I like that their bagels are soft but it's pricey for what you get. Of course the pictures on the webpage show that you get a lot more of everything on the product. But I ordered the smoked salmon which was about $15 and not filling. I also ordered the bagel and cream cheese which is about $4 and you barely get any cream cheese at all as shown in the picture. read more

It's not that I don't recommend it, it's that I didn't love it. Pros: unique, super friendly service, reasonably priced. They kinda waited on me and asked if they could bring utensils etc which was nice. Prefect temperature. I like a messy sammich and I got that. Cons: it's cramped and loud and kinda stressful. Feels rushed. I didn't enjoy the Italian on Asiago today. It's messy. This is also a "pro" for me. All of that said, because of the great first impression of the staff and ordering, I'd maybe try it again. read more

We decided to check Sully's out because it was near our hotel and we had never heard of it before. We arrived about 9:30am on a Friday morning and it was not too busy. This is a fast casual type of restaurant where you order at the counter and they bring the food out to you. When we walked inside we were immediately greeted by Jeff, the owner. Jeff explained a little bit about their menu and we learned that the entire menu, breakfast and non- breakfast sandwiches can be served all day. Jeff and his wife opened this franchise location approximately three months ago. He told us the regional chain began in Greenville, SC in 2013. They have about 12 locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee. He explained the primary difference is that all the bagel sandwiches are steam cooked which keeps the bagel from getting hard and crunchy. My wife and I grabbed a menu and had a seat to look over the menu and make our choices. We then went back up to the counter to place our orders. My wife chose the Partridge Family (Chicken salad, Swiss, Lettuce and Tomatoes) on an everything bagel. I decided on the B-Rad's Best (Meatballs, Pepperoni, Salami, Provolone, Pizza Sauce and onions but without the Banana Peppers) on an Asiago bagel. I added a drink and chips. I filled my drink grabbed some chips and we had a seat. Our orders arrived a short while later and we opened them up. They were very warm and looked delicious. Both of our bagel sandwiches were delicious! We were very impressed with how soft and flavorful the sandwiches were. These were like no other sandwiches we have had, very original. We enjoyed it so much, we returned the next morning as we were on our way home. I ordered the same thing because I really liked it. My wife chose the Smoked Salmon. If you are near one of these, you should stop in. We are now big Sully's fans! read more

Located in a newer shopping area, they occupy a portion of the building which has housed a couple restaurants previously. They are easy to find and being on the end have a small outdoor seating area. Parking is typical for any shopping complex with tight spaces and limited handicapped access. Still, we were able to find a space very near the front door. Walking in, the space is bright and open. The layout does not seem too different from the previous tenant, which had a good flow. The ordering counter is on the left as you enter. Our server was very pleasant and efficient. Drinks are near the rear of the seating area. We waited no more than 10 minutes for our order to be completed. FYI, if you order online, the pickup area is in the rear to the left of the drinks. The reuben was pretty good. There was enough meat and sauerkraut to get some in every bite. The swiss cheese was a bit runny, maybe due to the steaming process. The bagel was chewy and a bit wet, again due to the steam. Eating one of these steamers really is a hot mess so probably not something to do in your vehicle. They have a varied sandwich menu, and they also sell just the bagels. They are a nice addition to the JC sandwich and bagel scene. read more

Sully's Steamers was chosen to be a meal provider for ETSU Courtside Club members before the men's at-home basketball game this past Thursday night and their offerings were winners. I tried two different items (the Philly and the Griswald) and found both to be very good in both quantity and flavor quality. Others were complimentary of their choices also. Members of their staff were present to set up and assist us with cheerful answers to guide selections. If the in-restaurant experience follows through correspondingly to this limited exposure, I say Sully's is a very welcome addition to Johnson City's dining out scene. read more

Well. Well. Well. All my boyfriend and i wanted was a good bagel. This was the opposite of that. they were soggy and wet. Eggs weren't fully cooked and avocado was like water. Unfortunately my boyfriend had the worst of it. A sopping wet... Italian bagel. I mean who wants to eat a soggy wet Italian bagel. Disrespectful to bagels.
