The staff is working real hard on their phones whether they are talk to friends or just staring at the screen while trying to scratch their heads through their wigs. When they have time after being on the phone they will put in their air buds and dance around and laugh real loud all while being by themselves. If you yell " what time do yall open" after standing at the counter for 4 minutes they give you that offset neck and rolling eyes look. July 8th around 6 pm the employee of the window was ridiculous! She was so rude and unprofessional. 2 cars in-front of me she never opened the window to take their payment or give food. We all sat there so long the 2 cars and myself drove away! Gross restaurant do not stop here! read more

We stopped to get gas during a road trip and were a bit hungry so we decided to try Arby's since it was conveniently attached to the Mobil gas station. There's a large dining area and a drive through so you have options. I took away a star because of the parking situation, which is not good. We had to hunt for a spot and the drive through blocked a lot of spots. The restaurant was updated and overall clean for a roadside restaurant. The bathrooms are located in the Mobil side of the building and we're clean and well stocked. Another reason that I gave this place 3 stars was that ordering and getting food was a cluster. It took about 5 minutes to order but getting the food took about 15 minutes. It just didn't seem like the people working there were really on the same page. But on the bright side, since it took so long all of our food was fresh and hot. read more

Visited on 8/14/2021 around 2:20 pm. Noticed food on floor in kitchen in front of deep fryer. Only one employee, out of the four was wearing face mask. No gloves. Long wait for food and only one customer waiting for food pick up when I entered. It was also observed that trash can in kitchen was over running. No hair coverings. Since I am a google travel guide I do surveys on businesses I visit. I was taking photo of food in floor. Manager on duty told me I could not take photos that they had minors working there. I advised manager that I was only taking photo of food in floor. My wife observed food containers being opened by two employees to determine what food they contained, due to order confusion. Food was being opened without gloves or face mask. Really with Covid 19 being so bad in Florida. This place would be a breeding ground. Waited over 20 minutes for food that was cold. This place needs the health department notify, maybe closed. One of the worse managed fast food places I have been to. I usually enjoy Arby's, but this one is BAD. read more

We stopped here on a road trip to cure a grumbly tummy. My husband LOVES Arby's, so i chose this over McDonald's. Neither is my first choice as they veggie selections are slight. However, they were happy to accommodate me and made a special wrap. They were out of the chicken that i was going to pick off anyway - lol - but they offered to make it any way that I wished, and they did. It wasn't the cleanest, and it was still just a fast food quick stop, but the service was excellent and the food was actually pretty good... so for that I'll give them 4 instead of 3 stars. This Arby's location isn't worthy of a star. The employees were using foul language while we were ordering and then I could hear them cursing loudly from the table. The 3 employees proceeded to get their own food and sit at a table, laughing, cursing, and giggling about how they were going to tell the customers that the "system was down", before each customer would come inside. They clearly just didn't want to work. I love Arby's but I'd rather eat gas station food than to eat at this location again. Probably the worst fast food environment I've entered. They added $3 onto my 2 for 7 because I didn't want the lettuce/tomato... since when do you have to pay more for less? I talked with a manager (which I think was the girl that took my order) and she was rude. said I could get the stuff taken off but then said she wouldnt.., confusing. I spoke with corporate and they confirmed this isn't how they do business. This isn't your average Arby's. The shake machine never works...they say either it is down or they are out of mix. And to top it off, the last time we stopped by my dad got food poisoning eating a French dip sandwich here right before going on vacation. This is the filthiest Arby's I have ever been to. Service was atrocious. There was a family behind me in line with little children and the employees were using language that would make a sailor blush. This family left after only a short time of having to listen to this foul, vulgar language. After I received my order the employees stopped taking orders, telling everyone that the "system was completely down." I have stopped here a few times while traveling, however today was absolutely the worst ever. The girl on back line was slinging the sandwiches and dragging them across the area to get the box to put it in. There were two girls sitting on the floor talking to her. She continuously beat the mayonnaise container in a desperate attempt to get some out of it instead getting another bottle or filling the one she was using. It was so bad the fella on front line said "ok that's enough". The trash cans were literally a foot overflowing on the floor. The girl in drive through moped like she had lost her best friend while the poor fella on front line was busting his butt. The girls were loud and obnoxious. When the back line girl was done her and her 3 friends went to chill in the office (within view) while the manager who was hiring a new fella sat in the dining room and watched this all take place with no intervention. The floors had fries squished everywhere and the place was disgustingly dirty. To top it off... the people behind me tried to order a Beef & Cheddar just to be told... we are out of roast beef... at 4 pm.... Ridiculous. If the owner was smart he would clean house... manager included to allow this place to look like it did and be run like it is. Final words.... I typically don't eat at places attached to gas stations. I was pleasantly surprised at the service here. The girls behind the counter were great, even after I spilled my fries in the floor. I didn't ask for them to replace them, i was careless and dropped them. After we sat down, one of the sweet girls came out and gave us another order of fries.
