The plating absolutely lives up to the "rainbow" name. Marinated tuna, yellowtail, salmon, cucumber, avocado, crab salad, masago, tempura crunch, and poke sauce all layered together into pure chaos in the best possible way. And somehow...the fish tasted fresher than the fish I get back home in Florida. Which honestly feels strange considering we're literally surrounded by water. Everything tasted incredibly clean and fresh, the textures were spot on, and the service was shockingly fast. I can't speak on the rest of the menu yet, but the Rainbow Bowl alone is worth the trip.
