How can my front porch not be nekkid to passers-by as I write this review? We called these folks to come take a look to see if they could save our tree. Alas, we had a borer problem. Super customer service (not in the nagging, we're going to try to upsell you on every single issue but want to help you save your tree, kind of way). Comes in to check in on our tree. For a slight cost ($150/year x3 years) they come out, check in, give us advice for maintaining our tree and stick in the tree-saving lollipops. OK...so is $150 a year a bit much? Mayhaps. But we really do LOVE our Linden.

They did most of the work, but refused to remove one damaged limb that was resting on my house because it was too high for the equipment they had with them. So, after they left, I got out my long extension ladder and raised it as high as it would go. I climbed it, climbed up into the tree and cut off and removed the limb myself. I'm in my 70's. I complained to the company in writing and to the Better Business Bureau but Omaha Tree chose to ignore my complaint with no response.

They also did not clear the sidewalk to the property line; they left about 30 feet uncleared. Once money was received, failure to check on project, and return call was zero to none. I was given two options: wait til October to see if grass germinate, or sod. I opted for sod at an additional cost. Woke up ine morning, and without warning black and dead sod was placed in spots that didn't grow. Who does that? I took pics and sent to A.J. and asked to remove it! I then noticed a charge on my card for dead sod (not dormant). On a card, I asked Omaha Solutions not to save in the initial payment. Jessie removed the charge and my credit card from their records. Meanwhile, I didn't fertilizer my yard which I regularly do...because I didn't want to alter seeds. Now, I have crazy weeds. A.J. stated he would refund me $60; then change to refunding me $1.99 a lb for 7 lbs of seeds. I sent him a copy of a receipt for the same seeds I purchased for $3.69 lb....sent me a check for $20.00....should be for $31.59. Once again, I reached out to Omaha Landscaping Solutions asking Jessie to have the partner contact me. Nothing thus far! I have our conversations and receipts copied.
