I came here because it had such a good rating but I have been standing at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me for about 10 minutes now. The employees just keep walking around but wont say anything when they make eye contact. The manager and staff here are amazing. The manager is on her game she was making sure everything was done and being kind and helpful with the staff. The guy who took my order was so nice and even brought my food to me! I highly recommend this Arby's. I ordered Mozzarella sticks and a soda pop. Everything was fast fresh and made to order. No one was in side while I was there so the ambiance was calm and relaxing with the music playing in the background. First time ever eating at Arby's, any Arby's. This is a new location in fallon and finally decided to check it out for lunch. As we walked in we were warmly greeted by the staff. The place is super clean, bright and welcoming. We placed our order and was ready by the time we paid. That was quick !!! I think they were getting ready for the lunch rush because as we sat, people started to come in and got just a little busy. I had a number three which comes with Swiss chess and the French dip, since I had curly fries, I had to go with the large. The meal was delicious !! I can't believe I never ate at Arby's before but they have earned a new loyal customer !! They had me at "curly fries" but now I have to try their other sandwiches... you know, for science. I just got to say this is my second time stopping at this Arbys im the last month and i came back this time around because of the great service i had. This time has been the same great service! And the food excellent and everything was very clean. The employees seem to treat each other like family and they even came to ask if they could take my trash when i was done. Service was great, food is decent, but tipped the guy in the drive thru and he stated the tips he receives stays in the cash register and goes to Arby's. I would rather they say "we can't accept tips" then to give it to "the register" read more

I've been to places with rude workers before but this one takes the cake. I walked in with my family, there are 5 of us. We stood there at the counter on the inside for about 5 mins looking at the menu, no one else in there but us. We waited another 5 mins waiting to be helped. When I tell you we stood there for a total of 10 mins and no one acknowledged us at all that's putting it nicely. Now before you can say maybe they didn't see us, let me tell you about the worker in the front making like she was helping the girl working the drive through window. She was opening up bags like she was packing orders, staring at the order screen. She walks right up to where I am at the register. She looked like she was going to help me. She didn't say a word, didn't make eye contact. Clocked out right in front of my face, went in the back, grabbed her stuff and walked right out to her car. This had to have been the worst experience I ever had anywhere. We grabbed our things and walked out. I saw the worker that clocked out walking to her car, because she turned around to watch us walk out to our car. I will never be back. read more

Stopped in for a quick bite before heading home, ordered #1 combo, medium, Hawaiian fish and white cheddar Mac and Cheese. The store is clean, the employees are great, fast and efficient. The reason for the 1 star is the poor service to refund money on a bowl of Mac & Cheese that cost $4.59. This bowl was less than 1/2 full, went up to return it the turdlett behind the counter went back and weighed, came back up and said it weighs 8 Oz which is the correct weight. I thought 'Look here turdlett, I don't care, I am not asking the weight, I am asking for a refund.' So I politely asked for a refund again and did not repeat thoughts. He went to get the general manager. Returned and said 'she is outside and he will let her know when she comes back in. 30 minutes later, food finished, we are still waiting. 35 minutes later she shows up and says, "ok give it to me, what's wrong?" She said it jokingly and cute. I explained we just wanted a refund and advised that if she is going to take a break she should empower one of her employees to do refunds. She stated she was in the phone with her boss and I reminded her I am the customer and had to wait for you to get off the phone with your boss? I don't care if it's the president THE CUSTOMER COMES FIRST. The drive thru was busy and could have used her help and she should have told her boss this as well the unempowered employees should have told her there was a customer complaint and she should have come and taken care of the customer.
