They'll not only completely mess up your order (wrong items, missing sides, deliberately adding cheese onto sandwiches that specifically state no cheese!) but when you call to address it they'll just ignore you, gaslight you, and then proceed to mess up your next order even more! The only reason this location stays in business is because of its location. The owner and management should be absolutely ashamed and I honestly cannot believe that chic fil a continues to let them franchise and reduce the companies normally stellar level of service. Incomplete carry-out order for the 2nd time! At 8:36:22 AM on Thursday, Oct. 24, we were short-changed again on our carry-out order. This time, we were short-changed on 3 items. (ordered a 12-pack of nuggets but only got 9, and half of them were half pieces, also, they omitted salsa packs for both burritos). I'll check my order before I leave the store.next time. I went through the drive thru a month ago and was shorted a chicken biscuit. I was there at the end of breakfast and didn't have enough time once I got home and noticed to get back. I called and they apologized and said they could just add it to my app. It never showed up. I have called multiple times and when they actually do answer they promise to get it added and say it will take a couple of days to show up. It never does. The lobby isn't opened so it's really difficult to talk to a manager. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service. I'm just trying to get what I paid for and they essentially stole from me because they continually promise to "refund" and never do. read more

I had the soggy chicken sammich and floppy fries, but the drink was cold and delicious. Perky cheerful kids were working here. I honestly don't see what all the fuss is about. I went through the drive thru. The restaurant seemed extremely clean and brand new, staff was super friendly and I spent less than 6 minutes total from drive up to drive away with my food. The sandwich and fries were fresh and awesome and they were generous with sauces. Only thing that sucked was how far it is from the interstate. It's kind of confusing getting back to the interstate. Full disclosure- Chick Fil A is one of my favorite fast food places. Their employees are consistently happy and helpful with good food. This visit stood out because I've just moved to town and my first experience at this specific store. I was instantly greeted when I walked through the door. Even though I placed a "special" order of a chicken biscuit- add egg, no butter, they had it ready before I got to the end of the ordering counter. (I had to double check to insure I hadn't accidentally picked up the wrong order.) During my visit, two different employees checked in on me, one even got me a soda refill. The manager Darrell was also going around checking on customers to insure everyone was OK. When he found out I was new to town, he went out of his way to tell me about things to do in JC even taking the time to write it down. It is hard to put a price on that level of service and really makes you quickly start to feel at home. read more

The service and the staff here are always great and simply wonderful to interact with. My Japanese teammate interacted with Jonathan who was exceptional and conversational with him and I had Chris who was one of the most pleasant cashiers I've interacted with. He also came by to check if we were doing well and offered to refill our drinks. Give that guy a raise he has a great smile and great energy! He really looks like he enjoys his job. read more

Chik-fil-a is my #1 fast food go to spot because you know what to expect, fresh chicken sandwiches, fresh hot fries and the order correct. Well, not this location. Went through the drive-thru, as we always do, and the order taker was constantly getting our order wrong when she repeated it back to us. Pulling up to the window the gal asked us if that was our order as she read off three meals, we said yes. Looking through the bags we only got three sandwiches. I ordered 3 meals and one spicy chicken sandwich only. Well, the gal didn't ring it up, ok not a problem. The strawberry milkshake was not suppose to have whipped cream, it did. The order taker asked if I wanted cherry of course yes. My milkshake had no cherries. Took the milkshake back inside told the lady that the milkshake was not suppose to have the whipped cream and it's suppose to have cherry in it. She said, they ran out of cherries? Then why would the order taker ask me or better yet since they all come with cherries, why didn't she tell me they were out.. It's not a big deal BUT, it's lack of communication! The order taker, looking at my reciept, did not mark no whipped cream and she failed to add the sandwich that she repeated back to me. I also have a person beside me with the wrong sandwich in his bag, he wasn't happy. Ahhh, here is the lady right next to me, that got his sandwich and she got his--- crazy. I love Chik-fil-A to start, but this one is literally awful. I normally always try to avoid it, unfortunately it's the only one in the town while the remodel the good chik-fil-A on peoples street (can't wait for it to be back). I've never been in this drive for less than 15minutes anytime i have come to this particular one but this time i spent 25 minutes in the drive through waiting and then when i got home my order was wrong and they were closed so i couldn't go back and get it fixed. So I will not return to this one and just wait for the people's street location to open back up. Was just here for Valentine's Day. Food was great, but I stood waiting for a refill with almost no one in line for almost 10 minutes and had several team members look at me and tell me they would be with me, but never got with me. This is the worst Chik-Fil-a I have ever eaten at. It's sad. Every other franchise I have ever been to has been great. This might be the worst Chik-fil-a in America. The first time I went there. I was shocked. My hash browns and chicken were severely overlooked. I thought no way this could happen again so I went back one night for dinner. My nuggets were overcooked and my fries were soggy. I thought OMG this can't be real. Chick-Fil-a is the only good fast food franchise. So I went back one last time to give them a chance. My bun was soggy and my chicken was overdone again! I'm currently having terrible heartburn and it's miserable. I wouldn't recommend this specific location to anyone. I won't ever return. read more
