope of work as quoted they started right in. They constantly were cleaning up as they went. My pool is very close to the queens palms work in the back and some small stuff got in the pool which they cleaned out and then blew the water surface to one side so I could net out the really small stuff. Around the yards after cleaning up the big stuff they blew the small stuff up into piles, raked it up and hauled it away and left everything clean and in great shape. During a monsoon, one of my fabulous, but huge and old trees, dumped a bunch of branches in my yard and in the street. I called Arbor Care, they were awesome on the phone and set me up with an appointment quickly. The arborist showed when he said he would. He was lovely, knowledgeable, friendly. I asked him to look at all of my trees since branches keep falling in the street, yard and on my roof. He gave me a quote on trimming out and taking care of both my big, old trees. And although they were backed up a couple of weeks for an appointment, they scrambled to get some guys out to take care of the branches in the road so I wouldn't get contacted by the city. It was done within days, clean, tidy...if there wasn't noise, I wouldn't have known they were here. They set up an appointment to do the rest of the work in a timely manner, the men came, saw, trimmed trees, cleaned up after themselves and left. The trees look great. My yard was not filled with debris. They sent a bill. I paid it. Done. They were friendly, communicative, knew what they were doing, were here when they said they'd be here, did what they said they'd do, and left my property how they found it, except with healthier trees. I am totally going back to them for regular tree maintenance and I cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

However, as someone who is a working professional in technology, I couldn't help but notice that the business could benefit from updating their vulnerable payment methods. Upon attempting to pay the invoice through the provided link, my browser flagged the website as unsafe. Despite recognizing it as originating from Arbor Care, I proceeded cautiously. Initially, I was presented with only two options: either input my personal checking or savings account details. Entrusting such sensitive information to potentially insecure forms was concerning. After contacting them, I reluctantly settled for the third option--providing credit card details over the phone. While this method offers some protection and insurance through the card company, it's far from ideal. Additionally, discovering that Arbor Care imposes a 3% service transaction fee for credit card payments was an unwelcome surprise. Had there been a more secure online payment alternative that prioritized customer information protection, I would readily give them a 5-star rating. However, being left with no choice but to divulge credit card details over the phone and endure additional fees detracts from an otherwise positive experience. read more

After 24 years of having our eucalyptus tree improperly trimmed every 2 years we finely found a company that understands the importance of proper trimming. This year we contacted 3 different companies for competitive bids. I believed the first estimator was either unqualified or lacked the experience to take on such a large project such as ours. When he told me he would have to get his boss involved in order to give me a price I knew the company he represented was not for me. I will admit the tree is quite large and it requires a special understanding of the task in order to successfully complete the job. The 2nd company was Arbor Care. Once Burt arrived it was only a matter of a few minutes before I was certain he knew exactly what was required. I was extremely confident the job would be performed correctly. The men arrived at the agreed time along with a supervisor. The supervisor remained for the duration of the job. The work was completed exactly as Burt had promised. I could not be happier. If you are tired of paying companies large sums of money that are unreliable, unskilled and leave you a mess I would strongly advise you to contact Arbor Care. We recently bought a new house and the outside landscaping and trees needed some attention. We have several trees that needed to be cleaned up so was not sure where to look. Found Arbor Care and spoke to someone and a few days late. Daniel came out to our house to look at our trees. Great guy and very personable. He knew his stuff inside and out and was very straightforward and honest. I could not have felt more comfortable and after we reviewed the quote the cost was extremely reasonable. We scheduled to have them do the work and look forward to having him continue to care for our house. Side note, Prior to calling Arbor Care I had called Moonvalley nursery and was frustrated with how difficult it was just to get a quote. Also, they did not even come out to the house. They simply requested that I take pictures and email them. It was a joke compared to the experience we had with Daniel and Arbor Care. I wish all transactions could go as smoothly as this did! I called for several quotes to have a tree removed. Burt arrived on schedule, was very easy to talk to and gave me a very acceptable quote. Other arborists couldn't get out in an acceptable time, or had to re-schedule, and quotes were substantially higher than Burts, when I did get them. Carlos and his team came out as planned. They worked speedily, did a thorough job inluding trimming back some other small trees I had, and cleaned up everything after they had finished. They were extremely courteous and professional. The team to grind the stump came a few days later. Even though they had some issues initially, and had to go get a larger machine, they finished the job in a timely manner. Again, the work was thorough, clean-up good, and both men extremely courteous. For any tree work I might need in the future I will look no further than Arbor Care. And I would recommend them 100% to any of my friends and neighbors. These guys are professionals! read more

Our initial meeting was with two very nice men, who came out, took a look at our trees and recommended what they thought we should do with our VERY overgrown trees. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable about AZ tree care. A week later, Carlos's team with Arbor Care came out and they were great! They showed up and immediately started working on the five trees we needed trimming. Our Eucalyptus tree in the backyard had become SO overgrown and it was a nightmare of a tree to trim. Two of Carlos's team members got right up in the tree and started trimming away like it was no problem! They did and excellent job trimming ALL our overgrown trees and even gave us advice for taking care of a couple of our dying trees. They cleaned up all the mess even using a leaf blower to get all the extra little bits that fell when trimming. They were really fast, only taking about an hour and a half to trim up all our trees. Arbor Care trimmed our 3 overgrown (and previously, badly and incorrectly trimmed, by another service) mesquites . Arborist Burt, a friendly kind of guy, gave us a bottom line quote to include clean up and hauling. Very knowledgeable guy. On day of service, his crew arrived on time and spent 1.5 hrs. trimming those mesquite monsters. The lead (sorry I forgot to write down his name), was a professional and poised young man. He and his crew worked efficiently, each man having his own task in the process. It was like an assembly line. When finished, he asked us to check the work. What can I say. The trees were beautifully trimmed, the yard was left cleaner than when they arrived, the cost was exactly what Burt had quoted. You may be able to get a cheaper service out there but I've never found one that equals Arbor Care. I will use them again for other upcoming tree projects. Thanks guys! read more

Art and his team did a wonderful job today trimming a two large trees and removing a smaller tree. Burt, who came and did the estimate first, gave me a very reasonable price based on all the work I wanted the company to complete. He also answered any questions I had about tree trimming and removal. Art and his team on the day of trimming/removal checked again my preference for how much I wanted to trim the trees, and were very efficient in completing the job. When they finished the job, I was very pleased with how they had trimmed the trees and removed the other one. They also removed all the branches and debris thoroughly. This is the third year in a row I have used this company and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed tree trimming or tree removal service. Don't hesitate to book them! read more

Arbor Care is an excellent company! Art and his crew were here this morning and perfectly trimmed all four of my mature and very tall palm trees. They also took down a dying octotillo cactus in my front yard that was very large as it had been in my yard since 1980. With all of the services they provided they did an outstanding job. The crew was very friendly and they worked quickly and efficiently. They also went the extra mile and cleaned up debris around my trees that was not a result of their work here today. Art said that they are a full service company. These men obviously take true pride in their work. We bought a 'fixer upper' type home in Ahwatukee in late 2018. The trees hadn't been taken care of at all. In the front yard we had this beautiful tree that was very sick and another two desert trees that were awfully overgrown. We needed an arborist to help us identify the types we had and to help us determine how to save them. So we called Arbor Care. Soon after that call Daniel came out. He was awesome and very knowledgeable. Daniel answered all my questions (and continues to do so as well!!) The tree trim is now complete and we will stick with Arbor Care for all our tree needs. Jr. walked me around the trees asking what I was hoping for and advising on limbs that would need to go. Having lived in the Phoenix area for over 30 years I know what damage the monsoon can do and asked Jr. to take out the crossed branches and give the trees that open airy look that will protect them as much as possible from breaking or uprooting and take the canopy up. He and his team got to work and within 90 minutes had cleaned up the trees and my yard. Awesome job! Entire crew was polite and knew exactly what to do. I had a 40+ foot Tipuana Tipu tree in the backyard that needed to be removed. There was a section of the tree than hung over my covered patio so I was concerned that it could be done without and damage. These guys were incredible to watch. Worked extremely safely with all wearing protective gear, helmets and harnesses. They tied off and cut each limb and lowered them to the ground using ropes & pulleys they had setup. They did the job professionally and without issue. Demonstrated exceptional teamwork in completing the job. Cleaned up everything after the work was done. What a fabulous company!!! Our property is full of trees and hasn't been maintained for over 10 years. Clayton came out as scheduled to survey the property and give us a bid. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. The crew arrived exactly on time as scheduled to do the work. They just left after a day and a half of hard labor, and the yard is pristine. Special kudos to Carlos who was a total pleasure to work with...he checkid in with me periodically to make sure I was pleased with the progress. And kudos too for the amazing guy who climbed up a dozen trees to do the hard work (didn't get his name, sorry). Have been using Arbor Care for tree trimming on a few occasions previously. This time I engaged them for removal of a large (~60-70ft) eucalyptus tree on a rental property I own. The office responded to a request for quote in less than an hour, via text messaging, and from a few pictures of the tree (did not need to visit property). But the biggest kudos goes to the team that did the actual removal, and especially Esteban who did the actual climbing and cutting. The tree was 15ft from the house and 4-5ft in two directions from a block fence, and so in a difficult place, with risk of structure damage should anything go wrong. Needless to say, everything well.
