333 Burger is basically a ghost kitchen operating out of Malbec Grill, and the entire experience feels like something you're supposed to already know without anyone telling you. When you walk in, there is absolutely no explanation of how to order. No host, no greeting, no signage, no "order here" instructions. Nothing. The ordering kiosk is literally behind you. It's mounted along the window and wall on the same side as the entrance door, tucked back in the corner and completely out of plain sight. You don't face it when you walk in, nothing points to it, and there's no indication that it even exists unless someone else tells you or you randomly turn around and spot it. There is no human interaction at all. You eventually realize you're supposed to order from a computer kiosk you weren't meant to notice, and that's the entire process. Once you place your order, the service somehow gets worse. The food comes out very slowly, and not together. It arrives one item at a time, spaced out randomly. There are no napkins and no utensils available, so you're forced to keep asking just to be able to eat. Drinks are served in cans, and even then, I had to ask multiple times to actually get them. Nothing is brought automatically. No one checks on you. No one explains anything. The frustrating part is this: the food is excellent. Once everything finally makes it to the table, the burgers are genuinely very good and clearly well made. So the breakdown: * Food quality: Excellent * Ordering system: Hidden and confusing * Service: Terrible * Overall experience: Needlessly frustrating This place could be really good if they added the bare minimum like signage, basic instructions, utensils, napkins, and some actual customer service. Went to try this place out; they are running a special for all of May that every burger you buy you get free fries and a drink. Sounded like a great promotion... so my wife and I placed our burger order. Burgers came out but no fries or drinks. 15 minutes later, I went to ask the server were is the fries and drink are, and he said with an attitude I'll bring it out. 15 more minutes passed and still NOTHING. At this point we finished our burger, took a cup from near the fountain drink machine and served ourselves. When I went to complain about the lack of professionalism with service I received more attitude. The burger was great, but because of the service or lack their of... I will not return. Attached to another restaurant Malbec grill, it was a little confusing at first there is one kiosk to order your food, then you sit and wait for delivery. It's confusing because there's no direction and when you walk in it looks like a nice restaurant you kind of expect people to be around and there weren't. It's a beautiful dining room with a cute little bar. We had a hamburger and french fries and it was actually delicious. I recommend it but I wish they had signage that kinda directed you to the kiosk & something to tell you that that's how you order. read more

If confusion and mediocrity got married, 3:33 Burgers would be their firstborn child -- and it would probably come out overcooked. The adventure begins when you try to find the restaurant. It's attached to another place, with a side door that looks like it leads to a janitor's closet or maybe a secret club for lost diners. No host, no sign, no clue. It's like an escape room... but the only way out is to figure out how to order a burger. After realizing the host stand was a kiosk, we tapped our way through a digital labyrinth with no option for how we wanted our burger cooked. (Medium rare? Medium? Nope. The kiosk only offers "chef's choice," which apparently means "burnt.") Eventually, a human appeared -- dazed, possibly just as trapped as we were -- and helped as best they could. Bless their soul. When the food arrived, my burger was dry enough to qualify as jerky. The onion rings looked like they'd done a few extra laps in the fryer, maybe training for a crispy endurance event. To be fair, the atmosphere was actually lovely -- the kind of place you'd want to hang out... if only the food didn't taste like it had been cooked during a power outage. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience was very disappointing. The place looked poorly maintained, and our table was dirty when we sat down. After placing our order, we waited about 35 minutes to receive our food. When it finally arrived, the fries were burnt and cold. The burgers were also cold, and the buns felt cold as if they had been stored or refrigerated, not freshly prepared. The quality was not worth the price. When we asked how much longer the food would take, the woman at the counter responded that we needed to be patient because she didn't know, showing little interest in helping. When we mentioned the poor quality of the food, there was no apology and no attempt to fix the situation. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. 3:33 looks when you walk in, like an afterthought. It's part of Melbac grill and complete the opposite of its counterpart. You walk in to a small room with about 6 tables and chairs. Don't expect any help as all help completely focuses on their main steakhouse. 2 kiosks are there to place your order. No cash struck card. No one helps you. We asked for a receipt but never got one. Like another person posted, walking in to 333 Burgers you seem to be entering a very dark sit down restaurant. There's no discernible place to order food initially but a staff member did point out the two ordering kiosk screens off to the left side of the door. One screen is mounted on a wall, the other is on a table. Ordering a to-go order on Thursday at 3:23 in the afternoon was simple enough, just two different type/size burgers with a few selected toppings on each particular burger. You'd think it should be pretty easy for the kitchen to get this right, yes? Well, apparently not...once we got home the sandwiches given to us were totally wrong. None of our selected items for the burgers were on the correct burger or even present and we found we also had other toppings we didn't order on the burgers. So, what are you going to do...we ate what we had...it just wasn't worth it to drive back to deal with it. Obviously if we'd eaten on site we would have had the kitchen correct the order but if this kitchen can't manage a simple take out order when not busy in the afternoon I don't hold out hope for a better dining experience at 333 Burger going forward. read more

My family ordered Uber delivery from this restaurant. Although the food seemed like it could have been decent the packaging of the burgers was a mess!! If you order from places like Bar, Louie, they package the burgers perfectly, and somehow the fries and tater tots remain crispy. This was easily one of the most frustrating and disappointing dining experiences I've had in a long time. The ordering process alone was a mess--confusing, slow, and unnecessarily complicated. We kept it simple: a regular burger, a bunless burger (which is a completely standard request at literally every burger place), cheese bites, and two milkshakes. Nothing crazy. After waiting over 40 minutes, our food finally came out--and somehow, everything was wrong. My burger was cold and on a bun, completely ignoring the request. The cheese bites were actually frozen in the middle, not just undercooked--frozen. And the milkshakes? Nowhere to be found. When we tried to have the order corrected, we were told it would take another 20-30 minutes. At that point, I was beyond hungry and the environment didn't help--chaotic, loud, and overwhelming. There was no way I was sitting there another half hour hoping for edible food. It was clear we weren't the only ones having a bad experience either--at least two other groups nearby were visibly frustrated. We ended up asking for a refund just so we could leave and get something hot to eat elsewhere. I went to Wendy's afterward, and honestly, it was significantly better in every way--which says a lot. We are always looking for a great burger and 3.33 lives up to the hype. We tried the BOGO Oklahoma cheeseburger and were delighted. The bun was buttered and toasted, the meat juicy and smash grilled to perfection with 2 pieces of melted cheese. The sauce, so good..All Heavenly! For us the onions would have been easier to eat if they were diced. They are not crispy (as described) but long string type grilled, they tasted great but were hard to chew for us oldies.. But don't let that stop you! The experience was upscale casual, hidden gem. The main door is next to the Malbec Grill's entrance (look right) AND realize you will self serve order on the computer screen and they bring out your food. We went at lunch and yes you can dine inside. The wait staff was friendly and proficient. We will be back. We will try more items. read more

We found 3:33 Burgers about two weeks ago after looking at yelp reviews. We had seen that they were in some way connected to Malbec Grill so that wasn't a surprise, however entering the establishment and not being able to find a host, greeter, or even a sign telling us what to do was. We eventually found the order kiosk on the wall, ordered, and sat down to wait. Upon first look all of the tables were empty but were very in need of a wipe down. Assuming that maybe we came in right after a rush we just tried to pick the least dirty table. Eventually a man came out and restocked the napkins etc. I grabbed some napkins found a spray bottle and wiped down our table. At this point, our night went significantly downhill. After waiting about an hour (for 2 burgers, 1 chicken fingers, and 3 fries and 3 beverages) , we questioned a server to see if they could check on our food. This was the first time anyone had spoken to us since we walked in to the restaurant. He went away for a significant period of time, and we asked another gentleman if he could check. At that point two of the meals came out but the burgers and fries came out but they were far from hot, and my daughter's food was still missing. This was the final nail in the coffin. I spoke to a manager and asked for a refund. He was very apologetic, took my number, insisted that he still pack up our cold food so we could take it with us. He then promised to provide a refund in the coming days. Well, the refund was never issued and we spent $30+ on mostly cold/inedible food. Grease + cold just isn't a good combination. To be fair my daughter's chicken fingers were excellent. I think perhaps in the long run this establishment should be visited on a weekdays for lunch. They are simply not equipped to handle the rush of a Friday or a Saturday night. My parents had the burgers and said this is now their new go-to burger place. They loved them! Onion rings were great too! You order at a kiosk but they bring the food out to you. Went at 5:30 on a Saturday to 333 Burger. There is one kiosk to order your food. A large family with 8-10 people were working on the kiosk, then another single customer in front of us. After waiting for more than 15 minutes we still had not reached the kiosk for our turn to order. We finally gave up and left. This was a big disappointment. This burger place is 'inside' another restaurant. You go in and look for someone to take your take out order. You are shown to a screen in an empty dining room and told to order on the screen and pay with your credit card and they would bring out your order. When the food came out, the brown bag was saturated with oil. Upon opening bag at home, I found that both the French fries and onion rings were served in a paper cup with no closure. That is where the grease came from. They were so greasy they were almost inedible. The burger was nothing special - not good enough to eat the left overs the next day. It was a Friday night and I was happy to see that both Malbec Grill and 3:33 Burgers were packed. After waiting about 15 minutes I asked who I think was the manager, how much longer. He didn't give any time, but said we're very busy. Ok, I understand that it would be a while. After about a 45 minute wait, for 2 burgers, 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 orders of fries and 1 coke, he finally gave me my order. I got home and opened the bag to find the fries missing. I drove back and asked for the fries and the manager said with a snarky attitude "what do you want me to do". I said I'd like the fries and maybe to make it right for all my patience, he could throw in a couple of onion rings. Nope- he said do you want me to jump up and down. Horrible response. He said it wasn't his fault. No, your responsibility that the orders are correct. He handed me an order of fries. I had to ask for the other and then I needed to ask for a bag to carry it in!! There was no apology, no trying to make things right. I have been to this restaurant many times in the last year and this unfortunately will be the last time I order here.
