After placing my order, I was given a cup for my drink, but the orange soda dispenser was empty. Since there was another soda machine behind the counter, I politely asked if she could fill my cup. Her initial response was simply "no," explaining that she was handling both counter and drive-thru orders before eventually filling it. I also requested two BBQ sauces and two sweet-and-sour sauces. I was given one of each, which I assumed might be store policy. However, when I asked for additional sauces, I was met with more attitude and was told "no." Only after I questioned why was I informed that extra sauces required an additional charge. Paying was never the issue; I just wish that had been explained from the beginning. Everyone can have a bad day, but basic courtesy and communication go a long way. Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression, and it's unlikely we'll return the next time we're in town for a competition.
