Do Not Go To This Freddy's. The place is filthy. The staff is disinterested in what they are doing, and act like they don't want to be there. They also appear very disorganized. The pictures tell the story. My burger was very greasy as well. I worked at McDonalds in high school and college. I would be ashamed to work at this place. One more thing, I tried to order on the Freddy's app, and when I tried to place my order, the app informed me that this location is not taking ASAP orders, and I could only place the order for 4:00pm or later. This was at 2:00pm. They were not busy at all, so I suspect the staff set this up so they wouldn't have many customers. I would, however, recommend the Freddy's down the road in Beavercreek. The burger was good...I got the patty melt with thousand island dressing. I wanted onion rings because the last time I ate at Freddy's the fries were super salty...AND I got Fries and not my onion rings. Just frustrating because I paid extra for onion rings and got salty fries. Service was slow...was in drive through for a LONG time. Ultimately the food tasted ok but the burger was super greasy and had to turn the packaging upside down because the bottom was so greasy. Drive through speaker was malfunctioning, the line was backed up around the building. I can't imagine the day that the employees were having but once I reached the window I was greeted by a pleasant employee with a smiling and friendly demeanor. Freddy's has the vibe of an old fashion ice cream parlor. For the meals, you order from the counter and then they call your number and you pick it up. Orders are served on a tray in red baskets. I had the Bacon Double Cheeseburger Combo and upgraded my order with onion rings. My girlfriend had the Double Jalapeño Burger Combo with an upgrade of the cheese curds and a regular chocolate malt. After ordering, they gave me my cup for a medium sized drink. It's a standard fountain type drink setup that most fast food places have. Once ordered, my girlfriend's chocolate malted drink was ready first. I would say within 2 minutes. Shortly thereafter, our meals were ready. So service was very fast. The burgers were well cooked, juicy and very cheesy. They are of the smashed burger type quality. The pickles are cut lengthwise which I thought was a very nice touch. The burgers are very filling. I liked the flavor. The onion rings were average but acceptable. Nothing really special about them. However, my girlfriend had the cheese curds and they were very tasty. She enjoyed her chocolate malted milkshake as well. This little place seems to fill up quickly and everyone I saw seemed to enjoy the food. The one thing I didn't really like was the location. Parking seems somewhat tight and it can be a challenge to get in and out of. But other than that we enjoyed our meal. It was filling, satisfying and very good. Next time I'll probably get some frozen custard to go. I would recommend this restaurant for a quit bite to eat. Our two dinners were under $30 and I think it's a great buy! read more

Throw in no greeting or eye contact at the window and a generally brusque attitude and the four minute stop bummed me out. They were not busy. My first experience at Freddy's was in Richmond, KY. I was pleasantly surprised to see one near me in Centerville. Unfortunately, these locations are as different as night and day. Totally dirty, had to ask someone to wipe off a table. Food all over the floor. Someone came out to replace the lids at the drink station but somehow didn't see all the spilled drinks and food covering the counter. The food wasn't as good either. It looked thrown together. Even the workers were bad. Went to get my food when called, the guy asked me if there was anything else he could get me but was already turning around before I could answer. Bad experience. First my husband's double burger was great according to him and my chili cheese dog was also great. We don't like skinny fries so just ok. There were overflowing trash cans outside. The inside was dirty. The table tops and the floor. There was water on the floor in front of the drink and condiment section. I don't know what was going on but they just put a couple caution wet floor signs and left it and I mean a lot of water, the rug in front of it was soaked. After 3 minutes of trying to give her a VERY CLEAR AND SIMPLE ORDER we said never mind and just left this isn't the first time we have had issues with extremely disrespectful, rude or incapable staff at this location. A few months ago my grandmother who was dying from cancer wanted food from here and we went in to get her a burger her only request was that they cook her patty a little longer she liked her hamburger well done and about five minutes later a manager emerged from the back to harass my grandmother and mom and even raised his voice saying "they can't cook this longer and they wouldn't be giving her a well done patty" my mom and grandma were confused by this interaction because it was such a small and simple request the man was clearly on a power trip we asked for a supervisor and he informed my mom that there was no one above him . We found the number through another store and we did report him. In the future we will probably just drive over to Beavercreek if we want to enjoy Freddy's the service over there is better and so the food quality extremely disappointing experience at the location and definitely the last we will not be coming back to this location read more

Freddy's is not too far from where I work so we will occasionally get lunch here. The service is always very quick and we get our food within a few minutes. I enjoy the old times feel and they always have good music playing. The food is really delicious, but pretty greasy. I have never tried their custards but always enjoy their cheese curds! read more

Used to be a good place for a greasy burger and fries, whenever you were in the mood for that. It's really fallen off. It's pretty gross inside. Everything feels like it's coated in grease. I took my daughter there tonight because she wanted custard for her birthday. The drive-thru was down. I went in and ordered and they said they were out of vanilla, so they substituted with chocolate. Two of the three orders we got had nothing but custard in them. No mix-ins at all. Cost $16. The burgers were smashed so flat you could see through them and was cooked so bad that they was dry and crispy on the edges. Let me start by first saying that I have enjoyed all of my visits to Freddy's locations until I stopped by this location. I stopped by this location with family and friends of a group of 10 for their custard and fries. I wanted to show case a more casual setting that's "American" since a couple were visiting from outside of the country. We left disappointed. What's not to be desired: Melted custard upon receiving them, leaking roof (nearby where they ask you to pick up your food!), terrible customer service. When the person who took our orders asked how our food was, we answered honestly by letting him know that the custard was already melted when we received them. Guess how he answered? "That's the nature of custard." That was hard to digest considering we witnessed their non-operating custard machine and our custard was scooped from a bucket. 2:30 pm. 01/16/24 Service was terrible. I walked in and asked for a pick-up order. There was a guy and a girl standing up front. The guy immediately says the food is not out yet. I stand there for about 5 minutes, and some taller younger guy walks out, and I tell him what I'm waiting for. He grabs it and hands it to me. It was ready the whole time.
