Due to the quality care that the staff have given my 6 and 8 year old boys, they now feel confident going into their dental appointments by themselves. They also received great toys and the dental hygienist was great at recommending electric toothbrushes that I could invest in for better brushing amongst my anxious boys. I had a good cleaning and exam. All happy with that - but: They said that my insurance pays only 90% for the cleaning when in reality they pay 100% and wanted me to pay the difference. I had to go back and forth a couple of times insisting that it is 100%, and in the end they confirmed that it was 100%. In addition, they now charge $25 for filing an insurance claim. I am sorry, I understand that you need to pay staff for the time they spend with insurance on the phone, but that is the cost of doing business, and the dental business is extremely lucrative. read more

Analice is an amazing she's the receptionist in suite 211, she really helps breaking things down and she has a warm calming demeanor. As far as that goes I've gotten care from Dr. Anwar in suite 211 and every time she's worked on me along with Elizabeth it's been smooth sailing. Super disappointed. I had been going to arbor dental for maybe 5 years, 2 years ago I switched insurances. When my insurance changed I asked the receptionist over the phone if they accepted beam and she told they did no questions asked. I had gone into the office a handful of times over the course of the two years and was never told my beam insurance was actually considered out of network, and unfortunately for me that meant the remainder of the charges over this time was up to me to pay out of pocket. Got a bill in the mail saying I owed $700 though I was never told at any point I had an outstanding balance on my account that just kept getting added to. I emailed them several times, never got a response back. I work long hours at an animal hospital so it was difficult to call and actually get a hold of someone to speak to about the billing, when I finally did the first girl I spoke to said um weird that sounds like a lot are you sure you're not looking at the eob from the insurance. Yeah I agree it was a lot lol thanks. She passed the phone to someone who could actually look up my account before just saying things and confirmed I did in fact owe $700. All I got was an oops sorry we try to tell people whether their insurance is out of network idk how we didn't but your invoice was already discounted also we've never taken your insurance though we may be listed as a provider on their app. I hate b**ching on the internet but yeah I'm super upset and annoyed. I'll take some responsibility I guess I should've asked explicitly if they were in network or asked them every time I went in if I owed something I just figured they would've told me sooner and had my best interest at heart which proved to be wrong. read more

He not only addresses your concerns but he provides you with clear understanding of your issues. After crossing paths with Dr. Ajlouny years ago, as picky as I am combined with my severe loathe for all dentists, I knew that I had finally found someone whom I could trust, refer, and feel less uncomfortable from my intense childhood fears of dentists. And lastly speaking of comfort, I've also never experienced a more warm homey ambiance throughout the entire suite from the reception lounge, through the hallways, and inside of each examination room. All this great atmosphere filled with the best staff including the brightly shining Christine, the multifaceted fun Arpy, and the very thorough Christina just to name a few. The completely unnecessary and wildly expensive 3-D mouth scan was one of the most painful dental experiences I have ever had. I imagine they spent a great deal of money on this toy and need to justify its cost. My spouse was seen the same day and left with pain and jaw misalignment that were never there before. Despite several follow up visits they never seemed to know how to correct this. A visit to a different dental clinic quickly resolved this. We are both done with Arbor Dental Group. read more
