Clayton was great! The guy is incredibly knowledgeable, he came to give us a quote on two large palm trees I have in my backyard. One that hadn't been trimmed since I have lived in the home. He responded quickly to my request for a quote. I originally contacted ArborCraft as a second opinion because the first person I contacted seemed to be priced on the high and the information he was giving me didn't seem to make sense. Not only did Clayton give me a better price but he had a much more through quote than the other guy. Such as shaving the trunk of the palm tree which the other guy said that he could not do. The trees look great and I was beyond impressed with how quickly and efficiently ArborCraft had my trees trimmed and yard cleaned up looking as good as new. And my neighbors are happy with ArborCraft because they made sure to notify my neighbors before trimming that some of the mess would end up in their yard and they got permission to go into my neighbors yard to clean up the mess. Awesome work! We had a large Sissoo tree that was damaging our fence with its invasive roots. We had the fence repaired before but the roots continued to cause issues. Instead of continuing to repair it, we decided to call around and see what our options were. We found ArborCraft on yelp and we requested an estimate. Clayton, the Certified Arborist/Owner of the company replied in a few minutes and then came out within a couple of hours to take a look at the tree! He was friendly and really informative about the root systems and said he has seen this many many times with Sissoos in the past. We felt comfortable with his visit as he was obviously knowledgeable but wasn't pushy and didn't pressure us into making our decision. The removal process was fun to watch and it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. When the tree was down they ground the stump below dirt level and put chemicals down that keep the roots from sprouting little suckers. It looks like there was never a tree there! After the storm this last week, we had a mature ficus tree that was falling down and partially laying on our block wall in our back yard. I called ArborCraft first thing in the morning to see if they could come out to check it out. Clayton was at our home 1 1/2 hours later. Due to how our tree was uprooted and laying, he scheduled his crew for come first thing the next morning to remove it. He said his crew would be at our home at 7:00 am and they were right on time. Not only did Ronnie, Miguel, and Lenny do a superb job in removing our tree, they were very professional, friendly, and worked great as a team. They not only cleaned up everything from the removal in our yard, but also our neighbor's from clippings that fell. I also want to give a shout out to the office when I called. ArborCraft Tree Service was great from scheduling a free estimate to completion of tree removal. Bre in the office was timely and easy to work with. We had concerns about two walls that were adjacent to the tree to be removed as well as other landscape. Burt came out for the estimate, was very knowledgeable and offered help with new tree and landscaping suggestions. Their estimate quote was competitive and work was scheduled. The crew arrived and completed the work in four hours. This was a monster Eucalyptus tree well past its prime. Jose, Miguel, and Issac did a great job of removal and took the stump significantly down below grade and even accommodated my wife with some select cuts to make some landscaping plant stands. They also helped mulch our flowerbeds with the super fine mulch from the stump grinding. Our grounds were left even more clean and groomed than when the crew arrived. Great guys. Our experience working with ArborCraft was awesome. We had two huge Sissoo trees that were taking over our back yard. The root system was tearing up our pavers and heading towards the house. The last thing we needed was the root system to start tearing up our concrete patio or messing with our homes foundation. We called ArborCraft and they came out that same day to give us a quote. Clayton was awesome and knows his stuff. He told us what we needed to know then gave us a quote at very reasonable price. They were out the next morning, and by the time I got home from work the trees were gone! I live in Chandler and was searching for someone on Craigslist to remove trees and found Clayton, who responded immediately. After being told by 4 different people that the roots from our Sissoo trees could eventually cause great damage to our house, we made the decision to cut them down. We had 4 in the backyard and 2 in the front. They had grown to about 20 feet and were very beautiful and the shade was amazing. It hurt me to the core to have to remove them, but we knew that over time, the potential cost to do it later rather than now could be astronomical. The entire team at ArborCraft did an outstanding job today!! Clayton arrived at my home to prepare the estimate 1 minute early and when I explained our urgency to have the job completed within a week, he called back and offered service the next day. The arrival time for the work crew was given as between 6:30 and 7:00 am - I heard the first chainsaw rumble at 6:45. The cutting team did an awesome job including the additional requests I made last minute and they checked back before leaving to make sure everything I wanted trimmed had been taken care of. The clean up crew left about an hour later with zero evidence that any work had been done at all - except for the added sunlight now getting thru the trees. I cannot thank the team from ArborCraft enough for such an incredibly professional experience. AND - to top it off - the final cost was $68 below the next highest bidder - and I received 5 estimates before selecting ArborCraft. I contacted a couple of companies to get estimates to trim 2 large palm trees and a large pine tree. All of the estimates were within about $25-$50 so I chose ArborCraft and I am glad that I did. I just had a good feeling about Clayton. He was the only one who really took the time to talk to me about the trees health. Obviously, we weren't worried about the palm trees but the pine tree was looking bad. Other companies encouraged me to take it out but Clayton understood that I wanted to keep the tree if it was possible and educated me on some extra things we could do to keep the pine tree as healthy as possible. The pine tree looks so much better after trimming and we are very pleased that we were able to keep a mature tree. The clean up was great and they were very respectful of my neighbor and left 0 mess. I had contacted ArborCraft Tree Service this past summer after receiving a letter from the HOA regarding the trees on my property. Clayton came out and gave me a fair estimate. I was impressed by his knowledge & professionalism but was under a time constraint so I used another guy (and found out why HE was available immediately when everyone else was a few weeks out). ArborCraft is amazing and I absolutely will hire them again when I need tree service. I just bought a second home (rental) that I needed to have a huge Palo Verde tree removed from my front yard and a second smaller tree removed from my back yard. Right on schedule - actually a few minutes early! About 5 guys showed up with chain saws each with their assigned jobs and in literally 20 minutes they had removed the trees and used their stump grinder to leave no evidence of a tree stump. Everything from the tree was tossed into their wood chipper and nothing was left behind. They had the best quote for the job and I'm so glad they did the job. My huge Palo Verde tree was about 10 feet from the front of my house, large glass windows and my roof. They expertly brought it down with zero damage - not even close to my windows. I contacted ArborCraft to get an assessment on my trees and Clayton (the owner) was incredibly responsive. He came out within a few days of my contacting him, providing his professional assessment as an arborist, and outlined a course of action to address my trees. Lenny served as the primary pruner on my trees and he was exceptionally precise and deliberate with every limb he cut away. He also understood that removing an Ash tree we've had in our family for over 15 years was a heart breaker. At my request, Lenny made me a "chair" out of its stump. Lenny was exceptional! Equally as precise were Christian and Anthony who did a yeoman's job cleaning up all the debris and grinding the stump down. Lastly, at my request, Clayton came on-site to ensure the pruning of a delicate Palo Verde went off without a hitch. Here too, Lenny pruned this tree with the precision of a surgeon. ArborCraft Tree Service employees, Ronnie and Isaac, just completed pruning one ficus tree and three citrus trees at my home. On this day where the humidity and temperature were miserable, they completed the job expertly and professionally. My request was done in a timely manner for which I am grateful because I was dragging my feet to get it done this year. I was lucky that we haven't had any major monsoon storms yet because I would have had some kind of damage, I'm sure. We just had 1 tree and the stump of another removed by Arborcraft. Ronnie's crew came out on time and really did a great job. All I can say is WOW! These guys really did a fantastic job! The quote we got was very reasonable and the crew did a superb job and cleaned up like they had never been there. All the guys were polite and were mindful of the house and our neighbors yard where some of the tree limbs might have fallen but these guys know there stuff. They were here and out in less than an hour and like I said, cleaned up really nicely when they were done. I would not hesitate for a second to have them back for any tree service in my yard. I had a very unruly Sisso tree that needed to be trimmed up and thinned out. I had requested estimates from several different companies, and Arbor Craft was one of them. Originally they quoted for a removal, and at this time I am not looking to remove it, but then provided a quote for all the trimming. It seemed a little on the higher side, but the companies with the lower quotes did not have good or any reviews. Having a tight budget I almost chose one of the other companies, however I am very thankful that I did choose ArborCraft due to the awesome job they did with my Sisso, the professional service I got throughout my whole interaction, and because the service was totally worth the price. My dad asked me to help him coordinate the removal of a large eucalyptus tree in his backyard that had him worried. The tree was dying and hanging over part of the house. I contacted a couple other tree service companies; one that I never heard back from, and the other gave me a really high quote that I thought was pretty unreasonable. I went to Yelp for a quote, and Clayton was the first to respond. He came out the next morning and gave me a much more reasonable estimate. He knows a lot about trees and was friendly. I recently used the services of ArborCraft Tree services after contacting several tree service companies about removing a 30 foot Sissoo tree that was planted in my backyard that was extremely close to my house and the roots had up lifted my pavers. Clayton showed up on time and was extremely professional and informative through out the estimate. After receiving the estimate I was able to schedule within two weeks. The day of the tree removal: The tree climber was early and was able to provided me a step by step on what the process would be like.
