Food was hot and good quality. Service was fast considering how busy they are. The tables were kept clean.

I pulled into the drive through and a worker and lady were going at it, I then proceeded to wait 7 minutes before my order was even taken (I said something a few different times to let them know I was there). No quality concern at the Grove City south/665 location. I was the only person in the drive-thru. I ordered the bbq brisket sandwich. I think it was made/prepped the day before I got there. Whole order was lukewarm. read more

They keep the restaurant clean, food hot, service fast. It's an older restaurant, but their staff does a great job with what they have to work with and the pride shows (can only imagine what they'd do with a remodel). read more

I don't live in Grove City but stopped at the Arby's there and the service was superb. Very nice young people. The food was good and hot.

Haven't ate here in a while got two regular roast beef sandwiches and crinkle fries sandwiches were good but fries were horrible I ate what I could but most look brown and like they've been sitting there for ever won't be back for awhile!!!! read more

What a terrible facility. I try to always give it a second chance but always end up disappointed. Waited longer than usual for cold fries & a Luke warm chicken sandwich. Sadly the chicken only took up half my bun. "Again, no roast beef & only vanilla shakes". Lots of out of stock items. Front door has no handle to enter & workers out there smoking it up. I'd pass for another restaurant or an Arby's elsewhere. read more

So I ordered the French dip asking no cheese and to have the au jus hot sure enough I was handed a cold sandwich with cheese and cold sauce. When I went in to let them know this wasn't what I ordered the drive thru chick who took my order got an attitude when I asked to have a sandwich with no cheese and for the au jus to be hot. Drive-through visit (more and more common with the baby,) so I don't know what it's like inside. Service was friendly. A little slow; do they make some things from scratch? They don't have the meats at this location. You get a teaspoon amount on a large bun. Don't waste your money. I told them about it and they did nothing. They wanted my receipt but when I went through they didn't give me one and accused me of lying about it. Regardless, I'll go somewhere else from now on. I don't normally review fast food places, because we all know what to expect of them, but I had a bizarre experience here the other day and thought I would share. Came and dined in for lunch. Food was fine, although they forgot my marinara for my cheese sticks. Service was also fine. First strange part: the drive-thru was on speaker, and it was LOUD. We were sitting in the dining room and could hear every word the person in the drive-thru was saying. I've never heard of a fast food place not taking drive-thru orders through a headset. So be aware, every "um" and awkward pause you make while ordering in the drive-thru, well, the whole restaurant can hear you. Second strange part: they were playing overtly religious music. I mean, I'll be back - it's the only Arby's in the neighborhood, and the food was normal. But I won't be coming in during dining room hours, that's for sure. read more

I waited in the drive-thru for 15+ minutes. This is supposed to be fast food. I got sweet tea and they didn't fill my cup. There was probably an inch or two left. The majority of the fries were dumped in the bag. The classic roast beef sandwich was excellent though. read more

Yeah I think I have to break up with Arby's at least this location. The service has gone downhill. I had no line at the drive through but still had to wait 6 minutes to be served and get my food. There was something wrong with their soda machine because while waiting on my food I took a sip of Coke and it was all bubbles no flavor. I asked to exchange it for lemonade which they did. The food did not appear fresh (cold fries, pale pink tomato) Agree with other posters, not sure if this is a franchise location but yes they play Christian music in the dining room. The staff all wear buttons saying Keep Christ is Christmas around the holidays. Plus it usually a gathering place for the old folks of Grove City who are probably the reason service is so slow. read more

I normally do not like to write negative reviews but after two separate instances at the Grove City Arbys I feel it needs to be put out there. Tonight I pulled into the drive thru and there were 4 employees three of which were sitting outside and one standing smoking cigarettes. When I got to the speaker a voice came on, which was less than enthusiastic, and proclaimed they were OUT of roast beef!! Who in their right mind would believe that a place that serves 99% of their menu based off roast beef would run out?!?! I could see the workers from the drive thru speaker and none of them were interested in getting up and going inside. In my opinion they just did not want to serve anyone within 45 minutes of closing. I would not be so critical if this was not the second time I have had an issue with this place. I went by there one night 15 minutes before close (I know it sucks to be that close but they should be willing to serve up until the last second before closing) and was completely ignored at the drive thru speaker. I even pulled around by the window and nobody would come near it. They all just ignored me and a car that was behind me in line. This is the last trip I will ever make to this particular establishment. There are too many other places around in Grove City to choose from. With employees like that Arbys ownership should reassessing staffing. read more

what a crappie experience at this place lastnite, first when we walked to order staff just standing around, at the counter was greeted with we have no roast beef what?? and shift manager started to tell us the reason what caused they shortage, ok we came there for the fish instead, what a big disappointed job this was , they advertised 2/$5 what a joke crispy & Cajun both were half ass made, soggy at best!!.a great majority of customers were turned away from here, with hardly no business maybe the employees could of clean the dining area no !! was more worried of going to Starbucks . i don't know why i should rate this very bad experience. read more

The food was typical Arby's. The problem was getting the food made on time. It took way to long to get our food. 3 people who ordered after us got their food before us. After we got our food we found out that not all of it was in the bag. I would go back but only if they were having a sale or something. read more

Just spent 22 minutes of my lunch hour sitting in their drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me. I ordered a plain Turkey sandwich and an iced tea with extra ice. I finally get up to the window and there is 4 girls just standing there talking about the customer in front of me. One girl hands me my drink and continues talking. I asked her for an extra cup of ice as my ice was all melted. She hands me a cup of ice and they all walk away from the window. I see them all standing there talking as I'm waiting so I finally honk the horn and ask what the hold up was that I had been there for 20 minutes. The girl who was literally standing there with the same bag in her hand that she had for at least 3 minutes just taking, hands me said bag and says to me you have only been waiting 13 minutes. I said yeah at the window, I've been in line for 20. She slams her window shut in the middle of my sentence. She didn't even apologize, just the opposite she acted like I should be grateful that it only took 22 minutes for a damn turkey sandwich. Sorry Arbys but your food isn't THAT good!. From gettting in line to getting my food it took 22 minutes. Won't be going there anymore. read more
