Very good fresh quality and the staff are always so nice when I go into there and make me feel warm and welcome

I've had good luck previously at this location but today I ordered a mushroom & Swiss burger and I received a regular burger even though the receipt was correct. Also they are no longer grilling jalapeños due to eye irritation. This made me think; I'm surprised they are even still cooking the burgers on a grill since it is hot to stand next to. Also are they going to get rid of onions since they can also irritate your eyes.. I mean maybe you should sell something that doesn't have to be cooked at all, god forbid that you have to put out all that effort to cook something and get the correct order to the correct customer.. read more

We checked out Culver's because we don't have any in CA. Known for their soft buttery buns and frozen custard. We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, Culver's burger and onion rings. Spicy chicken was not spicy but it was crispy. The patty was juicy and bun was just extra buttery soft. Both had lettuce and tomato. We also tried onion rings which was nicely battered. They knew it was our first time and gave us a coupon for free frozen custard at the next visit. read more

First time at a Culver's. The ambiance is nice and clean, and plenty of seating at this location. The service was quick and friendly, from the order taker to the person dropping off our food it was a pleasant experience. The food was fine, I picked up a double bacon burger combo and was pleased with what I received. The burger was cooked proper as were the fries. Awesome double butter burger at @culvers Phoenix, AZ. This was exactly the fuel I needed before tomorrow's Spartan BEAST. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was delicious. The burger was huge and reminiscent of a smash burger. The edges were crispy and added incredible texture. The dill pickles and red onion were fresh and flavorful. The restaurant was clean with welcoming vibe. Compared to other restaurants, it had a cozy feel to it.I ordered the Deluxe Burger Combo and cheese curds which I have never tried before. The wait wasn't long to get my food. I was really impressed with the taste of the food. The burger was tasty and didn't have that fast food taste. The fries were soft in the inside with a nice crunch on the outside. The cheese curds did not disappoint! A nice crunch outside with a garlic hint and a nice warm inside. Decided to stop by here for an early dinner. I grabbed a butterfingers milkshake, chicken fingers and French fries. They had me pull up after paying and wait for the food to be brought out. Just a bit disappointed with this location...or maybe all are this way, but I have always loved Culver's. I arrived after their lobby closed and the drive-thru was only open. I am here for work and staying right across the parking lot and did not have a vehicle, so I walked over there. there were no cars in the drive-thru when I got there and really just wanted to order two scoops of vanilla frozen custard and had cash out to pay for it, but they denied me because I was not in a car. Then they said that I could order online, but I had my phone in my hotel room just two buildings away. And even if I would order online, which I'm sure would be a lot more expensive, then I would need a car to pick it up unless I paid a third party vendor to deliver it for me. I jokingly mentioned that if I rented the car and went through the drive-through and they mentioned that that would be fine., But was not about to rent a car just so I can go through the drive-through. Or I could have waited and asked somebody who went through the drive-through if they could order it for me. again, they had no problem with that. Like I mentioned earlier, I really love the Culver's frozen custard and many times I get a burger and fries there too. This experience has tarnished my impression of Culver's and may not go back. I know I am only one person, and they may not care to lose one person as a valued customer, but it could have been resolved if they would have sold me the two scoops of custard. This is a Friday go to in Wisconsin. It's so nice having Culver's down here. I got the double bacon butterburger and devoured it. I added cheese curds and got a mint-chocolate shake. All of it was absolutely delicious. This is one place I do not consider as fast food. It's nostalgic home food. read more

I've been to various Culver's over the past 25 years. This one, even tho the line to order was backed up, moved very slowly. The cashiers were far too detailed, asking various unnecessary questions, such as: 'Are you sure you like Buffalo sauce?' The place was 1/4 full but there were about six parties trying to order. The manager finally took a register and the line advanced better. My lunch arrived in five mins. The deep fried curds have always been good here. They're battered in cornmeal, fried and served hot. Good food but once they got my order all wrong and something told me to double check bag whilst already on the road so I had to turn around to get back in drive through do to the fact of not being presentable to walk in. But, the food was disgusting Overcooked, dry burger on a limp, characterless bun which, supposedly, had been grilled ( perhaps it had a cousin who knew a guy.... but no evidence to support) Fries were fries. Basically , tasted like Costco frozen crinkle cuts. Nothing wrong, nothing to love Everything was edible. Nothing was exceptional except cleanliness, which was. Found this place out of convenience and since we had never been here before we went inside since we weren't sure about the menu. We got the Butterburgers, fries, shake and a mix in ice cream. We were really just stopping in to pick up something for our son and we decided to share one. It was sooo good. The bun was soft and buttery- I know it should be a given by the name but I wasn't expecting it! The staff was super nice and patient and another lady that was also ordering had never been there as well. If your near a Culver's I would suggest to go. I do not think there is a Culver's restaurant in the Bay area. This place is a walking distance from our hotel and so we went in for lunch. Tried their strawberry shake and the reuben sandwich. Service was cool. Sandwich was decent... Not good but I've had worse ones. I think Jack in the Box has better shake tho. read more

Love Culver's. After driving all day I was so hungry for custard, but I got a burger instead. It was not a disappointment. The onion rings were tasty as well. Mom ordered a tenderloin. The service was top notch for a late Friday night. We went thru the drive-thru. I could honestly at one of those burgers right now as I am writing this review. I recommend the custard as well. I had a problem with this location I ordered a fish dinner they placed it in a to go package that was shallow. The oil from the fish leaked onto the fries and fish it was soaked by the time I got to work and inedible. Everything was so fries roll and fish. The manager promised to replace she sent me a coupon for just a fish. When I attempted to resolve she was very short rude and advised that she was the general manager and there was no one else to speak to about the issue. I put in a request to have the owner call me I await their response. We stopped here on our way down to the airport. Easy to get to, right off the freeway. I had been to other Culver's before, but usually just stop for a Turtle Sundae (The best!). Tonight I went with some food. I ordered the Culver's double butter burger meal and upgraded to cheese curds. I had their own root beer to drink. Here is how it the food was............. Double Butterburger- Solid! Reminded me of a Smashburger. Semi thin patties, cooked on a flat top so you get a nice little outside crunch. Very juicy and delicious. I got it with only onions and cheese. I would get one again. Cheese Curds- Deep fried nuggets of cheese? I'm listening! These things were great! They had a nice exterior batter on them that was seasoned well. The taste of the batter reminded me of Carls Jrs fried zucchini....same flavor. I could have eaten way more of those little nuggets of gold. Me and my brother split a Turtle Sundae for dessert. This location didn't hook up the toasted pecans as well as the spot by my house in Surprise, but it was still a delicious sundae! I always have to get one of these whenever I am here. Service was awesome! The cashier was really friendly and patient. She even cracked some jokes when she came out to the dining room to deliver our food. Good times! Overall, I will be back. Usually my go to and a favorite I was very disappointed today. The food did not taste up to Culver's great standard and not flavorful. I ordered a burger and was told they could not as an additional patty ‍. The bathrooms were disgusting, the lobby has trash all over the place. Business was slow and they had plenty of staff so no excuse. I wanted to get custard to go but all of the frozen containers for the flavors I wanted had sticky custard all over them. read more
