I have never been a huge fan of Arby's, mainly because I don't really care for roast beef. However, I was told that their new Greek gyro was okay so I thought I'd try it. I liked it enough that I would eat it again. I was also surprised to find that they have other sandwiches on their menu too now, like turkey, italian, fried chicken and Reubens. So the sandwich I got was the cheddar and beef and was not good mediocre at best the cheese tasted like pata so the sandwich itself gets a 4 outta 10 moving on, The fries they were alright could've used a little more salt or even seasoning but they were decent like churches fries almost so giving it a cool 7 outta 10, The mozzarella sticks were good and warm but they must have a marinara shortage because homie forgot the sauce so I ate a couple by themselves and they were good I'll give them a 7.5 outta 10 but I came up with the ranch and turned it into a 8.5 outta 10, The large coke was bussin tho extra spicy water so that's a 10 outta 10 they must've changed the syrup right before, Overall experience of Arby's after possibly 10 years, I'd give it a 7 outta 10 not really missing out on nothing. read more

I previously did a Google Review of this Arby's, all I ever wanted was the food I ordered and paid for. My fries and cheddar was missing from every order. I said I would not go back a third time, but my husband asked for a sandwich and my kid wanted fries and cheddar. So I reluctantly went Back. I ordered a Arby's roasts beef and cheddar with curly fries and strawberry lemonade and cheddar. Then I ordered a medium curly fry with cheddar. They said ok and to pull around for my order. As I took off I heard them say $32....for what??? So when I got to the window I had them read off my order. They added 3 addition fries to my order. I guess for all the times I'd never gotten them. Then attempted to make me pay for it. I repeated my order, a guy came from the back saying "Hi Ma"am" I don't know him. I see we are now playing games and being passive aggressive for my review of how you TWICE now THREE time inflicted ME! Goodnight. I got home and threw the food away, he probably spit in it. Ordered food online I got the worst experience concerning food quality. I remember Arby's when it was across our Mall here in Harlingen, their roast beef sandwich was great their curly fries were great also. Today I ordered their 2 dine for 9.98 and received my order fast it was ready when I arrived. I drove home expecting fresh curly fries and fresh buns and great tasting beef, I received nothing but bad food, fries were cold, beef looks and taste weird buns were cold, and drinks were all watery. Nothing like the experience I was use too, I called the restaurant and expressed my concerns only to be told bring all my food back and we can do it again for you, really she was not a friendly individual at all. I will never come here again nor do I recommend it to anyone. read more

I've loved Arby's for years, and tonight that has changed. I sit on the toilet writing this review. Not wishing what I've succumbed to on my worst enemy. Screaming "God as my witness, I will never eat Arby's again!" I planned on having a relaxing night in, but within and hour and a half of eating, my mother and I have become violently ill. I love Arby's and have missed their presence in the Rio Grande Valley! My wife and I ate there today and it was busy. Apparently, I am not the only one who missed a good Arby's sandwich and Jamoca shake! I ordered two double roast beef sandwiches and my wife ordered the Roasted Turkey & Swiss sandwich. My roast beef sandwiches were just the right amount of warm and totally delicious. My wife equally impressed with her sandwich as well. The Jamoca shake was as delicious as I remembered. It was creamy, frozen, but not so frozen you couldn't get a straw in it and drink it. The crew was very enthusiastic and energetic. They have a hand bell by the door that you can ring if you were happy with the food and service. We definitely rang it on the way out! =) read more

I remember really enjoying this place when we had one about 15 years ago. Because of this I was excited to get Arby's back in town. Unfortunately, my experience here was poor. I went for a 2 for $6 deal, going for roast beef sandwiches that had bacon, cheese, and some kind of mayo based sauce. I cannot remember the name of the sandwich. It was also mandatory to add a large curly fries, as I remember them always being great. Nothing I received was great. The sandwiches were poorly constructed and the taste was just OK. As for the fries, they definitely have been better. They weren't crispy, and I went at a decent hour (5pm) when one would expect fresh food from a restaurant. It is unlikely I will return. read more

This is my first time coming to an Arby's. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and potato cakes. It was a horrible sandwich. I expected a fleshly cooked chicken sandwich. It was so dry, overcooked and like it's been sitting in the warmer for a while. I was so disappointed when I arrived home. The chicken pattie was just dipped in sauce and placed on a bun of withered lettuce. The potato cakes are just hashbrowns in a triangular shape. I will never go back. As a new restaurant in Harlingen, competing with other established restaurants, you should serve freshly cooked food. Otherwise, you will go out of business again in this area. I should have gone to Whataburger and spent less on a freshly cooked meal. read more

Please be careful eating the roast beef. My sister ordered the roast beef sandwich for my mother last night and a few hours later my mother was vomiting and had a rough night. I usually like Arbys. My experience at this location, however, was not the greatest. Service was fair. Food did not look anything like the photo, which I don't usually expect. However, what I received was unrecognizable. Where was the meat? Had to peel back the bun to search for any contents. Also, ordered a cherry pie and, of course, was given an apple pie. My wife and I tried arby's roast beef and cheese sandwich. It looked nothing liked pictures. The bun was smashed not nicely rounded and fluffy. It looked like someone sat on it. The cheese was watery and the sauce overwhelmed any flavor the beef may have had. Will probably skip this place in the future. read more

Usually we get good food at this Arby's. Today was the exception. We sat to eat and I ate about half of my roast beef sandwich when I found a giant longhair intertwined in the roast beef. What upset me however was their response or lack there of. I took it up to the counter and told her I found a hair ... she just stood looking at me like she didn't believe me. When I showed her, all the said was " I will tell the manger" she wasn't apologetic or anything. The restaurant says it is open until 11.. I drove 30 minutes away and arrive there at 10 and the restaurant is closed. That is my only complaint. read more
