When I pulled up, I was promptly greeted, order taken and told to pull around. Service at the speaker was a bit friendlier than at the window though. Ordered a #1 with cheese and a Coke Zero. Nothing too crazy, so did not double check anything until I was ready to eat. I then noticed 2 of my 4 Krystal were missing the cheese. Clearly nothing major to turn around for, but when you pay for something and place a fairly simple order, you shouldn't be hard pressed to expect it to be right. May be more forgiving if they were busy, but I was the only car in the drive thru. Overall, this location served its purpose on my recent road trip. Would I get off this exit specifically for this Krystal again, probably not.
