Well for starters, the young lady were asking questions about the menu to, couldn't answer a thing! My friend joked " she just started working right before we walked in" The garlic knots were delicious. Some were fried too hard and had zero cheese in it, but they were very tasty. Not over powering with garlic so that was a plus The pizza (I ordered a house no green peppers, no Italian sausage, no mushrooms) had a good Italian taste. The owner treats her employees terribly. If customers don't pay for their food because they change their mind, she takes it out the employee's pockets. If a work week doesn't go as planned for her, she holds their pay till it rolls over next week as punishment. She makes the all employees split tips and the cooks make $3 more than the waiters, then keeps half the tips for herself after divided. She physically lays hands on her cooks. She may act sweet and cute to her customers, but this customer really saw her true character and she isn't what she makes herself out to be. read more

3/12/19 update Note to business owner. If you don't want bad reviews then provide good service instead of blaming your failures on your customers. I visited today and after a 10 minute wait time to have order taken I walked out. On the way out I asked the owner's son about my wait. "We who work in local businesses only have limited time and we can cannot afford to wait unreasonable amounts of time for service. " - the excuse was we are busy but the restaurant was 2/3 empty. The owner also said if I didn't want to wait 10 minutes to place my order not to come back. He did make a loud spectacle of himself. I'll gladly oblige him and not ever come back. If you don't mind the wait and bad attitude then by all means patronize Pizza Time. read more

Amazing pizza. I ordered the medium House Special ( pepperoni, ground beef, green pepper, onion and mushroom) . Fresh, hot and had an excellent crust. Can't wait to have the second half tomorrow. Topped the dinner with a slice of pecan pie. They even brought it out to our car in the parking lot. Yelpers, there may be another chain pizza place in town but skip it. This is the best Italian place around. It's locally owned and operated. Food is fantastic - best pizza I've ever eaten. Subs are right up there with the pizza. Service is good, friendly and prompt. Orders can take a minute or two because it's made to order but well worth the wait. read more

I'm giving Pizza Time 5 stars because of their outstanding customer service and there good quality food. I've always been a patron of this place since it opened and to me personally they have the best pizza that cost $5 in town. I've always felt that way. Recently a situation occurred when there was miscommunication invegards to my bank and their system having an issue. They were very calm, understanding, and they worked with me until we got the situation resolved. I want to thank the ladies that were there that day for their help and I would definitely say go to this place. Great place for dinner, we had a party of 5 and everyone enjoyed their meal. My girlfriend and I split a large Greek salad, it was very good. Awesome place! We tried the fried mushrooms and fried ravioli. The mushrooms were slightly overcooked but still good, but the fried ravioli was awesome! The pizza is great! I regularly get the hamburger steak dinner, most of the time. Everything is good here, I have never had anything bad.

I was very hesitant to come here for many years until a few years ago after so many people telling me how good it is. My husband and I thought we would order a pizza to go since the place looked "just okay" on the outside. But when we picked up the pizza, the place was hoppin! And the aroma was fantastic and the place was packed! The pizza was delicious and, needless to say, we have been several times since that day!! The steak sub is awesome as well along with the pita and wrap sandwiches. The seasoned fries are great, too! The spaghetti with their homemade sauce is a big hit from what I have observed. What a wonderful surprise! We stopped on the way to Myrtle Beach coming from Greensboro. The friends we were traveling with knew about this secret place. From the outside appearance and name of the place, you would never stop for a great salad. We are on our way back to Greensboro and have stopped again for the Mediterranean Chicken Salad...7.65....A bargain and not to be missed when traveling thru the area. We came in and there were hardly any customers in the restaurant. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks and when one of us got the drinks it was only carbonation. It took 10 more minutes to change it because the waitress was flirting with the police sitting at the table beside us. Would not go back. Food is good unfortunately service is poor! Have been there approx 4 times got decent service once. On one occasion server took orders and did not return with drinks for over 10 minutes. Last visit this past week after waiting for 10 minutes with no service then the server came to table next to us that came in 5 minutes after us took there order and never acknowledged our group. We left at this point and went to Southern Delights on same street. Ordered and had drinks delivered in less than 5 minutes. Owner and staff are more focused on take out orders than customers in restaurant. read more
