Now here's the reason you should come to Tacos Chilangos: the suadero. Even though it's not cooked the traditional way, it was absolutely delicious. Perfect meat-to-fat ratio, super flavorful, and easily the standout. The guacamole salsa was top tier. I kept going back to that one over the others. I truly wish this level of customer service existed at some East valley locations I've visited. Overall, this was hands down one of the best Raising Cane's experiences I've had. I preferred the chicken over the steak but it had a really clean char flavor on both meats and were tender and juicy. The teriyaki sauce was really tasty as well not too soy based and plenty of it in the bowl so mixes with the rice and veggies and meat and more than enough. Also had the 5 dumplings which were tasty as well. All in all great meal that's really clean. This would be great casual option if you want something clean and not oily but tasty.
