There were 8 vehicles in line when we joined it at 11:40 pm. Four more vehicles joined the line after us for a total of 13 vehicles before they're stated closing time of midnight. Three vehicles made it through in the 20 mins with a fourth vehicle at the window trying to order when the lights for their sign and majority of their interior were turned off. No one outside to let anyone know they weren't taking orders any more. The wait for the previous customers took so long that we didn't initially think they stopped taking orders for those already in line before their closing time. Eventually, everyone drove away when the vehicle at the speaker put up his hands with shrug of the shoulders because no one was answering him. Unprofessional to not take the orders of those already in line. If we were in their lobby, I'd expect them to serve the customers who are in line prior to closing so I expect the same through the drive through. No comment on food because we never had any.
