Fast food is what it is, though I am a fan of Arby's. This one was -0 stars if I could give it for the lack of customer service. I have never seen a more rude crew, but honestly, that stems straight from their Manager. Who I got to see in action. First the drink machine was broken so you had to go into the attached Love's truck stop. There was no sign it was out of order, just a webbed barricade (like you use for lines). Apparently several people had tried using it and the tray was full of water. The Manager was obviously annoyed she had to clean it out. I then watched her berate a grown man saying "it's broke. Can't you see it's broke? You see this right here? That means it's broke." Unreal. The man ahead of me ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap. One of the employees who had been walking around complaining that she wanted to go home brought up a bag of food, that contained a brisket sandwich yelling "who had the brisket?" No one answered. So she asked a man if he had the brisket. He said no, a wrap. She handed it to him and said here. Luckily he checked his food and came back to tell her it was wrong. She then snatched the receipt out of his hand and said that's not what your receipt says. He told her that's not what he ordered (he didn't I heard him). She then yells back to the Manager and says. "Come out and tell this man his receipt says brisket." The Manager was rude, but at least got him the wrap that he had tried to order. Of course the whole time they were making it they were back there talking crap about him. Loudly. Here's the simple fact - this is a truck stop and most of your customers are professional drivers. They deserve your respect, because without them, this country would shut down. And hey - if you hate your job so much and think it's OK to treat paying customers like an annoyance, this isn't the job for you. Shameful. read more

Terrible parking lot very limited parking . More likely to get into an accident then a quick stop for lunch while on the road.

And why did I stop here?! Because of Love's of course! Love's Travel Stops are great! And I feel you get the same quality of service and food at the attached fast food places as you would anywhere else! Good food and experience. No complaints! read more

Extremely slow, I mean very very slow tonight. Then once I get my food I get a medium fry after ordering large. I go ask if it is a large and she told me yea that's a large, it was clearly not, wouldn't give me a bigger one said that it was a large. I then later saw someone get a large fry. read more

Walked in and the Arbys employee was spraying Raid while another arbys employee was zapping the tables for flying bugs I assumed. Until I saw a huge roach climbing on the wall next to where the food is in the window. Absolutely NOT! walked out and lost my appetite! I really hope a food inspector reads this! Would give negative ratings if I could read more

Don't waste your time. The cashier (Brandon) was friendly and attentive, unfortunately the lady in the back wasn't. Food was cold to the point the grease had hardened. Wife got a breakfast wrap, no cheese. Brandon went back and told her it wasn't supposed to have cheese. Did she fix the problem? Nope...... she should have just gone home. $13 for nothing edible. read more

(10/6/2018) Was on a road trip heading south on I-95. This Arby's is really close off the highway at a truck stop with a Love's convenience store. Be forewarned, there are lots and lots of large semis pulling off around here. Not a good pit stop for dogs, we walked the dogs in a ditch between the Love's dumpster and the gas station for the trucks, dangerous and stinky. The bathrooms are in the back of Love's and is only 1 stall/room. The place was bustling and thus the lines were long. The Hot Italian was a good sandwich, but very wet with Italian dressing and very messy, not good car food and super salty, glad I took my blood pressure medication that morning. read more

I am so angry as I write this. I had to go through drive tru because their doors were locked. Why, I dont know. There was no sign. I ordered 3 different sandwiches. I paid and the girl started to hand me my bag. I asked if there was 3 sandwiches. She said yes. I got home which is a 20 minute drive, Only had 2 sandwiches. I called and was offered only the price of the sandwich. I explain it would cost me more to go back and she should offer more than that. It was their mistake for hiring someone who cannot count to 3. I stop at this Arby's about twice every year on my way down to the warmth of Florida. To be honest, I don't stop at this Arby's by choice, I stop here by force. I stop here by force because it's connected to the, always popular and cheap, Love's Gas Station. It is also the only fast food restaurant on this exit and if you are a person like me, you don't want to make ANOTHER stop on your way to your destination. I am (not that) sorry to say that this Arby's is not good. I have come here YEAR AFTER YEAR and it is just no good! Twice every year I have tried to talk myself into saying that this place will get better and it just hasn't. On my recent visit, I noticed that this place lacks cleanliness. Unclean tables, workers with black goop coming off their hands, and unclean cups and sauces were all things I noticed on my recent visit. I also noticed that they didn't have any napkins out in the dining room. If you want napkins you'll have to ask for them behind the counter. At best, the food is mediocre, at worst and you'll wonder what's happening back their and your decision on eating here. My suggestion? Just avoid this place, unless you have a massive craving for hot food and can deal with mediocre food. It would just be better to get some chips or candy and your soda from the Love's next door. read more

Stopped in at this location Loves travel stops. Front girl was very miserable,ordered Roast beef sandwiches with cheddar ,barely had a any Cheddar on it ,sandwiches were too small but tasted okay. Tables were dirty. Don't recommend to come here! read more
