And it wasn't clear where the door was- drive-through, windows, and no obvious entrance. It's in a little alcove and not visible except from the rear of the lot. Or maybe I was just worn out. Inside, clean and bright, and very open. Like, half the number of tables I expected. Strange. It wasn't busy on a Saturday evening, inside anyway. And the staff were great: friendly, patient, helpful. Kid K knew what she wanted, but I am not a regular. I went with the "new" chicken tenders. They're not really new, they just went away and came back. The guy said the sauces are all new. K liked her nuggets, fries, and Frosty (small upcharge.) And of course the toy. The tenders were okay. Nothing special, a little dry, odd texture, crispy enough. The house sauce is pretty much seasoned ranch with ketchup, I think. Meh. The honey mustard was decent. The fries: I'm not a fan. Only thing I really like at McDonald's. Oh, well. They have the fancy pop machine, which is fun. Restrooms were clean. Price was reasonable. Food came up quickly. We were filled enough to get home.
