The curly cries for a bit overcooked, but the super roast beef was a nicely made sandwich though I do feel like they put in less roast beef than they used to. I miss the small beef and cheddar. And the apple turnovers were good. I expect more consistency out of a fast food chain. Service was a bit slow the first time, I had an older guy trying to figure out how to use the phone app in order to get a coupon and he was having a rough time of it. The staffer was unable to help, another customer had to spend 5 minutes helping him twice. I don't really like companies forcing people to use the app in order to get a coupon, but if you do, you should make sure all of your employees understand how to help your customers when there's an issue with the software. Took a long time. Order Taker did not listen. As a result, my order didn't come out how I wanted. Dismal. Attendant at drive-thru window was very confused about what was ordered at time of Pickup. Terrible, terrible service. Attendant created so much delay, confusion and subsequently also forgot to give us our drinks. I would not venture here again on Sunday night anytime soon. read more

Went the other day as it had been a while since I was craving a French dip (sans the funky processed Swiss cheese they put on it). I usually get that or their beef and cheddar roast beef, easy on the cheese sauce as regular portion of sauce makes a huge mess before I even take my first bite. Tried using the app to order, but for some reason it wasn't adding the free mozzarella stick reward to the order. Kept stating I had to chose regular priced menu item (which I did), even tried adding extra things from regular menu and a combo, but no luck. So, went inside when I arrived to place order and used reward QR code at cashier to redeem. Went through fine without issue. I was glad since I wanted to try their mozzarella sticks since seeing them advertised. They were pretty good and even the marina dipping sauce was decent. Glad they gave me two of them for the 6 sticks as they're a bit small (think regular nugget dipping sauce sized). Nice alternative to the greasy fries (although, I really like their curly fries) LOL. I went during lunch time expecting it to be packed, but it wasn't, which even the staff were making comments about it. This location is usually packed, but it wasn't when I went earlier this week, so service was prompt and friendly as was the pick up side personnel. Dining area was clean and orderly as was the sauce/ soda station. When my order was ready a few minutes later, Everything was in the bag, even the Arby's sauce before I even had to ask for it. Great experience and French dip sub/ sandwich with the dipping au jus cup was tasty as usual. IMO They definitely deserve a higher rating for being an above average fast food restaurant. I love this Arby's. It's located right next to the gym I've been a member of for many years but I always bypassed it to come here. It's also about 20 feet across the street from McD's so sadly that takes a lot of business from them. They're always super polite and usually pretty quick, but good workers only carry a place as far as they can. Ive been avoiding all fast food for a while but clawing my way back into the game. Grabbed 2 handhelds today for $14. Turk, bacon & ranch. I've been ordering this sandwich for over 15 years now and it hasn't changed. It's still over priced and I still love it. The name did change tho. It went from roast turkey ranch and bacon to MF turkey ranch and bacon. (MF = market fresh) However they pay for ads that constantly claim they have the meats. I ordered their new meat handheld and the way this was built seemed like they were more proud of the bread than the meat. Taste was OK, sauce was great, meat portion was.....meat existed, but meat also lacked. price, $7. I couldn't make it cheaper myself nor would I want to. Rating: 2.5 stars I don't know if you know this, but at one time in my life (pre Yelp) I weight 300lbs. Not 300 pounds, how you feel after thanksgiving, but 300 pounds- the number on the scale. As much as I love food, and you all know I do, I stay away from fast food as much as I can, but on this fateful evening, the call of Arby's was too strong for my weak mind and metabolism to reset. The idea of smothering Arby's sauce all over my large roast beef sandwich and fries sounded like pure heaven (I'm single so anything makes me happy). Bummer number one: the place was not that clean. Dirty pretty much everything. Plus: my order came out pretty quickly and was the food I ordered. Neutral but being noted: I asked for it for here but they gave me a to go back. Only noting as it's just wasteful since the bag can't be reused. Bummer number two: they have the most uncomfortable booth seats ever. I felt like I was able to slip off of it at any moment. I needed to grip down to stabilize myself. See the first bummer to remind you that there was food on the table and some lettuce on the seat- lovely. Plus two: the food was tasty as my fast food loving memory had remembered it. Who doesn't love a roast beef sandwich? If you don't, I can trust you. Went here last week and as I walked it was greeted in a very friendly manner by a gentleman named Nate. He was extremely nice and very professional from beginning to the end. The way he interacted with me made my visit even better. He even let me know that one of the items I ordered had to be made and he'd bring it to the table when it's done as I was eating in. He did exactly what he said he would do. Food was hot and fresh and worth it. Place was clean. On my way out I thanked Nate which he still had his very friendly smile and attitude. The ONLY reason I am giving this Arby's five starts is because the past two times I have been at this Arby's location a woman named Michelle was manning the window and she was AMAZING. The food was mediocre Arby's food, but I still came back, and when Michelle was at the window I was so happy I didn't care how cold my fries were. I was happy to give these five starts to Michelle. This place is consistent, clean, and offers a good customer service experience! There hasn't been a time that I've been disappointed. Today when the attendant finished pouring my drink, I saw him reaching for a napkin and wiping the outside of the cup for spills. Is that awesome or what! They may have the meats, but today's experience was absolutely hostile. They are across the street from McDonald's, and while Micky D's is always busy, I've often wondered why this Arby's is always empty? Their commercial for their new fish is on TV every five minutes, so I finally succumbed to temptation and ventured out in 90+ weather to try it. At the window I asked for the new fish I've been seeing on TV. This was followed by..... do you want the meal, do you want 3 or 5 pcs, do you want curly or crinkle cut fries, what size drink...? Was I buying a car? It was confusing. There was nobody else in the drive thru, so I stated I would come to the window. I am older and sometimes get confused choosing salad dressing, let alone this! When I arrived at the window there were two females standing together, one looked like a manager and the other perhaps a trainee. The older one proceeded to lecture me in a condescending tone on the importance of asking so many questions at the drive thru. Having made me feel like a child, I drove off with no food and an unkind word. I can't review this new fish because I never got it (and now, never will). So much for goodwill. Pretty disappointed. Decided to try Arby's for the first time in over 20 years. Got the new sandwich that looked nothing like the commercial. Sandwich wasn't that hot. Fries were overcooked and basically cold. The soda tasted flat or stale. I'm glad they got the order right but that's about it for positive feedback. Looks like a one and done for me and Arby's because that was the only thing that looked good and it didn't taste all that. Been to this location a couple of times and the food is good for a fast food place. I always get the market fresh sandwiches with curly fries. The sandwiches always taste fresh and the curly fries are my favorite! Went for dinner on the late side for a Sunday night (around 8:30) and the place was empty. So service was fast and the food was fresh. They had to cook the curly fries when I ordered them, so I knew they hadn't been sitting around for a while and both my sandwich and my dad's sandwich were made on the spot as well. I've never been to this location before. I've never been a fan of Arby's roast beef, but they do have their assets. I've always liked the turkey and swiss market sandwich, the bread is fresh and yummy. It almost tastes homemade. The turkey tastes real, not processed. The curly fries are always hot, crisp and well seasoned. Tonight, we opted for the new smoked brisket sandwich. I've begun to be pretty leery of BBQ sandwiches, after two really bad ones recently. This was a nice surprise. While not having a big pile of beef, it was enough. It was deeply smoked - YAY! - and the sauce, while sweet, was not cloying. The crispy fried onions were a nice texture contrast. I'd definitely order it again. It was a big improvement on the nearly inedibly BBQ sandwich for which we paid $13 a few weeks ago. The staff here was speedy and accurate. By the time we filled our glasses, our order was ready and it was actually what we had ordered. Not my favorite place but nice for a change of pace. And when you really get down to it, it is a better sandwich than a hamburger from McD's. Went through the drive through on Friday night. Ordered the new Roast beef sandwich with the Brown sugar bacon, Potato cakes, and curly fries. The young lady was down right obnoxious and nasty. She would not let us finish our order. While the food was as always delicious the service sucked. plus half way home we realizes we had no horsey sauce or Arby's sauce. My husband LOVES Arby's. This particular location however, is a hit and miss. We've always gone through the drive-thru. Sometimes the orders are accurate and sometimes not. We ordered a Roast Beef w brown sugar Bacon and found out (when we got home of course) that we got a BLT, no roast beef which is main reason we go to Arby's--for the roast beef! When they came out with the Parmesan Garlic Potato chips (made daily), the first 2 times were fine and then yesterday, my chips came not in the usual waxed package, but in a brown Arby's bag-- all 12 of them! For a $1.29, I paid a dime for each potato chip! Mind you the chips were whole and not broken up, but 12! Come on. I imagine they did not have any packaged up but did I feel cheated! That same night, before I picked my husband up at the airport in Miami, I got him dinner at Arby's on 42nd Ave. And of course, got myself some chips coz my earlier craving was not satisfied. The chips came in the normal waxed package with the Arby's sticker to seal it. When I got home, I emptied the bag into a 2 3/4 cup Tupperware container and that container was almost full to the top with chips. And it was not overly coated with parmesan (which also coated one's check upon taking a bite) but nicely sprinkled just right. Go figure! I do hope the manager at my Arby's gets to read this because I will revise my review when we've been satisfied on a regular basis. No, I do not want free food. I want the food I ordered made the way it's supposed to and not on the whim of some of your employees. read more
