We needed a spot where we could knock out some paperwork while grabbing a quick meal before heading to our next appointment, and this location on University Drive in Coral Springs turned out to be perfect. I've been coming here for years, and it's always busy--whether you're dining in or using the drive-thru--but they handle the crowd efficiently every time. The restaurant is consistently clean, and the staff lives up to the company's reputation for friendliness and professionalism. The multi-story play area for kids and low price point makes this restaurant especially family-friendly. Even though it's counter service, I love that they bring your food directly to the table, a small touch that makes you feel welcomed. As for the food, it never disappoints. Their honey mustard dipping sauce is a personal favorite. When I'm trying to keep things on the lighter side, I'll go for one of their fresh salads or swap the waffle fries for a fruit cup (though those fries are hard to resist!). I also appreciate that they offer grilled chicken options alongside the classic fried choices. On this visit, I ordered the tenders meal with a frozen lemonade--super refreshing, especially with the seasonal strawberry hibiscus flavor. I've been to this chik fil a numerous times, but this morning was my first time coming after all the long awaited renovations. I thought they'd be doing more than just adding a parking lot and fixing the drive thru, but nope that was it. I came in the morning so there wasn't any traffic, but I live around the area so I drive by often and it seems there is still traffic and chaos in the lot. People are still driving through the gas station and going all which ways trying to get in. Yes, the line will no longer bleed onto university and cause traffic, but I feel like there's still chaos in that plaza. Besides the traffic, the staff and food were great per usual. Rebekah was the associate that took my order. She was super sweet and attentive. I asked for an extra cup and she was able to do that for me. I ordered four of the order number 1 which comes with a drink, fries and a chicken sandwich. I always recommend that you ask for the chick fila sauce because it is so yummy. If you eat inside they bring you the tray to your table and they give you great service inside as well. I was in a hurry so I went through the drive thru instead. This chik fil a is usually my go to and i am a red member. I ordered six entrees amd several fries plus drinks through the drive thru. Two were wraps and the rest were sandwiches. They didnt give me the sauce i ordered and gave me two tiny ranch cups. I told them i had asked for 6 avocado ranch and they wanted money. The children working here are clueless to what they are doing. I waited around for my order while a lot of people came and left with their food. I asked the guy what's up and he told me another 3-5 minutes. That went by and still nothing. I asked another girl and she pulls my food off a rack right in front of them! It was sitting there for 10 minutes! There needs to be a competence check on these kids before they are allowed to go 20 feet on their own with someone's food that has their name on it. Consistency is the key to success and this restaurant has nailed it! My third time eating here and the food, service, and cleanliness is excellent! Lucy is very competent and makes the customer feel welcomed while quickly completing the task of taking the order, receiving payment, and providing the requested beverage. My Market Salad was delivered promptly to my table and it was perfect! Every piece of lettuce was fresh and crisp; the chicken was warm and flavorful, the apples/blueberries/strawberries were "just picked" delicious. Who doesn't love Chick-fil-A? I do not frequent fast food locations however, I had a free breakfast item in my app. Who doesn't love free? The drive-through line is always long, however there is usually no one in line inside. Staff was friendly and my baca on egg and cheese biscuit was served quickly and warm. It was delicious. I am so sad and disappointed! I have been coming to Chick-fil-a for as long as I can remember and have NEVER been disappointed before! I absolutely love everything in their menu and could come here everyday if they were open everyday. Their staff is always super friendly and quick and even though the line is always super long, I don't mind waiting in the car on the parking lot while they come to my window to take my order. The thing is, today I picked up a 30 piece chicken nuggets and ate almost the whole box on the way home. When there were only a few pieces left, I noticed something white on them, and freaked out!! I showed it to my family who had eaten some of the nuggets also and they each said something different, one said it was seasonings, the other said feathers, I honestly don't know what it was, but I could not eat these pieces. This location serves day old breakfast burritos. It was awful soft mushy hash browns chicken tasted old like it had been cooked yesterday and hard and tasted like it had been cooked and refrigerated. Tasted premade and was soggy even the chicken breading was soggy. I asked manager and she said yes sometimes they serve pre made breakfast burritos and heat to order. Never ever has chick fil a done this before so must be part of the many reasons the brand is on the decline. I pre-ordered & paid in-app for a Spicy Chicken Sandwich choosing Gluten free (GF) bun. I am not on a GF diet but thought it might be a little healthier. I could be wrong but thought it came with and thought I ordered pickles on said sandwich. The right drink greatly enhances this sandwich so I ordered a Diet dr pepper soft drink. Drive-thru Lines were long and I was able to join the outer lane. My chicken was in an insulated foil bag to keep it hot but it was alone with no pickles or bun. My GF bun was in a sealed plastic bag packaging and served room temp. The GF bun was not appetizing at all. It was cumbersome to transfer the chicken piece into the bun myself while I was disappointed there wasn't a pickle in sight. The sandwich did not taste as good as it usually does on a regular bun. I won't be "trying" the Chick fil-A GF bun again. The Diet Dr. Pepper soft drink made for an excellent pairing as its flavor and bubbles hold up well to the Spicy Chicken inside the sandwich I put together myself. read more

They also are not pleasant. Consist eye rolls and snickering attitudes. I understand you're probably in high school, but where are the manners? I'm sure the parents won't be proud to know their children being disgustingly rude to people for no reason. This location has remained consistent in both quality and service. They opened more than a decade ago, but we have been customers since. When my youngest daughter was a toddler, we used to make it a once-a-week treat to come here. Sometimes we had play dates, and she used to love the mini vanilla cones. I remember her and her friends hitting their little cones together saying, "cheers!" Who knows where they got that from! Well, I don't know if they still serve those minis, as we don't dine in because it's super busy, but they sure serve good food, drinks, and desserts, along with the customer service that others strive to achieve. Not a meal, just for 4 micro disgusting pieces of chicken on arguably disgusting buns. It doesnt hold it's heat well so where ever you're going you're guaranateed it'll be cold. I'm not a bitter person, but in my honest opinion it reminds me of what jail food should be. Like if this was served at the local lockup I bet people would leave it on the tray. It figuratively and literally left a bad taste in my mouth. $4.19 isn't going to change anyones world, but I really wish I went somewhere else. What a joke. On July 29, 2023, At 9:46, I placed an order at the drive-thru of this Chick-Fil-A and the cashier who took my order was polite, however, the young man who delivered my order was nothing but. I have had two previous instances with him already where he was overly sarcastic, wasting time at the drive-thru with awkward debates and annoying banter. My first experience with him I drove alone and upon taking my order, he said he couldn't service me because I had an iPhone and he supported Samsung ???? . I thought it was quick banter so I laughed it off. However, he continued with this behavior, holding up my time, suggesting that until I agree with him on his opinion, he wouldn't take my order. The next time I came with a sibling to the drive-thru and he started the same condescending tactics, overly aggressive approach and sarcasm. I spoke up this time and informed him that if he didn't take my order immediately without the theatrics, I would have to report him to his manager. He quickly corrected his demeanor at the mention of a manager and we left without the theatrics this time. Now once again, I've ran into this same young man and tonight, he reached my car and asked for my name, upon giving it to him, he took a look at the bag and almost half way through handing it to me through my window, he snatched it back in some attempt to be funny and said the words "Sike" and walked off. At the time, I had my dog in the backseat and seeing his quick hand movement towards me, she became uneasy. My dog began to bark to protect me and sensing the change in my dog, he came back and handed the bag to me and walked off with his chest pushed out. I'm not an overly serious person but sometimes, people just want to get in quick through the drive-thru and get out. He definitely needs to be inside. I have so much anxiety whenever I see him approach my vehicle. I hope he never services me again. Every time I go to this location I have the worst intestinal pain for days. Keep telling myself that it's a fluke but it's constant. Not sure if it's poor handling by employees or the quality of chick has gone down.
