Good quality; however, the service on my second order was less than quality. After our main order I placed another pick up order for my free reward brownie and I went inside to wait at pick up (next to register counter). Two young ladies behind the counter were chatting around the lemonade dispenser while helping themselves to a cup of lemonade. I waited a couple minutes at pick up and then approached the counter. I was greeted by one of the young ladies named Amanda. I explained to her that I placed the order on the app and requested pick up and was waiting for my brownie. She said sarcastically you don't pick up here. I told her I know that (already offended because I know she saw me originally waiting at pick up). She rolled her eyes at me and approached another young lady bagging orders whispered something to her that I couldn't make out and then approached me with my brownie. I have eaten at chik fil a restaurants everywhere and this was by far the worst service I ever received. Do better. The attitude was not needed. I was simply inquiring about the status of my order.

Tyler, one of the employees, and Trevor, the manager, both came outside in the rain and tried to help us get the car started. They were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful the entire time. What really stood out to us was that after the store closed, both Trevor and another manager, Abby, stayed an hour and a half past closing to make sure we were okay and that our car was safe until the tow truck arrived. They didn't have to do that, but they did -- just to make sure no one messed with our car and that we felt taken care of. We're very grateful for how understanding and supportive the team was during a really stressful situation. Thank you again to Tyler, Trevor, and Abby. We won't forget how you treated us.

The food also tasted as expected so it was pretty good. There are separate men & women's restrooms. The women's restroom had 2 large stalls and appeared family clean. I would say that there was an odd smell, like road kill or something. According to my dad, the urinal in the men's restroom was literally by the door so you'd better be careful in case someone passes by. One last things, even though we didn't have to use the drive thru, it looked like it would accommodate 2 lanes, which is great for busy dining hours.

Unfortunately they are so dedicated to cleaning that they cleared my table while I went to the restroom. Oops! Bad! But then the staff made it right. Good! Speaking of the bathroom, this McDonald's has the biggest bathroom I've ever seen at a McDonald's. Not to go into too much detail, but you can imagine a scenario in which a small, limited-receptacle restroom could be a problem at a McDonald's. I would be willing to bet this McDonald's doesn't have that issue. Not to be flippant about this topic, but that's a nice enhancement to the standard size.
