My wife and I stopped in yesterday and We were very disappointed in the quantity of the service and food. I really enjoy a freshly made Arby's roast beef sandwich, and I'm sure you'll never get one at this location. My meat on sandwich was cold and dry. Let me first say we visit this Arby's often- and tonight was the sloppiest meal ever. I had a roasted chicken wrap and it was coming apart before I could even pick it up. The chicken was one big piece and it was just sloppy. My son had the Buffalo crispy chicken sandwich and he said that his was the same way. The other meals said they weren't bad but they had gotten better form you. I know that at one time this Arby's was family owned. All I can say is if it is great but everyone needs to have a job and be trained properly in it. No one wanted to wait on me but instead stood around and expected someone else to do it. And then once my order was taken no I e was even on the back line to make the food. It seems there are too many chiefs and not enough Indians and that makes for confusion in a store. First of all, the regular staff was fine and pleasant. But the cook that was behind the counter was rude as f@#$. Keisha. I think she was the shift manager . Who spoke to the front register employee like trash. I placed an online order and it contained 4 chz cups. When I picked up the order,they weren't in there. The girl at the front asked Keisha for the cups and she was rude as can be,raising her voice asking if they were rang up. Mind you,the receipt is TAPED to the bag. Keisha says it's not showing on her screen,and that I'll have to pay for them. And I know $3 is not a lot,but I'd already paid for it once. As I was saying here is my receipt, Keisha loudly says I need the receipt. I said I have it right here. The whole time Keisha is loud in the back. Then when she sees that it's on there she looks at the girl in the front hatefully and says "did you not see that as you were bagging it? The girl says "you told me to just put the stuff in that online order,I thought you checked it". The girl couldn't of been over 16-17. The reviews are pretty harsh on this place, and I only go through the drive thru (because if you wanted a sit down dinner or lunch - what really makes you think of a fast food place to begin with? Seriously!). But I'd like to set the record straight here. Okay, for what it is, it's very good food. It really is. The problem? It's all extremely overpriced. Arby's is fast food for the middle class. Regardless it's insane how much you can spend here compared to other fast food drive thru's. As far as service goes...it's really not that bad. I've had some mistakes but they've also made up for it when I've called in. If you go here at the busiest times of the day then of course it'll be more problematic. I see reviews about people driving off - guess what? You're part of the problem. Because that just made everyone else wait longer for nothing and added to the confusion at the drive thru. I've worked fast food places in high school. The problem with ANY are not the regular employees but their leadership. All in all, this is your average Arby's. Perhaps I'll be more in depth if I ever do dine in...which I don't see happening. Like, ever. 3/5 stars overall. read more

Look last time we went in here as we were eating we heard the manager fussing and cussing about how they all needed to wash their hands, which isn't something you want to hear when you're halfway through your meal. This manager also sent home a worker because of us asking her a simple question, keep in mind they weren't in any way shape or form busy. I would suggest not eating here just for your safety, but also for the manager who started cussing me out (an innocent 15 year old kid) should say more than plenty of what you should know. read more

Can I give this place a 0 please?!?! Last time I went I literally waited 20 minutes, and was being so patient. Got to the window and said, "Hey, how are you?" He didn't even respond. He took my card, handed me my food, and when I said, "Thank you," he didn't even respond. Tonight, I tried again because there weren't too many options still open on a Sunday night. I ordered two beef and cheddar combos (for my husband and me). I just got home to find only one sandwich in the bag, even though I paid for both, and it's too late now to drive back. Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes after ordering. Left before getting to second window.

Horrific customer service with incompetent employees! First I order a small drink and I'm told they are out of lids so I have to order a medium. I declined out of principal and accepted the cup without a lid. Second, my food is rang up incorrectly to where I'm overcharged. Third, I have to wait in the drive thru for ten minutes before getting my food and being told "I dropped your food and they had to remake it." Then I get halfway down the road and realize my sandwich looks (and tasted) like it's filled with dog food instead roast beef. Lastly, I return to Arby's and speak with the manager "Star" where I recount my experience thus far. Star, oh so kindly, says one whole sentence to me. Do you want me to make a new one? Why yes I would like a sandwich that does not look and taste like dog food. Mind you by this point the rest of my food is cold but there was no offer to replace it. And not once did this manager even apologize for my inconvenience!!!! read more

Girl who took my order looked clueless. Forgot to give me my drink cup. After I reminded her, she stuck her hand inside a drink cup and tried to give it to me. She had just handled money a few seconds ago! Once I pointed out what she did, she put that cup back and gave me another one!!! Don't they teach employees about proper sanitation? It also took more than 10 minutes to get my order. Place wasn't even that busy. I ordered Turkey Club & when I got it it smelled pretty bad like the meat had gone bad. I hope it didn't because I was hungry and ate most of it anyway. Who knows if that's they way it comes, but it didn't taste fresh or smell appetizing. At least their curly fries weren't that bad & the place looked clean, so I gave them a 2. But I wouldn't come here again for the food. Yes, it's not a 5-star restaurant, but you at least expect the food to be fresh & staff to be educated in sanitation standards. read more

Arby's of Lyman, SC, is the slowest place on Earth, not just the town of Lyman! The name should be changed to "Idiots," because that is all they have working there! I don't blame the young kids because they are just being taught, but the managers do not know what they are doing, either. It is like the blind leading the blind.... I bought $40 worth of food at the drive thru, waited 20 minutes to get it, then STILL did not have everything. I had to go inside and waited 10 more minutes for the food that was left out. I asked for my receipt back that I had to show to prove I didn't get everything and they couldn't find it. They actually had to dig it out of the trash where someone had thrown it away! By the time I got home, 10 minutes away, my food was cold! I called back up there and the manager did offer to give me a refund, but that made me make ANOTHER trip! Then she said it takes 3-5 business days for it to show up in my account (WHY? When it takes 5 seconds for it to LEAVE my account!!!!) What should have been a 30 minute trip - max, there and back, ended up being over an hour and I STILL had to find something to eat because that food was HORRIBLE! I am LIVID. I will not return to that Arby's. They need to get some people in there that know what they are doing and know how to manage a business! I do not recommend this restaurant at all.
