I placed a catering order at this location for a hospital nearby I was bringing lunch to. The team here was exceptional. When I was late they called to make sure I was still picking up the order and everything was OK which I appreciated. When I arrived they had it ready to go immediately in a temperature contained bag. They even offered me a complimentary beverage. I ended up returning after my lunch meeting and dining in at the same Chick-fil-A. Shannon and Josh were so kind and courteous. Drove to this fast food restaurant to wait 10 minutes for a messed up order got all the way home because I did not check my order and the opening of the bag completely ruined a good night. Wife is gluten and dairy free and not by choice but because of her allergies she can only have a few fast food options. Ordered a double burger no cheese and on a lettuce wrap. Got home to a double breaded chicken sandwich on a bun. Completely disappointed. Double check your order every time with this location. Feb 18th 2023 string town rd. Ordered a 3pc chicken tender, and the manager left it off the order after asking which sauce we'd like. So after realizing the mistake they made getting home, was told they would not offer a free order of chicken tenders if we drove all the way back to get it. This is probably the worst chick fil a only due to the manager. No customer service care, does job improperly and ruins your orders. I'd suggest going to Hilliard Rome road or a different restaurant chain. Update: just went to Popeyes, the management and customer service is so much better! Highly suggest the new Popeyes on string town rd, they'll be sure you have a good experience, going back there next time as well instead of chic fil a read more

I hate this location and will never be back. Ordered for pickup and got a notification that my food was ready as I was pulling in. Perfect. Also got my receipt via email. I then sat in the curbside spot for more than 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. Two other people pulled up and were given their food before me. Fine. I typically would chalk it up to then being busy, but there were 3 workers standing under the tent in the drive thru doing absolutely nothing. Pretty much looked like all high schoolers/college kids working but their customer service was outstanding. The owner of this location should be very proud of their employee selection. This was my first time at chick-fil-a restaurant. We came because they offer an inside play area for children. Sadly not many places offer them any more. Food was good and the spicy chicken sandwich was way better than Wendy's. They have salads as well for any vegans out there. Great milk shakes and their lemonade isn't sickening sweet. This was my first time trying Chick-Fil-A. Hate me not, but I was somewhat disappointed with the end product. Grilled Chicken Club (#7). I tried a few French fries from my niece, and they were bland. Luke warm, not very soft anymore. No distinct flavor profile; not even salt. The chicken patty on the sandwich is pounded out, thus very thin. All I could taste was the cheese and bun. I've visited multiple locations around town including Grove City, Hilliard, Grandview, Easton, Polaris and so on. They're always busy. But I'm never disappointed. Food is always fresh and correct. Staff is always super friendly. Recently I visited the Grove City location for a Mother/ Son Dinner event. My son had a blast having some one on one time with mommy. Because with other siblings we don't get a lot of one on one time together. He shares my joy of Chic-Fil-A so it was the perfect date night for us. The setup was nice, there was a welcome table with masks, crayons, cool straws, and a friendly employee giving us instructions. Tables were reserved and we had our orders taken at our seats. They also had a photo along with 2 superhero characters (Batman and Black Panther). My only disappointment was that the post for the event was confusing, it stated dress to impress but once we rsvp'ed we got an email stating the theme was superhero's and to wear superhero costumes or clothing. I did notice some parents didn't get the memo. I also wish we would of gotten a discount or even a free ice cream for the event. I mean the post also said games and prizes. I didn't see either. Just a little misleading. Other than these things it was nice. read more

I have been disappointed with this location for a while. Now I am a huge chic fil a supported however this location makes me want to rethink my support. I usually go place a mobile order and go inside and pick it up. The few times that I've had curbside I've had to go in. Not sure why if it's "curbside" but whatever. This time I waited from 334pm to 347 pm before I decided to just go in. My order was sitting on the counter with a receipt that said CURBSIDE and the color of my vehicle. It doesn't have a double drive thru lane, but they still provide a convenient, quick service. I chose to go inside and get my order to go. I walked in and someone immediately took my order. I did not go in and hear the Christian rock, but I called and placed an order over the phone, the owner was nice and helpful ( I could not detect any fascist bible thumping tones on him or in the background, but I would be turned off if I did), the lunch was setup fresh, clean and organized. The usual fare of fried chick tenders, wraps, salad, cookies and brownies. The most notable point is that his fruit salad was fresh and juicy, like it was cut right before delivery. I had came in the other morning about a week ago and my order was incorrect. I had called the store to let them know about it and they took down my name and order. I came back in today and they were very quick to correct the order and give me my meals that were incorrect for free. The girls working Chasity and Riley were super friendly greeting me with smiles and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them.
