I stopped by on Christmas Eve while I was out doing some last-minute shopping. The line in the drive-thru was long, but it moved quickly. I can usually snag a deal, but they didn't have any advertisements displayed on the restaurant windows. I would've used the app, but I was in a hurry. I ordered a classic roast beef sandwich with cheddar added (not a beef & cheddar, because that is served on an onion bun). It ran me right around $6 and they didn't skimp on the beef or cheddar. I pulled up behind another vehicle that was receiving their order thru the window and saw their strawberry lemonade. Those are really good! When I approached the window, I asked the employee if I could add one to my order. He obliged and my new total was nearly $10. The gentleman at the window was very polite and efficient. On May 22, 2026 I tried to use an Arby's coupon for a $6 Ruben, and was told it would be $7. The coupon was good until May 31, but they were not going to validate their own promotion. I did not purchase anything, and left. I had waited by the registrar for several minutes before anyone came to ask for my order, so I'm not sure if they were short staff. I thought for sure I'd already reviewed this Arby's location, however, since I visited most recently today for lunch I decided to take the opportunity to finally review it. This Arby's location has been around for quite awhile and not long after the pandemic they seemed to use the opportunity to spruce up the place a bit. Fancy? Heavens no. It is clean and functional. This location offers dine-in, drive-through, curbside pick-up, order ahead, and pick-up. This Arby's has the traditional Arby's menu and is nearly always having some type of deal along with the abundance of Arby's coupons one can find. They have a couple accessible parking spots with a ramp (not an actual curb cut). They have a double-entry that is always a bit harder for wheelchair users. I always debate as to whether or not I want to call this type of entry accessible - technically, it meets ADA but on the low-end. Generally, I find employees pretty friendly and helpful here. I don't tend to come here late, however, when I do come here the drive-thru moves fairly quickly. My order is nearly always accurate. I've never had any abysmal food experiences - I typically go chicken tenders or roast beef. I seldom see a lot of in-store business here these days, though the drive-thru seems to stay pretty busy. Overall, this is a solid mid-range experience for me on a consistent basis. I can't say it's a go-to option for me - it tends to be a place I'll visit when I'm in the mood for something different or when I'm already in this specific area. read more

I have rarely, if ever, experienced a sh1tshow like I did at Arby's today. I was out running errands and was pretty much starving, so I stopped in. My driver's side window is being a pain, so I decided to go into the restaurant to order. In addition to a klaxon-type horn that was going off every 15 or so seconds, everyone in the restaurant looked like they were taking a beating. While I'm waiting to order one of the women that works there walked through the kitchen and out to the dining room screaming into her phone about how someone had stolen a phone and "this MF" this and "this MF" that. Interestingly no one on the staff even acknowledged that this was happening. I heard more MFers and other choice words than you would during an adult comedy show. The manager took my order and was trying to be nice, but I could tell she was clearly overworked and not loving it. I got my order quick, and the food was typical Arbys, but the experience was almost comedic it was so bad. read more

Went there last night at 7:15 p.m. and I sat at the drive thru and waiting for someone to come across the speaker to place my order. I understand that places are short staffed. After waiting for 15 minutes in silence, I placed my order. Waited another 20 in line to get to the window to get my order only to get a cold sandwich and heavily salted fries which I could not eat. Have come here a couple times and every other time has been okay. This last time my partner and I showed up after I got off work to a store that appeared empty. It's 7 pm so they should be open so we sat and waited at the drive through for 10 minutes, basically yelling at the speaker bc no one said anything and the place looked empty. This place gets poor reviews because of the wait. Usually sitting in the drive through takes a bit longer, but who honestly wants to get out of their car. That would require work and effort. However, work and effort are exactly the qualities the people that work here have. We went on a sunday night right at 8. There was a long drive through line as always so we went inside (shocker). The manager had only scheduled 3 people to work. Each one of them working nonstop to provide a service. One on drive through, one cooking, and one packing bags. Despite being severely understaffed they did their jobs the best they could. I have never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is always pleasant and my order accurate. All issues can easily be attributed to the owner or GM or who ever is in charge of scheduling. read more

Shout out to the Arby's commercials because that's why I went because I didn't know they had "fish" sammie's. Last time I went, they didn't. For what it was, I was not disappointed. I ordered the Cajun fish sammich and asked for the sauce on the side and they accommodated my request which is a plus with fast food chains. This Arby's has the most amazing speed of service. It has two gears: Slow and Slower. The food, once it arrives, is fine. But someone needs to figure out what could be done more efficiently at this location. I have been to this Arby's more than 100 times and I always receive excellent service. The people are always smiling and joking around and the service is always fast. My experience on this evening was awful. I pulled up to the drive through window to order a milkshake. The young lady told me to "go ahead with my order." I proceed to tell her my order and she asked me to repeat it three different times. Then she tells me to "hang on." About 5 minutes later she comes back and ask me to repeat my order again. After repeating my order, she cuts me off and in a very rude and nasty tone, tells me to "just pull around." After pulling around to the window, I had to repeat my order again. After taking my order, I noticed that she had her cellphone up to her ear and was more interested in her call than waiting on customers. I said to the person in the passenger seat, that's why she couldn't hear me because she on her phone. She threw my card at me and slammed the drive through window shut while looking at me. This is by far the oddest and worst Arby's I've ever been to. They always run out of stuff. They ran out of curly fries, potato cakes, and plenty of other things. The service is absolutely horrendous as it's always people on their cell phones while working and people with terrible hygiene. This is the only Arby's for my area so I sometimes sacrifice the possibility of bad service for the food... But this past time I went... I've thrown in the towel for good. I frequent arby's quite often. I will never go to this one again after receiving an undercooked chicken sandwich! Disgusting!

We live very close to this location, and we've noticed that it's gone downhill over the last 15 months. When we first moved here, food would be fresh and staff were friendly. Then we started to notice that service was getting slower and slower. One time a few months back, we waited about 15 minutes to get fries only to have them bring the wrong fries. Two women sitting at a table behind me waiting for over 30 minutes for a fish sandwich. About two months ago, three of us tried to go through the drive through. We placed our order, pulled to the window, and waited for what seemed to be forever. The staff didn't acknowledge us at the window, and after a while we just drove off. The wait got to be ridiculous. I contacted the corporate office then, and a district manager contacted me and said that she was going to that location to help improve it. It got better for a little bit, but soon it got back to the slow service. About three weeks ago, I decided to try them again. This time after ordering, they took my money at the window. Then I had to wait forever for food. When I got it, the woman did not acknowledge my wait. The food ended up being cold and not nearly as tasty as it used to be. So this Arby's is right by my house so I often go there when I don't feel like cooking. I have lived here for a year and I have never had such awful customer service. I always go through the drive through and the employees are extremely short, rude, and are not interested at all. I never get asked for an upscale, I never get a "hi how are you" nothing. I tested it one time and after ordering my food and pulling up to the window there was not another word spoken because the employee didn't care. Never EVER ask me if I need any sauce.
