I mean...what's not to like? It's an Arby's. You come here for the Roast Beef Sandwiches, a lemonade, *curly fries, copious amounts of Arby's Sauce and Horsey Sauce. The employees are fast and nice. What's not to like? *I no longer eat their fries...just never been a fan. For me it's all about the Roast Beef and Sauces

    Sauces only in packets?

A very clean Arby's with fast service, etc. Oddly this one serves up their sauces only in small packets, and only the 2 basic ones: Horsey and Arby's sauce. The wonderful 3 pepper sauce is no where to found. Has an odd attraction to debatably handicapped patrons since those parking spots are right near the door. We saw at least 3 that seemed very lively.

He let us know that they make all of their breads in house EXCEPT for the Kaiser & hoagie rolls. They also make their own pastrami & corned beef. I literally wanted everything on the menu. It was difficult to make a choice. The chicken cutlet caught my attention. I ended up getting it on a NY Kaiser roll with melted provolone and house made 1000 island dressing. Fantastic. My friend got the Italian and the tomatoes on it were some of the best I have seen all season. She said it was delicious w/ many different Italian cold cuts (cappicola, salami, pepperoni & provolone, lettuce, tom & O&V). A woman that works there told me that the original location had been in Swanannoa and was completely washed away in the flood as was her family's home. I was touched that she shared with me and was inspired by her/their resilience. They had a small dessert case and they make homemade pies. When I was there they had peanut butter pie (popular), pineapple coconut pie and - one of my faves - buttermilk pie. What sealed the deal for me is they sold my absolute favorite rainbow cookies which hail from Brooklyn. They are the best with the perfect ratio of raspberry jam and chocolate (free samples on the counter too). Go there now. You won't regret it.

There are creative dishes and drinks too. I came with my best friend for breakfast. I enjoyed their seasonal lemon latte. She got a cappuccino she liked. We shared the unique sourdough pancakes, they were good, but something we probably wouldn't order again. I loved how wholesome my avocado toast was. On weekends there is a long line leading up to the ordering counter, but it wasn't too long of a wait. Once you order and get your number, you find a table that works for you. When you're done you bus your table. There is a lot of street parking out front. I highly recommend checking this spot out.

Outdoor seating is where we've gone both times here, and it was great for a group and for dogs. The staff service is amazing, and food comes out pretty quickly. Coffee selection is great--the Vietnamese cold brew is my favorite so far--and they always have fresh squeezed juice as an option, too. The sourdough pancake is the star of the show, even though I haven't actually ordered it for myself yet. I'm not a sweets person, and the pancake is savory and just a little sweet in the perfect way. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, thick and able to hold up to syrup without getting soggy. This review is combined from my first visit in September 2024 and my most recent in early April 2026. My wife got the pancake both times. I got the croque madame the first time, and the breakfast sandwich (sausage, egg and cheddar on an English muffin) the second time. The croque madame was phenomenal. The breakfast sandwich was good, but not my favorite. I'm not a huge fan of cheddar--especially sharp cheddar--on a breakfast sandwich, and the tomato aioli, caramelized onions, and the actual sausage patty, were a little too sweet for my liking. I could see others liking it, though, so definitely worth a try. I'll definitely be back to work my way through the menu a bit more. My cousin swears by the avocado toast, so that might be next!

The locals raved over the nachos and I heard them ask for the recipe. I'm here to rave to you over the side salad. You get a choice of "boring fries" (their name not mine) or a side salad with your sandwich. Holy cow, that's the best side salad I've ever had. No boring iceberg and insipid tomatoes here. Spring greens, sweet onion, shaved fennel, gourmet tomatoes, pepitas (pumpkin seeds), Craisins and lots of fresh herbs with an amazing house-made vinaigrette dressing. Impressive. Absolutely make a stop here and see for yourself.
