I've ordered from here ~8 times. 3/8 of those times my order has been significantly messed up. Once, my sauce wasn't on the side when ordered on the side, which led to soggy tenders after driving home. Another time no sauces (including ranch) were included in my order. And tonight I got one half container of ranch, and plain fries when I ordered Cajun fries. I would give 1 star if the food wasn't good when it comes as ordered. Really careless service pretty consistently. I'd rather not gamble with my dinner most nights. read more

So a new place to try. Over all they are so close to being great. The flavors are a hot or miss. We got the 6 piece chick strips that comes with 2 sauces. He had the spicy teriyaki and lemon pepper. The spicy teriyaki had great flavor. Recommend getting the sauce on the bottom for best flavor, but it had not heat. I love spicy food but I did not taste any heat in it. The lemon pepper was great. The flavor stuck out and had a little kick to it. I'm willing to go back and try some bone in wings. But the cost of the food is a slightly more than what you are getting. read more

I've ordered from this location many times and their food seems to overall be the same consistency. Located on Lane, there is a huge parking lot so you never have to worry about that. You can call in an order, order on their website, or use a 3rd party app. I tried ordering online and unfortunately it was not working. No worries, I called in the order and the employee was very patient. I ordered jumbo wings, tenders, fries, and their new chicken tender sandwich. I had it for a 6:30 pickup time and ended up getting my food at 7PM. They were busy but an additional 30 minutes is a long time to wait. Let me first say that they have sooo many sauces it's awesome! I'm usually a honey BBQ gal so that was my favorite. I did try their honey mustard on my sandwich which was good too. I tried their kickin BBQ and it was more like a Buffalo sauce than bbq which I was disappointed about...unless they gave me the wrong sauce my accident on my tenders. My wings were barely sauced with the honey bbq so it made the chicken dry which was a bummer. The tenders were pretty good and juicy. I got the 6 piece and it was $10.99 which isn't bad. I got a huge portion for it. Their sandwich is 2 for $5 which is a steal!! I can't remember how much the wings are, but their fries are waffle fries and you can choose a rub for them too! I chose the mesquite Texas and I liked it! You can choose between a side of ranch or blue cheese with everything! Put in a pick up order and the process was simple enough. Told my food would be ready around 6:03. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:04. My food wasn't ready. The staff member upfront seemed ill prepared for me entering. I told him my name and he wildly mispronounced it several times and even went back to the kitchen where I could overhear them joking about the way my name was pronounced while STILL pronouncing it incorrectly. Wasn't sure what to expect here. Maybe because of that, I was very pleasantly surprised. Ordered a 12-piece tender with honey bbq and "fire" sauce. My friends enjoyed the honey bbq but I like a spicy, tangy Buffalo sauce, and the fire sauce did not disappoint on both fronts. Got a side of hot garlic sauce as well for dipping the waffle fries. It was perfectly spicy but also full of great flavor: the spice didn't overwhelm and take away from the flavor. Chicken is nice, fresh, and juicy white meat- not that weird squishy composite chicken you see at some other wing places. I ordered delivery via a third party app, and everything was prepared and delivered on time. I also requested a lot of different sauces and sides (multiple ranches, bleu cheeses, celery, etc.), and none of the items were missing. That isn't always the case with delivery, so I was pleased to see no mistakes with my order. Also, small detail: the side of celery was clean, no brown/oxidized spots, and tender. My friend had a bogo 4 piece chicken tender meal. So we got 2 meals for ~$13. We were able to order easily online and it was ready when we came to pick it up. It came with actually 5 chicken tenders, fries, and a can of sprite. The meal was very filling but I don't think the chicken is anything special. Very average. I tried this place again over the weekend. I placed my order online for a 4-piece tender meal with waffle fries and a drink. My order was ready when I arrived for pick-up. It was in a thermal pack to keep it warm. The person at the counter handed me a card with a QR Code for a survey and in exchange for filling it out, I could have a free drink, cookie, or brownie. I chose the cookie. The counter was kinda messy with paper menus but the rest of the front area was clean. The plastic container was vented to allow the waffle fries to stay crisp and keep the tenders from getting soggy. By the time I got home the waffle fries were room temp but the tenders were still warm. Also, this is one of those nights where it's about 30 degrees but feels like 20 so I think it would've been on the cooler side unless I had a thermal pack in my car to keep it warm. This place was okay... The chicken was okay quality, I feel like the breading was way more overpowering than the chicken! The lemon pepper was pretty good and had a small kick. The spicy teriyaki was "meh", it did not taste spicy at all to me and was very mild-tasting. Overall, this place was okay but not by any means amazing. A friend had eaten from this place and told us about it but I hadn't quite gotten around to trying it. Turns out, my older sis had tried it before too. I came on a Tuesday evening past 8pm. With cancelled dinner plans, I decided it was time to try it out. There's not really seating in the place. It's mostly a place to order to-go on the phone or to order at the counter. The girl at the register was personable and patient. She gave us some good suggestions and even let us try the sauce out! I decided to do the Hang Glider. It's a combo that came with boneless wings, fries, and soda. I got the wings with Louisiana sweet heat, garlic Parmesan waffle fries ($1 extra for the waffle), and Dr Pepper. I don't drink soda much but the deal sounded good. The sauce wasn't quite medium heat but in between that and mild. It was good! My sister got honey BBQ with her boneless wings. She didn't order the combo. She liked it! It was all pretty good! Kinda pricey though, if you ask me. But the wings were huge! It lasted me for two meals! The fries tasted like they had been sitting out in the warmer so they didn't taste super fresh. Maybe I should've gone with regular fries. Perhaps those would have been fresh. Seemed like they make the fries ahead of time with it already seasoned as opposed to sprinkling seasoning upon ordering. The girl said it would take 10 minutes for the order but we waited less than 5 minutes. I'm open to coming back again. The girl seemed to love her job and recognized some of the customers. My 10 month old, husband and I tried WOC today for the first time and we were solidly happy and impressed. The order took about 22 minutes, we came in at opening. The staff is friendly, patient and courteous. Our daughter loved the tender sandwhich, she likes spicy food but we added ranch to her sandwhich just in case it was "too hot" -- it was just right! Our family favorites sauce wise are in order of most enjoyed: Jamaican Jerk / Mango Habanero (husband and I's tops) Sweet Korean Fire Cajun BBQ Honey BBQ Sweet Chili The Buffalo or "Hot" isn't atypical or special. I love wings and this place is a great place to get them! Their wings are bigger than regular wings, from most places. I usually get the smallest size, bone-in, and it's the perfect amount of wings. I really like their sweet chili sauce and honey mustard. I also recommend their kickin' BBQ and Jamaican jerk! Depending on the wing size you order, you can do multiple flavors and sauces, just ask. Ranch or Bleu cheese comes free. I also love their fries because they're delicious and you can have them seasoned with any dry rub that they offer! This location does not have space for dine-in, there's only 3 stools and a bar top. Staff is usually really friendly and the food comes out hot. There's no bathroom or WiFi! There's a huge parking lot, so you don't have to worry about parking. I recommend getting these wings as lunch, dinner, for a party, or an event. read more

They have a small counter with two chairs pretty much for those who want to wait for their order to be ready. I was a frequent wings over customer when I went to school in Athens and now that I live out of state, I honestly make an effort to get this once when I am in town. The honey mustard boneless wings are sooooooo good. That's all I order. I don't know why but they are just killer. They have a variety of different sauces to fit pretty much any palate.
