For the last ten years, I've made a trip to central Ohio for Memorial Day Weekend, and on my way back home, I've stopped into this WH. It's my favorite Waffle House- indeed, this WH is the standard by which all others should be judged. First- the waitresses always say hello when I walk in. They take my order promptly and professionally. Their service is awesome. Second, the food is actually good. For example, the portions are not anemic and the bacon is actually cooked correctly- it's not undercooked as sometimes can be the case in other WH. Finally, the staff here are a super well oiled machine, from cooks to servers. They get stuff done and do it to perfection. I love this Waffle House! read more

Your typical Waffle House experience. Always friendly and attentive servers. The front end and bathrooms were clean. Plenty of available seating. Grab a booth and tak. We ordered our go-to, the All Star. No complaints. Everything was hot and made fresh. The waffle is a must... it is Waffle House. At the moment, they had quite a few to-go orders, so some of our items were backed up, but they got them to us pretty quickly. Great for a quit stop on any road trip. Never ever did I think I would give Waffle House 4 stars! Actually for the last year my husband and I said there was no way we would ever go eat there! For anyone else Waffle House is a childhood staple, for me the great unknown. I don't eat breakfast, all the locations look run down, grimey, old and stank I just didn't get it and poked at my sister in law who eats there all the time, joking there was no way I'd ever step foot inside of one. Low and behold, sunday morning it was time. I was back at the Tanger Outlet ready for a day of shopping and food options there are horrible, so the man and I pulled ourselves together and gave it a try. The dollar menu is fabulous so we stuck with that for the most part and went with the egg and cheese biscuit, burger, double durger, triple hashbrowns and my totally unnessessary need for a salad. Everything was great, regular burger tiny, hashbrowns skimpy on the toppings, also not a fan of artificial cheese but nonetheless and cheap lunch, $15 for 3 people, friendly service I can see myself coming back hungover and getting a double burger and hashbrowns, not bad at all. Live and learn, the burgers have the same simple comport as the good ol McDonalds cheeseburger that everyone longs for every once in awhile even a usual veggie lover like me. I've been to many Waffle Houses over the years. I love the place. Of all the ones I've visited, this location is the best. It has so much character. One, it's old. A new Waffle House lacks so much of the character and feel that an old one does. This one has been there forever. Two, it's right off I-71, so there are lots of truckers and travelers coming and going. Three, they've got great servers. Lots of older gals that call everybody "honey." What an excellent Waffle House. Got a warm welcome as we walked in. Sat down and the waitress was so very sweet. Ordered the Texas sausage egg and cheese sandwich. It as prepared so fresh and hot. We stopped here at 1:30 a.m. for some good old fashioned heartland grub. Some in our group (not yours truly, of course) were quite drunk and merry after a long, fun-filled day, and we all needed a bite to keep us going on the homestretch to Columbus. The place was quite dirty, but what do you expect at a truck stop Waffle House?!? But the food (I had an egg-bacon-and-cheese sandwich, cheese hash browns and a waffle) was outstanding, and the service sublime even at such an hour and given the obnoxiousness level of our drunken pals. I'm rating this a 5 stars based on other waffle houses I've been too. This was probably the cleanest location I've visited and I'm slightly embarrassed by how many I've visited... The food was good and tasted just like I've come to enjoy at Waffle House! It took a little bit longer to arrive than normal but the waitress explained they had a new cook in training even before we noticed it taking a lil long. The waitress was very polite, and friendly and took great care of us at my table. read more

I stopped here with my brother on 12/12/21 for some breakfast on our road trip. We were told that there would be a wait of 15 minutes for them to take our order which was initially no problem. After waiting 20 minutes they same young lady that told us she was seat us in 15 minutes proceeded to take someone else's order that came In after us as well did another lady that was working this location as well. This was a total of 30 crucial minutes taken off of our road trip to New York. Big waste of time! read more

Food was fine but they got our order all wrong. Kids didn't get hash browns with their burgers. My hash browns were missing mushrooms. My husband's order was missing bacon and tomatoes. Restaurant wasn't that busy but took forever to get the check and then sort out all the mistakes. Disappointing for a Waffle House. read more
