I'm not a fan of any cream based sauces so I remove sour cream from any item with sour cream and added black beans to the cheesey gordia crunch is a cheap way to make it more filling. Both times I've come in there was sour cream on my items and they had to be remade. The manager acted as if it was my fault her employees cannot read the bold print tag. She instructed me to "throw the food away" then I could get new ones made. When my remade items came out I could see the potatoes didn't have sour cream which is correct. I wasn't hungry enough to eat the cheesy gordita crunch right then but when I got home I opened it only to find they made it black beans only. So I paid an extra $.30 to not have meat. Unbelievable. My first visit was actually much better the petite manager was super helpful when my items were made wrong and she ensured they came out correctly the second time. I doubt I'll be back to this location.
