I went through the drive thru and food was missing.. went inside and the manager, I think her name was Paige was extremely nasty to me, just scoffed under her breath and tried to say I was lying. Verdict: Cookie Monster's dream. After two days of Arby's boxed lunches, I'm sure of a few things. First, their cookies are massive. Don't ask how many calories are in one. It's better not to know. Both the chocolate and the caramel chocolate chip are worth at least trying, even if you can't finish them. The second thing is that their sandwiches are pretty good. No surprise there, right? Whether you get the roast beef, turkey, or something else, you'll get a decent meal. That said, there was a distinct difference in the amount of meat from day 1 to day 2. The first day, everyone noticed how there wasn't much meat. The second day, everyone commented on how the sandwiches actually had a good balance of meat and bread, especially compared with the first round. That's when I realized it wasn't just me. Made us wait because they had zero shake mix in the shake machine. Took fifteen minutes, all our other food was clearly cooked immediately because it was super cold by the time they brought it out to us. When they brought out the shake, forgot our food and when he went back we saw he was locked out of the restaurant and nobody came to help him for several more minutes. read more

If I could give it 3.5 stars I would. I have to disagree with the other reviews, it was my first time to this location and I had no issues. I actually couldn't resist eating my cheddar and roast beef sandwich on the way home which is why it's not pictured here. I also got a turkey bacon ranch wrap and saved it for the next day, which was still good and a loaded Italian which I didn't get to try as the bread was rock hard the next day.(To be expected I guess) They just didn't seem like they enjoyed working there, or maybe they were just bored. Who knows. I'll definitely be going back at some point. read more

Absolutely disgusting! Don't go here. The curly fries were obviously old and had been sitting under a heat lamp, the chicken sandwich was 2 oz. of meat for 6 bucks, and the mozzarella sticks were cold. We threw it away and went someplace else. We will not be going to Arby's again. read more

The food quality is great and up to par for the chain for this location. However, the employees have consistently been disappointing. Every time they forget something I asked for or I have gotten the wrong item in the bag. I guess I need to either stop coming here or check my order before I leave 100% of the time. read more

Not the best and confirmed according to a worker behind the counter. Whilst he was conversing with his co-workers "McDonald's has better fries", now he says this just as he puts another greasy fry to his lips. What we ordered was fine (Gyros and Curly Fries), I'd further say 1) the lack of a certain type fountain soda (with no sign stating they were out) employee shouts "it's out til the next truck", 2) a messy sauce dispenser and lacking ketchup lol, 3) another employee unconcerned that our missing gyro and sitting in the bin, and 4) an overflowing trash container as we leave...this really identifies poor management. Ok. I created yelp account only to write this review. I stopped in this arbys fr lunch and ordered chicken sandwich and chicken tenders. When I tried to took a bite of the chicken sandwich, the chicken is very chewy and I cant able to pull the bite with my mouth. Then I opened the sandwich and looked at the chicken and its not completely white. The meat is darker than it usually be and very chewy. I felt like gross . The chicken tenders are fine though. This is one of the nicest Arby's I've been to. The atmosphere feels a little more like a sit-down place than a fast food joint. The staff is friendly and will bring you your food after ordering. And of course, the food! It has always been fresh in the 20-odd times I've eaten here. I'm very impressed. The curly fries with the cheese sauce is fantastic! read more

I can't agree with any of the other comments left about in this place. My coworkers and I usually go this Arby's for lunch and normally the food is OK. Until we went about two weeks ago. I took a bite of my sandwich, put it down and noticed a hair in my food. I pulled the hair out and it had a lice egg on it. Needless to say we won't be eating at this location again. I called the store to complain, they gave me corporates number. Called them and left a message and still to this date have not received a call back. I don't want my food replaced or my money back, all I want is for acknowledge their mistake. read more

Came in for a crispy chicken salad to go. Girl behind the countered looked at me like I was disturbing her. It took almost 10 minutes to cook a precooked piece of chicken, cut it into pieces and put it on a pre-made salad. Other Arbys take 3 minutes, tops. Judging by the other reviews, this franchise is in trouble and for good reason. read more
