I knew this location was notoriously slow, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. I waited in line for 25 minutes, watching cars place orders every 2-3 minutes. When the car in front of me got to the window, they sat there for 11 minutes after paying before receiving their food. When it was finally my turn, my food still wasn't ready. I told them I wasn't paying until it was, which apparently caught them off guard. Once I got my order, surprise--it was wrong. I ordered a roast beef slider and got a ham slider. The mozzarella sticks were also cold. I get that I chose to wait, but no one should be waiting 10+ minutes at the window for fast food--especially for an order that still comes out wrong and cold. You should be able to cook and serve anything on the menu faster than that. Really disappointing experience. read more

It's ok. Bit of a hit and miss. The first time at this location, very good. Fast and friendly service. This was on a Sunday. They were very busy (had about 9 cars in drive thru and 15-20 in dining room. They handled it very well especially since most of them came all at one time. The second time kinda makes me never want to go there again during lunch break. Store was barely busy, and only had 5 people in the whole restaurant (including drive thru). They did not have sweet tea (which is a little annoying but okay). When I asked here to change something (because they don't have tea) the girl stared into space then stared at her manager for 2-3 minutes and said nothing. Then looked back and forth like she didn't know where she was and leaned against the register still staring at her manager. This is unacceptable and I will not return on weekdays when I have a limited lunch break. I will say though, it was clean. Just need to work on service, especially during 11:00-2:00 on weekdays. read more

I babysit my grandchildren in Lula, so getting out isn't always easy. So sometimes I order delivery by DoorDash. The kids nuggets are really good, and my grandchildren love the curly fries. I love the double beef n cheddar and curly fries. This time there was hardly any cheese sauce on my sandwich. It was as if they waved the cheese sauce at the sandwich and nothing more. It was a huge disappointment. And even though I request packets of Arby's sauce when ordering, they NEVER put any in the bag. And it's a good thing I have napkins, because they never put any of those in the bag. Once on an order they didn't even put my fries in the bag at all. But the manager, a very pleasant woman, made it right. She even sent a cookie for my granddaughter. Someone really needs to do a better job of making sure everything is in the bags before giving the order to the drivers. read more

Horrible food and the manager on 2/14/24 at 5:30pm was a complete jerk. I called to let them know that part of my order was missing and basically just to bring it to his attention for quality control. He was a jerk and then hung up on me. Reported to corporate. This fool has no idea about customer service. Needs to go work where there's no people. read more

I would LOVE to be able to write a good review. This is TWICE I've ordered something and added extra sauce--that should have already came with it mind you--and it came completely naked--and WITHOUT a bun. But I was charged for the extra saucea both times. It's so very frustrating!! read more

This place is a terrible place to get food , My husband went through the drive through, got him a sandwich and curly fries and myself a turkey wrap as before , he get home , now keep in mind we only live maybe a mile from this place , When he gets home the fries are so cold and had been sitting so long that we had to put the terrible things in the microwave, My turkey wrap was not even a turkey wrap , it was wrapped in something that looked like a thick toco, I had to take the turkey and put it on my bread , This place needs better management and state a tentative to the complaints, read more

This is exactly what Gainesville needed, especially in this location. There aren't too many good places to eat in the area without having to go down jesse jewell parkway into the 'abyss'. Located around 1/2 mile from 985 (exit 24), this Arby's location is BRAND SPANKIN' NEW! The construction time it took to erect this location was crazy fast and they did such an amazing job as well. The lines for the drive through are pretty crazy, especially if you are going during lunch time. (I got there at 1215pm and there were around 15 cars ahead...the line was moving nicely, but I decided to walk in instead). When inside, there were no real lines. there are 2 cashiers taking orders, and since it is a new location, most of the staff are relatively new. The operation behind the counter seemed to be moving nicely, and food was coming out in a timely matter. (my overall wait time was around 3 minutes). The food was quick, and just taking a glance over the counter, seemed like everyone was doing their job and no cross contamination was taking place (meaning the person on fries were not cutting the meat). Though, it would have been nice to have the counter in glass so you can see the food prep and all, the decor was quite nice. it was wood all over with tables and booths around. The flow works nicely as well. As soon as you enter, the line is there and flows around towards the drink machines and condiments for your meal (sauces via a pumping system). I took my order to go, and even though i only work 5 minutes from here, the fries were a little cold by the time I got back. maybe next time i'll eat in, and see how it fares. The parking is very tight. there is a lot of overflow into the the paint store next door, or around back. If there is a line at the drive through, do not even think about parking on the side, because you will never get out! Food was okay but they are extremely stingy with their cheese sauce. I ordered a classic roast beef and got less than a teaspoon of cheese on it. Mozzarella sticks were okay but lacking in flavor. The dude working the intercom thing was rushing us to complete our order. No one was even behind us. My sister is 6 months pregnant and struggles a lot with food because of food aversions. ***WARNING FOOD POISONING*** We went to Arby's to get a couple of gyro sandwiches yesterday. They tasted fine. About half way through hers, my wife started faltering, She asked me if I wanted her's. I hate to waste food, so I put it aside and worked on mine. She grabbed her mouth, looked at me and hustled to the bathroom. I kept eating, and started working on hers and she came back, a bit pale. I continued eating and started feeling pains. We ran home and I asked her to use the master bathroom plumbing and I ran for the hall bath. Took me 20 minutes to get off the toilet. Met her in the living room. She went from pale to greenish pale and I had cramps. Many bathroom trips. So, sit on the toilet and hurl in the waste basket or sit on the trash can and hurl in the toilet (Ewwww). Food poisoning. Scale of 1-10. Her's 8-9. Mine 6. Only thing kept us from the emergency room is couldn't get that far away from toilet. Bed ridden until wife had to go to work this afternoon. No eating. Forced water to avoid dehydration. I like Arby's. Won't eat at this one again. Go ahead, call cooperate. "I'm sorry,, this is a franchise. Would you like to have the manager call you." Huh. "Uh, no." Unforgivable.
