The majority of my sub was veggies. It was meant to be a turkey and ham club. The sub should've had cheese, but it didn't. One side, only had one slice of ham. My husband and I both said thank you to the girl who was at the end of the line wrapping them up, and she looked at us and didn't say anything. That's different. They closed the Which Wich where we live so we were excited to find one when we were in the area, but I wouldn't come back to this location. I've lived here over two years and tried everything with this place. I popped in when it was busy (my fault), popped in when it was empty (still my fault?) and ordered ahead (c'mon man). But it's always the same: Overpriced, mediocre food, served slowly from a counter. I'm currently home, eating one of the worst "Italian" subs I've ever had. But the ordering process and menu was something I hadn't seen anything like anywhere else. You grab a bag with the category of sandwich you want, like what protein. Then you select what toppings, bread, sauces, spreads you want on it. I like this idea instead of speaking your order because there's less room for error. I got a large turkey club on wheat (they were out of white) with lettuce, pickled red onions, and spicy mayo. Sandwich was pretty dang good, but I thought the price of $20 for that and a bag of chips was a bit steep. I can go to Jersey mikes and get a sub twice that size for less money and the sub from here, although better than JM, it wasn't enough of a difference for me to justify paying the price. It's the little things that make me happy. Dining at Which Wich was such a cool experience. When you enter, you are greeted with a carosel of brown paper bags that are divided into 11 categories (Turkey, Ham& Pork, Beef, Chicken, Seafood, Vegetarian, Italian, Shrimp Po'Boy, Classics, Breakfast,and R&D-whatever sandwhich they artists are experimenting on). While this was initially overwhelming to me, I appreciated the concept of not having to talk to anyone by just marking what options you want on your sandwhich on the paper bag and then taking the paper bag to the cashier where she rings up your total. The only draw was that you never really know the price of your sandwhich until it's rung up. While the bag is cute, it doesn't have a price associated with anything. So while some toppings are indicated as an additional charge, you don't know if that additional charge is 25ct or $2.50. Either way, my sandwhich came up to approx. $7. My 7" inch sandwhich was split in half and I couldn't eat everything at once, that should give you an indication of how much "extra" I added to my turkey. The sandwhich can be ordered in a 7", 10.5", or 14". If you are against carbs, you can get it in a bowl. A sandwhich in a bowl is just a salad, eh? Other noteworthy things to consider: The uniform of the team is cute. Hey fashion is important. In addition, there are multiple ways to place your order, online or via the app. Yes, there is an app for that. This is located in Biltmore Park. If you are staying at the Biltmore Hilton, this location is directly across the street. Very conveinient and beats In-Room Dining prices. Ultimately, It's hard to say that you don't like your sandwhich because after all, they created what you wanted. read more

Has to be the dumbest ordering system on the planet. Having never stepped foot in a Which Wich before, I walked by the chaotic mess of sandwich bags and ordering cards, unable to find my desired sandwich, and went up to the counter. I wanted a BrunchWich. I figured she could just type it in to her register, I pay, and I'd be on my way. The cashier said "you have to go back there and order." I explained that I looked and don't know how it works. She came with me, also had trouble finding the card, and once we did, left me to it. All I had to do was check a box, and write my name. That's it. 4-5 minutes of searching and whatnot to check a box and write my name. I got back up to the register, she grabbed the card from me, TYPED IT IN TO THE REGISTER, and then I payed. What on earth was the purpose of the card? It's these big, thick, nicely printed pieces of paper, all for an extra step that is useless, but is apparently necessary. Any time I'm in a rush but starving in the area I'll head on over and get a hot turkey sandwich and a milkshake. This was the perfect solution to 3 hungry travelers who were looking for a light bite after being in the car for 7 hours but were headed to the movies (located next door!) The guys were friendly, helpful and made some awesome sandwiches. We had the Turkey Cranberry with Stuffing and an Italian. Both were delicious and ingredients were fresh. Best of all? This is our "go to" place when running late to go hiking if we are passing through Asheville for lunch. There are so many options and it's easy to place your order. Just follow instructions! My daughters and I tried this place for the first time this past weekend. It was so delish. They have a unique ordering system that helps your sandwich come out perfect. The items we tried were the turkey club, muffeleta and kids subwich meal. We enjoyed everything but the club on wheat was so yummy. The turkey tasted amazing and I asked for American mayo Tomatoes lettuce spinach. The kids meal came with s token for yellow M&Ms carrots and apple slices and a drink plus the sandwich. We're vegan and eat the Black Bean sub the vegan friendly fixings. Each time we've gone to this location, the burger is ultra spicy and they over load us on the condiments even though we specifically ask otherwise. They're not sandwich artists, that's for sure. Ok I like this place. I like their sandwiches, I love the warm chocolate chip cookies. My husband enjoys their shakes. Today I want to talk about customer service. Granted it's been a few months since I stepped over the threshold of which wich in Biltmore Towne square and a few things have changed. Nothing horrible. (Not more crushed chips on sandwiches, which is one thing I loved), but now they have new loyalty cards. Ok Great. Well, I whip out my old one and the poor young girl looked bewildered. Was it because it wasn't like a credit card and you couldn't swipe it (like the new ones)? I'm not sure. But when I asked her questions about the new card all she could tell me was we scan it when you pay for your order and you hey points. Ok, well, how much or what kind of purchase equals what kind of points? Couldn't answer this. Then I handed her my old card and asked if my points from here would transfer over. She says no. So I asked well, why do I lose all of these points from the last year just because the company changed cards. Isn't there a way to switch them over? Poor kid looked like a deer in headlights. She had to ask the guy working with her, he was able to move the points over. But then, they wouldn't give me points for my purchase today. I would think I would have earned point from todays, what she said was, you will get points next time you come in. Ok. But what about the $35 I just spent today, doesn't that count towards anything? Apparently not. Be sure I will be contacting their head office to see if I can get my stupid loyalty points from today put on the new card, because if I had the old car still in play,I would have gotten those damn points. Seriously, I just stopped in real quick because I've got this thing for the buffalo chicken sandwich (10.5 inch on white) and they made it extremely quick. I decided to stay because the vibes were so good. And I could see my jeep chilling in the '30 minute only' spot right outside the window so if it did start to actually get towed I would know pretty quick. The sandwich was great, one employee asked me how old I was then we got into a great conversation. The wifi was great too. I streamed college football the entire time I was there.
