I went through the drive thru at this location and it was extremely fast! They had two lanes which helped but I was in and out within a couple minutes. The shake was absolutely delicious and very thick, I had to eat it with a spoon! This Cook Out does not hold to the standards of the brand. The quesadillas came out like they had been warmed in a microwave, and the shakes we ordered 20 minutes later still were undrinkable. I went inside to order 2 scoops ( BBQ ) with slaw & NO Texas Pete. I had to tell her twice. Then I ordered a cheese burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo & ketchup. I had to tell her this 3 times. When I got home the scoops had Texas Pete & NO SLAW!! The cheese burger didn't have ANY ONIONS!! I can go to a restaurant with 50 people & order & ONLY MY ORDER WILL BE MESSED UP!!!! Burger--Good, Cole Slaw--Terrible, literally just chopped cabbage, Fries--Good, Onion Rings--Great, Caramel Fudge Shake--Great, Cheese Bites--Bad. Price was pretty good. The staff were nice.. have to be honest and share the place had a bad smell. Could see into the kitchen and floors were dirty and trash cans overflowing... water on floor in sitting areas..hubby hungry so ate here anyway. Chicken tenders were quite good, tender. Traveling on 95 North out of South Carolina decided to grab a shake from cookout I've heard the watermelon was amazing. It was good, their shakes are always good the vanilla ice cream is the bomb. Watermelon pieces were frozen, icy. One drawback was the seeds. Couldn't thoroughly enjoy it, but muddled through. It's off my list. read more

Texas style burger no cheese -- Burger was dry, bun fell apart. Onions rings -- not good over all lack Cajun chicken wrap -- gross! The customer service was terrible! I had to repeat my order at least 3-4 times and I still had to repeat it at the window. When I received my Diet Coke, literally the entire cup was filled with ice. All the way to the top. If you look at the photo, you can see that this is not an exaggeration. The cheese style burger was just ok, but the meat was dry and the cheese was bland. The only reason this review is not 1 star is because their banana fudge shake was pretty good. I do not recommend eating here as the service is just awful. read more

The slowest service I've ever had while at a cookout. Six cars in line and from getting in line to receiving food was over 20 minutes. Safe to say they were not busy. They could not get my order right after three attempts. Either they're new or incompetent. Either way, try somewhere else read more

We had seen Cookouts all over the place in the south so we decided to try it. We couldn't understand the person taking our order and we had to repeat our order several times. When I got our order I noticed the slip said bacon and onions on my sandwich. We never wanted that and I am allergic to onions. We also got like five cheese curds on the first order and about 15 on the second because there was onions in the box. The bacon on the wrong burger was hardly heated it looked that raw. When our food was fixed it was ok. Not that special and we won't try another one. read more

My cOolege aged sons coukd not wAit to take mee here whhen it oPened. I had heard others praising it and could certainly smell how delicious the burgers were from the nearby sTores that I had been to after theY opened. So first off they have a driive throUgh but the food is made to order so if you just can't bear to get out of your car, get comfortable. It takes a long time. The cars were wrapped around the building making it hard to exit the parking in lot. We went in and saT down to eat. I was impressed with the staff WitH the multitude of combinations of things you can get there it's impressive to see them call it out to the kitchen. It waS a little impressive. They have a million day uses for hot foods and a million flavors for ice cream shakes. After all it's just bottles of syrups, flavoring, and sugar that keeps forever - so Easy & cheap so why not ? Speaking of cheap it was very inexpensive and now it becomes clear why my college kids like it so much. So the bottom line is I wasn't at all impressed with the food. I think when yoU do one thing you should do it real well snd this food left a Lot to be desired. Nothing in comparison to a Five Guys burger & fries but probably half the cost. I don't eat this type of good enough to want to eat there again but I'm sure my kids will be back. read more

A fair 4.5 Stars, but I'll up the rating to a 5 star review. I have been fairly fond of the Cook Out lineup. It seems like this location is fairly new, but in all honestly it may have been around for a year or two. I decided to stop by after finding some cheap gas in town to fill up on and I am glad I visited. Service was good and the staff was fairly friendly. The dining area was clean and had a newer design to it. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased to see an employee cleaning the tables, windows, and door handles the entire time I was eating. The food came out at a fair pace and was tasty! I wished this location didn't skimp on the cheese curds (or whatever they call the fried cheese!). Nevertheless, the food was good and I believe I have found a safer alternative stop for car and human fuel in South Carolina! I would recommend this place to others and I will be stopping back again! read more

My family and I were just here and the service is one of the most disgraceful things I've ever had to deal with in my life. They were rude and nasty. Our drinks tasted horrible and they "claimed"they were out of straws and napkins. The food was cold and barely cooked. Traveling and made a pit stop here, appears to be a pretty new location. Basic fast food type place, I ordered the chili dog with everything, a quarter lb burger combo with, fries and chili, cheese and some toppings are a small up charge. All was good and actually above what I would expect from a place like this, young man working the counter was very friendly and helpful as it was my first visit, everything came out as ordered. read more
