My son's meal had hair in it, and out of his 4 nuggets, 2 were not fully cooked. I called the store and spoke with the manager, Tianna, who said the meal would be replaced. My main concern was the hair found in the food, and when I asked why employees were not wearing hair nets, I was told they only wear hats. That response was very disappointing. On top of that, I specifically ordered one sandwich with NO cheese because one of my children does not eat cheese at all. The sandwich still came with cheese and onions. This kind of mistake could be very serious if a customer has allergies. This entire experience was unacceptable. Employees need better training on food safety, making sure food is cooked completely, and following customer orders correctly. I'm extremely upset and concerned about the lack of attention to health and safety standards at this location.
