But since there's nothing else open in town after seven on a Sunday, we thought we would go. we didn't really have the experience that everybody seems to have had in previous reviews. There was one guy working the front line. One lady work in the register and another one cooking gentlemen in the front line was fast and efficient and friendly. The food was cooked and it was a typical Chipotle experience. I'm not saying it was great, but I'm not saying it was worthy of a one star review. My husband and I stopped in here for lunch and to let our dogs get out and potty/stretch their legs while on our way to our hiking trip in Hocking Hills. We had only saw Chipotle on the exit sign and didn't look up reviews until we ate here, which was our mistake. When we first arrived, I went inside to throw away an empty treat bag because there were no outdoor trash cans for public use. There were several people eating inside, but only a couple of people in line ordering, so I was hopeful it wouldn't take long to order when I went in later to do so. After being outside with the dogs for a bit, I went back inside to order for us while my husband waited in the car with the dogs and it was not busy at all. There was a couple in front of me and then myself, with no one behind me. The girl working the line was rushing me through the entire ordering process and when it came time to add topping she would try to only give me 2 options to choose from for our bowls before trying to wrap it up and then I would have to say wait I also need something else on here. Both bowls she asked if I wanted to add queso and I said yes. Both bowls she asked if I wanted to add guacamole and I said yes. When I finally pay my almost $27 for 2 bowls and go back out to the car to eat, I immediately notice that my bowl has no guacamole that I was charged almost $3 extra for. For me being the only customer in line at that time and her rushing me through everything, but then still having the time to write on the lid to charge me for the guacamole that she never gave me, it was beyond frustrating. I went back inside and brought my bowl and receipt to show them I was charged for it and wasn't given any. The girl at the cash register said they would give me a side of guacamole and asked the girl working the line who made my bowls for one. There were, once again, only 2 people in line. The location was not busy and only ever had 2-3 people checking out and in line any time I was inside, but the girl working the line acted like she was too busy to respond to the girl at the cash register when she asked for a side of guacamole. After standing there a while, she finally put some guacamole in a little container and then gave it to the girl working the cash register, who then slid it across the counter without saying anything. I was met with a woman (maybe in her late 40s) ready to take my order. I asked for chicken, and she scraped whatever was left in the metal container (crumbs and a few pieces of chicken) into my bowl. She even scraped her metal spoon against the metal tin time after time with nothing scooped up. I asked if they had any more chicken as what she had put in my bowl were the leftover crumbs.. and she responded "what are you saying? I gave you a full scoop of chicken" I explained what she had given me were crumbs of chicken and also not a full scoop, and she scoffed and responded "I gave you a full scoop. we're out of chicken." She turned away annoyed with me, shaking her head. I stood there shocked and feeling gaslit. The young cashier understood, apologized, and offered more chicken. Then I heard them offer chicken to my fiance in line behind me (I believe they didn't know we were together due to our different ethnicities). I was incredibly shocked by the behavior at this point I declined the chicken, paid for our meals, and left. I was so shocked with the treatment I couldn't eat the bowl we paid for. We arrived at 7:35 pm, the girls told us all the meat was gone. As we thought about our choice the cook a young man said he now has steak. So that was part of our order. As we were waiting I looked around the dinning room. The waste bins were full and V over flowing onto the floor around them. There were napkins on the floor and in general the dinning room looked dirty. Now I counted 4 employees working that night. Not sure who was in charge but they need more training on how to keep a Resturant looking good and clean. So I'm sure they can do better and they should start trying harder. read more

Came here for a quick stop and I've been here twice now both times have been bad experiences. First time had us waiting 30 minutes on a mobile order that was done but they failed to communicate and give us. I said whatever on that and we came in today to give it a second chance. Weird. They made everyone order via the app. So lots of people are sitting around at the dining area using the app. Never heard of such a thing. They are still making the burritos and they let an older lady do it without the app. Also, the person telling everyone to use the app lowered her mask every time she went to talk to everyone so I can't imagine this location was being extra COVID considerate. Then at 4:pm they opened up the line but all the people they made order online were still waiting on their food. The line went fast... probably error free. My burrito was falling apart and leaking but I thought the other one was mine because it had chicken and corn on it... but it was steak which is what my wife ordered. The chipotle employee suggested a bowl but I didn't order the bowl... They also made my wife's wrong. It had corn and no fajita mix... they asked her if she was sure we didn't mix ours except hers was steak and chicken... so no matter what, something was wrong. She grabbed it out of my wife's hands and threw it in the garbage and then made it in the order line... at this point it was still closed. The steak was dried. The tortilla wasn't properly heated. The food was lukewarm and not at the right temperatures... even the new one that they made. Overall, this Chipotle was a huge disappointment. read more
