It was a little confusing when we went in on a Saturday afternoon. It didn't see any staff, and we didn't really know how to order but there's a kiosk in the corner you order. we had a great deal two burgers, two fries and two sodas super cheap. There's a small dining room room with six or seven tables and it's attached to a nicer restaurant that opens in the evening.. I really enjoyed it. The price was right. We'll go again..

If confusion and mediocrity got married, 3:33 Burgers would be their firstborn child -- and it would probably come out overcooked. The adventure begins when you try to find the restaurant. It's attached to another place, with a side door that looks like it leads to a janitor's closet or maybe a secret club for lost diners. No host, no sign, no clue. It's like an escape room... but the only way out is to figure out how to order a burger. After realizing the host stand was a kiosk, we tapped our way through a digital labyrinth with no option for how we wanted our burger cooked. (Medium rare? Medium? Nope. The kiosk only offers "chef's choice," which apparently means "burnt.") Eventually, a human appeared -- dazed, possibly just as trapped as we were -- and helped as best they could. Bless their soul. When the food arrived, my burger was dry enough to qualify as jerky. The onion rings looked like they'd done a few extra laps in the fryer, maybe training for a crispy endurance event. To be fair, the atmosphere was actually lovely -- the kind of place you'd want to hang out... if only the food didn't taste like it had been cooked during a power outage. In summary: 3:33 Burgers is the Bermuda Triangle of dining -- you'll go in hopeful, get disoriented immediately, and come out wondering what just happened (and why you smell like burnt onions).

Really fresh and delicious burgers that are very reasonably priced. Several size burgers are available to suit your appetite. (There are chicken options on the menu as well). Just an FYI, when you walk in, there will be no one there to greet you. You order on a computer and the meal is brought out to you. They do pay attention to what you write in the comments on your order. Note: smashburgers are 2 for 1 right now. The restaurant is a casual offshoot of the attached Malbec Grill.

Finally I was going to take the burgers as is. The guy says sorry we can't make this burger to go. It's a burger place that has carry out but won't make a burger to go and won't let you make any modifications. Bad experience, don't recommend. Will never come back. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Thank you for the reply. I originally wanted to X-tudo but I was refused to substitute the bug without seeds, every burger that is taken to go is never as good as dining in. As a customer I could have been given the option. The person could have just said it's not as good but it's your choice. I was never offered a chance to speak with a manager, I was just told NO. As a customer it should be up to me what burger I want to order, the ability to modify it and dine in or out. If I pay for it then it shouldn't matter if I take it home or just throw it out. I was frustrated because anything I asked for was met with a No, and was not offered to speak to a manager. It was the attitude take it or leave it, so I did. If the person I spoke with offered to involve a manager or try to find a solution I would have not written a review. I never do but this time I took the time to write one, that should say something. Thank you for your reply

So, I walked into the Brgr Stop while waiting for my order at Bella Rosa to see what their menu was like. To my surprise they were playing bingo in there. The next evening we decided to try Brgr, we dined in. Service was pretty good and the food was very tasty. I had the "Cheesesteak Project", which was very good. My wife had the "Grilled Chicken BLT", she enjoyed it. They are a bit pricy for what you get. Their pictured Onion Ring Tower at $14 looks like 8 larger onion rings, too much for fried onions... We did enjoy their Da Best Mexican Street Corn, which I really enjoyed, messy but very good. We will return to try some other things, but some are too much money for the portions. The Big A$$ Pretzel at $16 seems ridiculously priced. Try it though because there are some really good-looking items on their menu.

I've been coming to this establishment for quite some time, and it has always been my go-to place for burgers. Unfortunately, today's dining experience will be my last. We arrived shortly after 5 p.m. and the restaurant was nearly empty, with only one occupied table inside and one outside. We sat at a four-top because my elderly mother was with us. Almost immediately, we noticed that the music was so loud we could barely hear the person sitting next to us. When the waitress came to take our drink order, we politely asked if the music could be lowered--not turned off, just lowered enough so we could have a conversation. She looked at us somewhat strangely, said okay, and walked away. When she returned with our drinks, we asked again about the music. Her response was, "I thought they did." We decided to stay, order our food, and try to enjoy our meal. When our appetizer, the onion ring tower, arrived, the music was still blaring. We asked once again if it could be turned down just a little. This time we were told that the manager had texted the owner, and the owner said the music needed to remain at that level. At that point, the server did offer to move us to another area of the restaurant, which we appreciated. The music was somewhat better there, so we stayed. Unfortunately, the food was just as disappointing. The burgers arrived cold, and the bacon tasted as though it had come straight from the refrigerator. The cheesesteak bun was burnt, and the meat filling was lacking. This was nothing like the food we had enjoyed here in the past. It's disappointing to leave a restaurant I've supported for years feeling that loud music was considered more important than the comfort of its customers. When a customer politely asks for the music to be lowered so they can have a conversation--especially when the restaurant is nearly empty--it seems like a reasonable request. Sadly, between the refusal to lower the music and the decline in food quality, we will not be returning. It's a shame, because this used to be one of my favorite places for a burger. When a restaurant is nearly empty shortly after 5 p.m., perhaps it's worth listening to what customers are telling you.

The reviews looked solid, and honestly, anything with "BBQ" in the name is going to grab my attention, so I decided to give it a try. I'm really glad I did. The toppings were fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you'd want in a quality bowl. The real standout, though, was the meat. The smoked brisket was incredibly tender, smoky, and packed with flavor. The picanha was equally impressive--it honestly made me want to head to a Brazilian steakhouse. You can tell they use high-quality meat and prepare it with care. Overall, this was a fantastic meal. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and excellent barbecue. Definitely a 5/5, and I'll absolutely be ordering from here again.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is chill with picnic tables and a small market to buy various sauces, side, dessert... They offer a happy hour for beer. I didn't try the happy hour but something to consider if you want a beer with your BBQ. They also offer Latin inspired bowls with rice/ veggies and choice of meat. Customer service has been great both times I went. In my opinion it's currently the best BBQ in the area. It's not your typical southern style but they offer typical pulled pork and brisket sandwiches. Wish they had collard greens! Get their app and you get $5 off your first order. The steamed veggies were average and the macaroni and cheese had a wonderful flavor, though the cheese sauce was a bit thin. The pulled pork was a bit dry but also had great flavor.
