We were passing through Fallon NV on the 50 on our way out to Ely NV of all places. I like stopping at Burger King for a fast lunch and using my coupons for a cheap deal. I used my coupon for a double cheeseburger and med fries plus a med drink for just $4.00. That a deal! Ordered with the coupon code no prob and the order came out just fine. Quick and easy I say is good. The fries were super hot and decent, though I didn't see a lot of size difference between the small fries and the med fries. My Whopper was cold and on a hoagie roll. When my dasher Linda went to have them remake the order a guy named Rego refused and accused my dasher of trying to free food and when presented with the recept he wouldn't remake the order. I will NEVER do business with them again. I will tell everyone about this. Through all of this, .my dasher Linda was awesome. She spent over hour trying to make it right to no avail. read more

ZERO STARS. Worst customer service, longest wait. I've had it with this location. I've been living here for two years now, and every single time I go here, it's a disaster. And I can confirm the other review I read here. DUDE WITH BEARD 100% ignores you and had us wait 35 minutes. Ridiculous and unacceptable. We have two kids in the car, one infant and one toddler. Crying and hungry and we were stuck in this NO LINE AT ALL for almost an hour. I was in the middle of an order when I heard a phone ring and the person on the intercom ANSWERED THE CALL. Located on one of the main streets in Fallon, Williams Avenue, Burger King is not hard to find. My son is a regular here and has chicken nuggets, fries and a chocolate shake. It's fast, easily obtainable food. Great among the young, though I can feel my cholesterol rising even if I look at it, so I tend to not partake in the vittles. There's always a few cars in line. Worst place to eat in Fallon! Customer service is terrible. They refuse to serve items on the menu, claiming they do not serve lunch till 10am when corporate says lunch served all day. Fairly standard Burger King fare! Except I was denied a large order of fries until I pointed out the mistake. Then the ketchup machine sputtered out. And, while the fries were a bit crispy and good on the outside, they were over-salted and too mushy on the inside. The place was well air conditioned and service was friendly. Fortunately, a creamy Chocolate Shake which comes standard with whipped cream was very good, and the regular size was plenty large. And, although the flame-broiled burger was well done and not too juicy as sort of expected, with fresh red tomato, crisp lettuce, white onion, nicely melted cheese, and mustard added, my Whopper with Cheese tasted quite good nevertheless. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The dine in area is a total disaster. The tables were a mess with spilled soda and food. The trash cans were overflowing. Will never go back! 1 car at the window when I pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru. Was asked to wait. After several minutes, I said hello to get their attention. Placed my order. Waited 25 mins at the window. Was watching the whole time. No one ever came to the counter. They were only working on my food. Only after she put the burgers and fries in the bag did the girl pull out the tray to get the nuggets, only to realize there was none or not eough for my order and had to wait for more to be cooked. She stuffed all the food into 1 medium bag and had someone else hand it to me. I checked for sauce. There was none and had to ask for it ( ordered it at the speaker) and was given a rude look and handed 3. I said that would not be enough for amount nuggets ordered. He gave me an even ruder look and came back with a handful. After driving 15 mins to get home, I find that I'm missing 1 burger. Drive 15 mins back. They try to hand me the original burger as been sitting there now for an hour. I requested a fresh burger and the number to call for a complaint. The boy asked what for. I said to speak with the manager. The manager and all 3 kids working came to the counter to hear my complaint at which time i asked if one of them would please start on my burger. 1 kid went around the corner but still stood there and listened instead of starting it. The manager said they also had the front counter to take care. I said I watched the entire time and there was never any customers at the counter, she said well, I dont know what to tell you and walked off. read more

I haven't had fast food in so long and for some reason I was craving the double stacker at BK. I was hesitant to order from them because of their 2-star Yelp reviews. Yet, I placed a mobile order and arrived promptly only for the cashier to tell me they ran out of whoppers. However, she was willing to accommodate me with an alternative. I picked out the spicy chicken sandwich (which I've never had from BK - great choice!), she upgraded my fries and drink to a large, and provided me coupons for the inconvenience. Although I may not have had the order I wanted, I feel satisfied tonight. And thank you to the lovely cashier who helped me this evening. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. read more

I'm not a picky person and usually generous with my reviews, but this is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Being an US Army veteran, I am very familiar with sucking it up and eating terrible food without complaining. I also have eaten at Burger Kings all over the world and this one comes no where close towards meeting their standards. I've eaten at this location twice and the food has never been any good. Tonight, I decided to give it a try, but ended up getting cold fries with no salt, warm ice tea with no ice, and a flavorless smashed chicken sandwich.
