By far the worse Arby's I have ever been to. My double rosy beef and cheese was absolutely nasty. I was only able to eat a few bites. Besides that I had to personally remake my sandwich because the meat was only a quarter of the way between the buns, but I had to scrape the cheese off the inside of the wrapper. The cheese was watered down and had no flavor and the beef tasted like it was ran under warm water. Plus I got a half of the Curley fries I ordered. Now the great part was I wanted some Arby's and horsey sauce. There was an open packet and had everything I had covered in sticky old Arby's sauce. See pic! So I am a fan of Arby's but I highly suggest anything else but this one. read more

I can't believe I'm reviewing a fast food joint ... but here with are! I've been driving by this location for years. It recently was remodeled, which seems to have helped their business. The inside is clean and filled with plenty of seating, in addition to a few TV's. Their $1 sliders cannot be beat and it's my go-to whenever I'm in the mood for something cheap, yet filling. 2 sliders and a medium fry runs you about $4. I recommend trying the buffalo chicken (it's definitely filled with spicy flavor!) and turkey and cheese. The buns are always hot and fresh. I've never endured a bad experience or bad employee, despite what other reviews have said. read more

When it comes to fast food I run either very hot or very cold, meaning I either eat it quite a bit during a month or two or not at all. During this month's fast food debauchery I finally went to this location near my home, and I cannot believe what I've been missing. Fist off, those mini sliders are DOPE AF! I tried one of each (of course), and not one of them was less than stellar. The bread was fresh and not dried out, which has happened at other Arby's locations in the past, which is a direct result of why I almost never go to Arby's; however, if all other locations can match the freshness of the food quality of this location, I'd be going once or more a week. The food aside, I cannot get over how professional, outgoing and attentive LaTanya, the manager, was. To say she is awesome is not enough. LaTanya is EASILY the most pleasant person I've ever come across in any fast food restaurant my entire life, and in the top 5 of any customer service place of business. Whoever her employer is should do whatever they can to keep this lady happily employed before someone snags her. She is an amazing asset, and it would be foolish to let this person go anywhere. If I had a business I would poach her in an instant! Needless to say between the majesty that is LaTanya and the deliciousness that was served, I intend to return much more often and will gladly give this location my hard earned bucks. read more

Went there today for lunch. Before 12 pm. Ordered 2 for $6 regular roast beef sandwiches and medium crinkle fries. I was the only car in the drive thru. The wait was still way long.... 4 more cars ended up placing their orders and were in line behind me. Finally received my order, fries were hot, so nice, sandwiches were full of meat.. But the meat was dry... It was literally hard to swallow for how dry it was. I didn't even think it was possible to have a dry roast beef sandwich. My daughter also had one of the sandwiches and complained to me how dry it was. You had to drink water after each bite! Will never go back to this location. read more

The food is good. The service is fine in the drive-through. I don't go inside as I am on lunch. The problem is is that you are always closed when I get there. I give up. It's very frustrating.! read more

Food has always been on point at this location. Staff has always been friendly on every occasion. There's hardly ever a drive thru line either. It's quick, in and out! Good service and no complaints!! read more

The food is always cold, the orders wrong and they're not very pleasant, either when ordering or when you pick up at the window. Worse part is they just don't seem to care. Turn over, Turn over, Turn over... and not the food either. Turn over of Employees at this location is embarrassing. Management do nothing in this location to encourage workers to stay on. They have workers that have been at this location for a long time and have never received a raise!!! They tell them that it is because they do not have their Gold certificate or some garbage, but Management doesn't train the employees to do anything, they make them work crazy shifts and never once do employees receive a raise??? Korryn, is a very sweet girl and has been there for a good amount of time, and her brother Toby as well. They are pleasant and helpful every time we go in here, but once we found out these workers were over worked and never received a raise, well we simply stopped going to this location! No wonder why we can never get use to a face in this place, they are not doing what every other fast food location does, give their good workers raises!!! 90 days on a job is usually the standard raise period!!! Wow, that is a shame. It is never busy in there, and I wondered why, so I did some snooping around and found out this tragic fact!!! The service we get from Korryn and her Brother happens to be the only reason we ever go in here, but now that I found out that this Arby's doesn't give raises to it's employees', we will never go back here again!! The General manager is there a lot, but she sits on her butt in the office all the time and Managers on the floor seem to be busy ducking in and out of the office all of the time, so the whole store is run by these kids that never get raises and always smile when you talk to them!!! Sad, I hope that all of the employees leave this place, no owner should ever allow that to happen to their employees. We will have to go to 23 mile from now on, because we just can't support a business that doesn't treat it's employees' with respect and show them the proper support. What a sad story. Good luck with the business, because that is why you are empty. Too Greedy to give the kids that work there raises!!! Stay away from here, they do not deserve your money, these kids are being used and abused!! Oh, and the one Manager seems to always be drinking, and she tries to cover it up but we can smell it on her, Tina. Sorry, I hate to be that brutally honest, but she is always smelling of alcohol and we are not the only ones that have said this. Bad management, bad practices and managers that are nipping on the job??? Just an observation... We will not spend another dollar here.
