3/28/24 Large chick-fil-a meal for 2. It is hit or miss. Today it was miss. The fries were overcooked hard as a rock. The coke was flat. A lot of times you get kibble and bits in the bottom of fries. This is one of the go to Chick fil a if you love Chick fil A but the only thing I will say about this comparison to the others is it stays busy from opening to closing. Meaning simply that the drive-thru stays popping. Who doesn't already know that though? No need for me to go over their menu and what items I purchase when I come here but I'll just say their lemonade here is one of my must before I leave the lot. Friendly customer service, clean parking lot, clean store inside, and speedy service whether its dining inside or you going through drive-thru. Unusual miss. Ordered for 3 to go. 5 minutes from the restaurant I reached in one of the 3 bags for a warm waffle fry. To my surprise - only a toy was inside the kids meal. Checked the 2nd bag. Empty of food, but the toy was there. Turned around. A bit frustrated since my family was on a deadline and now I was late. The manager saw me coming. Thankful Robert intercepted me with a sincere apology and quick fix - with a complimentary 1/2 dozen delicious chocolate chip cookies! I love Chick Fil A, every time I see one I have to stop since we don't have any in NYC yet (except for the NYU campus) This one didn't disappoint. All of the employees were super nice and friendly. I love the food here and I really enjoyed my chicken sandwich deluxe with extra Chick Fil A sauce. I have no idea what they put in that sauce but its like crack for me. I love how you don't have to stand around waiting for your meal but you can sit and they will either call out your name or bring it to your table when its ready. Eating here feels more like dining at a restaurant than a fast food place since they come around asking if you need anything else and will even clear out your tray. read more

One of the best chick-fil-a stores I been too. The place was clean and all employees we're working to make sure you for what you needed. The cashier (a gentleman) was very sweet and patient with my family who started off indecisive. Barb was also a sweetheart. She was cleaning and making sure that all the guests were good. She went around the tables and made small talk which made my family feel good. The food even taste better than anyone I been too. I would definitely go back if I was in the area. read more

This is hands down the best Chick-fil-a I've ever been to. The staff are always friendly and personable. They always remember what I order and in addition, I've always seen them having conversations with their customers. It's clear they have a strong team morale because they all work efficiently to help, especially during rush hour. When it comes to service they are "ON IT". If one thing goes under par with your experience they are happily ready to accommodate, even when you don't expect it. Only downside, beware of the parking lot during rush hour, it gets so crowded that people are prone to fender-benders. They also have the "my pleasure" thing down-pack, they don't miss a beat. Best fast food restaurant experience EVA!!! The employees here are so friendly and helpful. I wasn't sure what to order and I was given options and samples to help me decide. After settling down in my seat to enjoy my meal, a young woman approached me to ask if I was enjoying my meal and if she could refill my drink...with a genuine smile...I was taken back lol...NYC made me forget that you don't have to buy expensive food to get friendly service! Sigh...makes me consider moving...just for a second :) In addition to the great service and good food, the restaurant was very clean and very busy at 2pm. I love chickfila! From the nuggets, shakes, sandwiches, etc. If I'm going to do fast food for myself out my child this is it. I love their menu selection and I love that their food is always fresh. But nothing makes a good restaurant PERFECT if it isn't for great customer service. Fast food is not my thing, but I'm simply in love with this particular Chick-Fil-A. It doesn't help that it is so close to my house. Sometimes I find myself here a couple times a week for breakfast and lunch. The spicy chicken biscuit sandwich and the chicken, egg, and cheese on a bagel are great items from the breakfast menu. For dinner, I usually go for the spicy chicken sandwich, or the salad with crispy chicken. Their sweet ice tea is great! The milkshakes are huge and filling. They have SUCH good customer service here! I am a vegan and the manager went above and beyond to make sure that my order was right. I accidentally ordered a salad instead of a veggie wrap and they fixed it right away without having to charge me. I was also able to take plenty of time to read through ingredients to decide on what I could eat. When the drive-thru gets too full, there are plenty of people outside to take your order. Their fries were also FANTASTIC! I can understand why this place is so busy, it really is a great Chick-fil-A that the owners should be proud of. read more

When it comes to fast food, this is as good as it gets. Chick-Fil-A always has fast service, friendly staff, and a great atmosphere. The ownership of this location (who also owns the location at the Christiana Mall) do a great job of making the customer feel welcome and served personally. This location also does some great promotions. From "movie night" to trivia contests, there's usually something going on most days of the week.
